Was a super Chic apartment. Located centrally. Close to the port and many restaurants and a short walk to the supermarket.Had everything needed for a relaxing view and stunning penthouse like views over the bay.I will return again.There are a lot of steps to climb, but good for the fitness.

Lovely apartment with a great, ever changing view of the port You have to climb up over 100 steps to reach the apartment so it will keep you fit. The car park is convenient but is basically a demolition site so watch your tyres. Very convenient for the lovely seaside port and although my stay was over the Christmas and New Year enough was still open to make it enjoyable.

Gute Raumaufteilung - alles was man braucht vorhanden - Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine - alles da (Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Spühlmittel, Taps, Salz, Pfeffer etc. Muss man mitbringen) Die Wohnung ist Top gelegen - man muss nur wissen, dass man direkt an der Haltestation der historischen Bahn wohnt, was man von 09 Uhr bis 21 Uhr hört - aber das war uns vorher klar - uns war Strandnähe, gute Restaurants und der Spielplatz direkt vor der Tür sowie eine kleine Kneipe direkt nebenan wichtiger 😉 Vielen Dank für die tollen 11 Tage in der sehr sauberen Wohnung mit problemloser Schlüsselübergabe dank MiniSave

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, an easy walk for the beach, lots of restaurants, cafe's, ice cream. View from the balcony is lovely. Our teenagers having their own room, and plenty of space to relax. A few things weren't working, Netflix/TV channels, and the beds were not very comfy, but the price represents good value. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft mit Blick auf die Bucht samt Hafen, Strand, Meer und Promenade samt Straßenbahn. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und wenn man die Fenster geschlossen lässt ist es trotz Trubel draußen ruhig, ab 0 Uhr ist es auch bei geöffneten Fenster ruhig. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Wände wurden kürzlich gestrichen. Der Geschirrspüler sollte ausgetauscht werden, er hat diverse Defekte, nur mit Workarounds wird das Geschirr sauber. Das Geschirr ist für sechs Personen recht knapp bemessen, es könnte wie einige Möbel Marke Ikea auch erneut werden, um dem Hervorragend gerecht zu werden. Alles in allem Hervorragend mit Abstrichen, die kleinen Mängel könnte der Vermieter mit einer übersichtlichen Investition sicher schnell beseitigen.

The Appartment ist really lovely, however, the equipment needs to be updatet in many areas:The small clothes rack in the balcony is completely rostet, you cannot use it. The other small rack outside the window is too small to dry all clothes from a washing process. i suggest buying a larger clothes rack

Perfekte Lage, aber die Wohnung könnte eine renovierung vertragen . Es fehleten als Basisaustattung Mühlbeutel, wc papier, Tabs für die Spülmaschine. Schade. Es gibt ein grosses problem mit den Ameisen, die erscheiben regelmassig nachmittags im Schlafzimmer znd wandern zur Küche und zurück in grossen Massen

.Jammer dat er kakkerlakken op de badkamer en op een van de slaapkamers zaten ( daar is wel actie op ondernomen dmv een spray door Mallorca Dreamhomes maar dat was niet afdoende), het matras op een van de 3 slaapkamers was slecht ( het kraakte en de spiraal onder de matras was voel- en hoorbaar) en op dezelfde slaapkamer ontbraken gordijnen. Wij hebben veel geld betaald voor het appartement. Omdat wij (3 zussen, 71, 69 en 61 jaar) op zoek waren naar luxe, hadden wij dat er graag voor over. Daarom vinden wij 't erg jammer dat er enkele minpunten waren, met name de kakkerlakken. Mallorca Dreamhomes gaf aan dat ze nog nooit eerder met kakkerlakken te maken hadden gehad, maar dat geloven wij niet. Verder alle goeds over Marta van Mallorca Dreamhomes.

Our stay was perfect! The apartment is fantastic, the view amazing and it was so clean. We loved it! Communication was so easy and we got an answer real quick, if we had any questions. If something didn‘t work, it was replaced as soon as possible. All in all we hast a great time and we‘ll come back and book this apartment again. :-) Thank you so much!!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und in einem sauberen Zustand. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Durch die Verwendung der Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich kommt es leider nach einer Weile zu einem üblen Gestank. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist toll, jedoch war die Lage des Apartments für uns eher ungeeignet. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, Gepäck, Kinderwagen, etc. eher nicht optimal.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und in einem sauberen Zustand. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. We had a fantastic time once again in Port de Soller. This apartment is all about Location Location Location! Morning coffee and evening drinks on balcony perfect, kids of course enjoyed the regular trams passing :) Our agent, Marta, was fabulous, looked after us so well, both before and during holiday. Look forward to our next trip

Apartment as described with stunning views and very convenient location. Perfectly well-equipped with comfortable bed and furniture - would definitely stay again. (As per the fantastic view there are a reasonable number of steps to climb)

Wir waren nun das dritte Jahr in Folge in dieser Ferienwohnung. Erfreulicherweise wurden zwischenzeitlich tatsächlich die Matratzen ersetzt, so dass es aus unserer Sicht nun überhaupt nichts mehr auszusetzen gibt. Es ist einfach eine tolle Ferienwohnung für einen entspannten Strand- und ggf. Wanderurlaub mit Kindern. Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Wohnung großzügig geschnitten.
Wir waren nun das dritte Jahr in Folge in dieser Ferienwohnung. Erfreulicherweise wurden zwischenzeitlich tatsächlich die Matratzen ersetzt, so dass es aus unserer Sicht nun überhaupt nichts mehr auszusetzen gibt. Es ist einfach eine tolle Ferienwohnung für einen entspannten Strand- und ggf. Wanderurlaub mit Kindern. Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Wohnung großzügig geschnitten.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, an easy walk for the beach, lots of restaurants, cafe's, ice cream. View from the balcony is lovely. Our teenagers having their own room, and plenty of space to relax. A few things weren't working, Netflix/TV channels, and the beds were not very comfy, but the price represents good value. Host was very easy to communicate with.

The apartment is lovely, although there are quite a few steps, worth the climb for the views, apartment clean, had change of bedding half way through our 16 day holiday, everything you need is there erfect location,, host very helpful

Our stay was perfect! The apartment is fantastic, the view amazing and it was so clean. We loved it! Communication was so easy and we got an answer real quick, if we had any questions. If something didn‘t work, it was replaced as soon as possible. All in all we hast a great time and we‘ll come back and book this apartment again. :-) Thank you so much!!

Wir haben 5 Nächte in dem Apartment verbracht und uns wohler nicht fühlen können. Die Ausstattung war richtig gut (der Sonnenschirm für den Strand war goldwert!) und der Ausblick aus dem Panoramafenster einfach genial. Die Ferienwohnung war auf jedenfall mit ein Grund, dass der Urlaub für uns so erholsam und war und in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief auch problemlos und sehr zügig ab. Alles in allem eine super Erfahrung. Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über viele Treppen, es gibt keine Rampe. Wenn man damit kein Problem hat, steht einem schönen Aufenthalt nichts im Wege.

Was a super Chic apartment. Located centrally. Close to the port and many restaurants and a short walk to the supermarket.Had everything needed for a relaxing view and stunning penthouse like views over the bay.I will return again.There are a lot of steps to climb, but good for the fitness.

Lovely apartment with a great, ever changing view of the port You have to climb up over 100 steps to reach the apartment so it will keep you fit. The car park is convenient but is basically a demolition site so watch your tyres. Very convenient for the lovely seaside port and although my stay was over the Christmas and New Year enough was still open to make it enjoyable.

Fabulous location close to beach front and bus stop. Private garden facing west on a lovely quiet street. Great apartment with air conditioning and plenty of space for a family of 4. Would highly recommend

Within reach of everything. Beach, bars restaurants and tram stop is right outside. Apartment only 100 yards from beach. Spacious and nice balcony to enjoy the views looking out over the whole bay.

We had a fantastic time once again in Port de Soller. This apartment is all about Location Location Location! Morning coffee and evening drinks on balcony perfect, kids of course enjoyed the regular trams passing :) Our agent, Marta, was fabulous, looked after us so well, both before and during holiday. Look forward to our next trip

Property was as described on website. Brilliant location, shame the dustmen emptied the bin opposite at 7am every morning! Toni is excellent, very helpful.

Super Blick auf die Bucht von der kleinen Terasse aus. Küchenausstattung etwas lieblos, aber so weit alles da, was man brauchte. Der Aufstieg vom Hafen mit seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Wohnung ist sportlich. Vielen Dank für Wein, Kaffee, Wasser und Obst - wir fühlten uns willkommen und mussten nicht gleich einkaufen gehen.

Communication with host was great - some great tips. Agree with previous posts, you need to be active & mobile for the walk up from the harbour .. but it was great to relax on the balcony when you get there. The steps, through the wooded area at the bottom of the complex definitely a useful shortcut. Take a torch to help on the way back.Bus connections about 10/15 mins downhill from the apartment..
