This property is spectacular! The view is amazing! The amenities are great! Beautifully located and spacious rooms with an incredible porch to take in the amazing Watauga Lake. The fire pit was a huge hit with our family and the stone benches were such a welcome addition. We didn’t have to take our chairs we brought down to the lake. We loved the gas fire pit on the covered porch as one evening we did have rain. My family thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks that were provided. We were able to fully explore the surrounding areas on the lake. We are so excited to be returning next year and stay at this incredible property again!

This was our 2nd year staying at this beautiful home. So quiet, peaceful, and beautiful surroundings. House was very clean and has everything you need.

The home is very well equipped with everything you need and the location is terrific. Very quiet, laid back trip with friends. The owner communicates extremely well. Would definitely return.

Nice lake view

This place was perfect for a long guy’s weekend getaway! The setting is every bit as beautiful as the pictures show. We rented a pontoon boat from Fish Springs Marina, about a 20 minute boat ride from the house. We enjoyed paddling the cove and one of the boys caught a 4 pound largemouth! The kitchen was very well appointed for cooking. The fire pit was a highlight as the sun set and the covered porch with propane fire was a perfect alternative on a night of scattered showers. Management was very responsive leading up to the trip, and everything functioned in the house, so no need to contact them during our stay. Looking forward to coming back!
