Pool house( Heated pool) with Oasis garden near the beach Location! Location!

The house was clean and the description was true to form.

This stay was absolute perfection! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the host had put immense care into making this home welcoming and functional for a large group like ours.The layout of the house is truly brilliant—it felt spacious and airy, providing plenty of room for everyone to gather together, yet offering enough nooks and privacy that we never felt crowded. It truly is the ideal setup for a multi-generational family trip.The outdoor space was undoubtedly the highlight of our visit. The pool was impeccably clean and sparkling—a dream to jump into after a warm day—and the yard provided such a beautiful, well-maintained backdrop for our evenings together.To top it all off, the host was fantastic. Communication was super easy and incredibly fast; any question we had was answered immediately, which made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a property that checks every single box, but this place did. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our family time!

Our second stay was just as good as our first. This is a great place to stay when visting your Florida Tech student!

This property was unsafe, unsanitary, and misrepresented. On arrival, the entrance reeked from a maggot-filled trash can, and the exterior was scattered with cigarette butts, broken blocks, nails, and trash. The pool had broken, sharp edges and filthy furniture. Inside, there was a strong odor of cannabis, tobacco, and mold with visible mold spores. The house was humid and musty, triggering immediate respiratory issues in my children. Furniture was stained, the fridge held spilled liquid and an empty vodka bottle, and the bunk bed was dangerously unstable. The host refused to cancel/fully refund despite these serious concerns, the unsafe conditions and us immediately leaving upon check-in and not staying there…

Our stay was a huge disappointment. The photos online were very misleading — the place was run down, outdated, and not well maintained. It was dirty when we arrived, with obvious signs that it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly (dust, hair, and a musty smell throughout).The furniture was uncomfortable, and the beds felt like sleeping on springs. Basic amenities were missing or broken — no working TV, spotty Wi-Fi, and the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked as advertised.The outdoor area, which we were excited about, was in poor condition and not somewhere we wanted to spend time. It was clear that upkeep is not a priority for this property.Communication with the host was frustrating. Responses were slow and not helpful when we brought up our concerns. For the price we paid, this was absolutely not worth it.We left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. Save your money and book somewhere!
