Dieses Ferienhaus befindet sich am Meer und liegt in der Gegend Historic District, einem Stadtviertel von Beaufort. Bay Street und Port Royal Farmers Market sollten auf deiner Liste stehen, wenn du gerne shoppen gehst. Wenn du dagegen lieber die Natur der Region bewunderst, bieten sich folgende Ziele an: Henry C. This was a beautiful home. There were four of us, all middle-aged adults, staying here and it was plenty of room to spread out, read, or even nap! Mind you, there are stairs, and I had just had knee surgery but, once I got into the house, I stayed on the ground floor. There are two porches, one off the ground floor and one off the upper floor - nice places to relax and just hang out.The bedrooms upstairs are contiguous, two on each side with adjoining bathrooms. One of the best things about this house is its location, you are within walking distance of much of downtown Beaufort. The owner is just delightful to talk to - I texted her to ask about the sheets I slept on, they were the softest sheets I had slept on ever…The house was well appointed, though we didn’t cook. The kitchen was a nice place to hang out and just nosh while we talked.The backyard had lots of spaces to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet in that neighborhood. You can hear a little bit of the traffic, but there’s so much greenery around. It’s insulates a lot of the noise.I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful and convenient location to celebrate our son’s Boot Camp graduation with extended family. Tons of charm and character! The outdoor trash bins were full upon our arrival so the lid couldn’t close. We ended up cleaning the mess the raccoons made of the trash ... Small problem for such a wonderful experience.

Wonderful! Plenty of room for our family and wonderful location. The three dedicated parking spots were also a plus! Owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again if I needed a place this size. We were there for my son's graduation from MCRD so this made it extra special!

My first trip to Beaufort, loved it! This house is in a perfect, perfect, perfect location. Walkable to downtown, in historic Beaufort. It was cloudy and cold during our stay, but if weather had been better, the house has a great private backyard with 2 tables, also numerous porches.

This home is centrally located in the historic district of Beaufort. It is an easy walk to downtown and is convenient to area restaurants and bars. The home itself is in great condition despite its age. The bathroom layouts are a little quirky but keep in mind this is an old home. I live here in beautiful Beaufort but could not accommodate 9 of my dear college friends. This house on the Old Point was perfect for 10 ladies in their 70's. Large kitchen, dining, and gathering room - not to mention the porches. Comfy beds for all and plenty of parking. The location was fabulous. The host answered all our questions promptly. Highly recommend for visitors to our special town!

We loved this house! It was perfect for us. We had plenty of room, the location was amazing, and it felt like home! When we had questions, the owners were quick to respond and take care of our concerns. The back yard was a mood all by itself and we loved sitting out back in the morning with coffee and conversation. Thank you for a great SC experience!

We booked this home for a 4 day girls trip. The location was perfect for walking to all the activities, architecture, restaurants & shopping that Beaufort has to offer. The home has plenty of space to spread out or come together, accommodating everyone’s routine. The upstairs bedrooms have some odd layouts if privacy is a huge concern but the space is maximized to allow for additional guests. Perhaps a schematic floor plan in the listing would help visitors know what to expect. The home is well kept and preserves the history of the architecture with updated comforts of today’s standards. The owners were quick to respond with questions. We would definitely stay here again. Do yourself a favor and enjoy this quaint town in the heart of it all in this home.

We had an amazing time in this wonderful home located in an idyllic spot in Beaufort SC. The owners were easy to work with and readily available; although, everything worked exactly as advertised. Previous reviews noted the bathroom locations were a bit odd, however, we did t find them to be unusual at all. Especially when you consider the owners decorated the home to maximize the numbers of people that may be accommodated. We are very grateful for a wonderful place to stay for our sons wedding. Thanks to the Christmas’!!

Our multigenerational family of seven stayed seven nights at this property and loved it! This 19th century home in the heart of Beaufort's historic district was clean, well-maintained, comfortable and perfectly fit our needs. The home is 3 blocks walking distance from the shops and numerous good restaurants on Beaufort's Bay Street. We loved strolling around the neighborhood and seeing the 300-year old live oaks draped with Spanish moss and the magnificent homes built in the 1700's and 1800's. Beaufort was a perfect base for our day trips to Charleston, Savannah, Hilton Head Island and the beautiful beaches at Hunting Island State Park.

Perfect location. We could walk to shops and restaurants. The house and furnishings are very attractive, and it has been made as comfortable as possible without a major renovation. Everything we needed was there. A few suggestions: for past vacation rentals I have been given a number I could call before arriving, in case there were any problems. For example: all our designated parking spaces were occupied, and we had to find out who was using them. Also, prior notice of where to find information about the house, appliances, etc., would have been helpful. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and I would rent the house again.

This is such an amazing opportunity - to be able to stay in this unique historic property. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Large rooms and the most walkable neighborhood in the United States! Able to walk to the downtown shopping area and restaurants within minutes. Highly recommend!

We wanted to try something different this year and stay “in town” versus on the water or near the water and this was a refreshing change for us. The house had plenty of room and was extremely comfortable for all. Great beds! We loved that it was so close to everything in downtown Beaufort and all was within walking distance. We enjoyed walking to check out the different restaurants and coffee houses. We liked this place so much that we plan to do the same house next year. The hosts reached out a couple of times and were very attentive. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay! It was colder than usual in February and sometimes a couple rooms would be cold but that was the only issue we had. You do have to go through other bedrooms upstairs to get to bathrooms and other bedrooms. The room with a queen bed and 2 twins is at the top of the stairs and you have to walk through it to get to the bathroom and then the room that has a queen bed with one twin. And then there is another bedroom on the other side of upstairs that has a king bed and you have to walk through it to get to another bedroom that has a full bed and the master bath is off the room with the full bed. But we were all good friends so it was fine. But the house has plenty of space.

And then there is another bedroom on the other side of upstairs that has a king bed and you have to walk through it to get to another bedroom that has a full bed and the master bath is off the room with the full bed. But we were all good friends so it was fine. But the house has plenty of space.

Truly lovely, modern functionality, fully accomodating for our needs. It was the perfect home for us during this time, beautiful period furnishings, great gathering spaces but abundant privacy as well. Walkable for most of our needs. Gorgeous quiet neighborhood. It was a little warm on our last night upstairs. Otherwise everything we needed and more.

We loved this house! It was perfect for us. We had plenty of room, the location was amazing, and it felt like home! When we had questions, the owners were quick to respond and take care of our concerns. The back yard was a mood all by itself and we loved sitting out back in the morning with coffee and conversation. Thank you for a great SC experience!

We wanted to try something different this year and stay “in town” versus on the water or near the water and this was a refreshing change for us. The house had plenty of room and was extremely comfortable for all. Great beds! We loved that it was so close to everything in downtown Beaufort and all was within walking distance. We enjoyed walking to check out the different restaurants and coffee houses. We liked this place so much that we plan to do the same house next year. The hosts reached out a couple of times and were very attentive. Highly recommend.

We booked this home for a 4 day girls trip. The location was perfect for walking to all the activities, architecture, restaurants & shopping that Beaufort has to offer. The home has plenty of space to spread out or come together, accommodating everyone’s routine. The upstairs bedrooms have some odd layouts if privacy is a huge concern but the space is maximized to allow for additional guests. Perhaps a schematic floor plan in the listing would help visitors know what to expect. The home is well kept and preserves the history of the architecture with updated comforts of today’s standards. The owners were quick to respond with questions. We would definitely stay here again. Do yourself a favor and enjoy this quaint town in the heart of it all in this home.

Wonderful! Plenty of room for our family and wonderful location. The three dedicated parking spots were also a plus! Owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again if I needed a place this size. We were there for my son's graduation from MCRD so this made it extra special!

We had an amazing time in this wonderful home located in an idyllic spot in Beaufort SC. The owners were easy to work with and readily available; although, everything worked exactly as advertised. Previous reviews noted the bathroom locations were a bit odd, however, we did t find them to be unusual at all. Especially when you consider the owners decorated the home to maximize the numbers of people that may be accommodated. We are very grateful for a wonderful place to stay for our sons wedding. Thanks to the Christmas’!!

There were 7 of us on our girls trip to Beaufort. We were celebrating 30 years playing “Bunco” together! The property was perfect! Everyone had plenty of room, the location was great-short walk to downtown, beautiful home and the host was so prompt and helpful when we had a question. We all would definitely visit again! Thank you for such a great experience!

I live here in beautiful Beaufort but could not accommodate 9 of my dear college friends. This house on the Old Point was perfect for 10 ladies in their 70's. Large kitchen, dining, and gathering room - not to mention the porches. Comfy beds for all and plenty of parking. The location was fabulous. The host answered all our questions promptly. Perfect location. We could walk to shops and restaurants. The house and furnishings are very attractive, and it has been made as comfortable as possible without a major renovation. Everything we needed was there. A few suggestions: for past vacation rentals I have been given a number I could call before arriving, in case there were any problems. For example: all our designated parking spaces were occupied, and we had to find out who was using them. Also, prior notice of where to find information about the house, appliances, etc., would have been helpful. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and I would rent the house again.

This was a beautiful home. There were four of us, all middle-aged adults, staying here and it was plenty of room to spread out, read, or even nap! Mind you, there are stairs, and I had just had knee surgery but, once I got into the house, I stayed on the ground floor. There are two porches, one off the ground floor and one off the upper floor - nice places to relax and just hang out.The bedrooms upstairs are contiguous, two on each side with adjoining bathrooms. One of the best things about this house is its location, you are within walking distance of much of downtown Beaufort. The owner is just delightful to talk to - I texted her to ask about the sheets I slept on, they were the softest sheets I had slept on ever…The house was well appointed, though we didn’t cook. The kitchen was a nice place to hang out and just nosh while we talked.The backyard had lots of spaces to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet in that neighborhood. You can hear a little bit of the traffic, but there’s so much greenery around. It’s insulates a lot of the noise.I would highly recommend staying here.

I personally felt like I was at my grandparents house. Which was great for me! It is a much older home with lots of character. If, you want new and pristine? It’s not for you. If, you enjoy somewhat rustic and comfortable? It is wonderful. Had a great stay. We were there to see my son graduate from Parris Island. Easy travel to and from the island. Multiple routes. If you like taking long walks. It is perfect!

My first trip to Beaufort, loved it! This house is in a perfect, perfect, perfect location. Walkable to downtown, in historic Beaufort. It was cloudy and cold during our stay, but if weather had been better, the house has a great private backyard with 2 tables, also numerous porches.

Our multigenerational family of seven stayed seven nights at this property and loved it! This 19th century home in the heart of Beaufort's historic district was clean, well-maintained, comfortable and perfectly fit our needs. The home is 3 blocks walking distance from the shops and numerous good restaurants on Beaufort's Bay Street. We loved strolling around the neighborhood and seeing the 300-year old live oaks draped with Spanish moss and the magnificent homes built in the 1700's and 1800's. Beaufort was a perfect base for our day trips to Charleston, Savannah, Hilton Head Island and the beautiful beaches at Hunting Island State Park.

Reunion for 6 college girlfriends. We had a blast and really enjoyed the house. Convenient walking distance to Bay Street for shopping and dining, the Downtown Marina, and around The Old Point. Plenty of beds and enough bathrooms to share without getting in each other’s way. Old house, so very little closet space. No big deal. but plan to live out of your suitcase! Lots of space for sitting around in the kitchen, living room, and on the porches. Lady’s Island, having additional restaurants and shopping, is just across the bridge, and made it easy for meeting our boat captain at the landing to take us for a cocktail cruise before going for drinks and food at Beaufort’s “five star dive bar.” Would definitely book this place again!
