The stay here at this lil bedroom apt was so nice and clean service was fast when needed?and backyard patio was really nice to have with a GRILL!! The apt has a decent size kitchen and the bathroom is huge I highly recommend this for a couple 💖 I'll remember this place forever and when I'm in Saint Lucie I'll be staying here

For what we wanted to accomplish, this place was fine. Exceptionally well done and appointed for such a small space. However, no more than two adults (who get along!) for this space. Host was understanding of my screwup of when checkout day was which delayed us in vacating an hour past checkout time. Suggest host put a full hard pathway from driveway into gate as dragging a large roller bag across the pavers and grass was not best. Note also that location is in a housing neighborhood not located near tourist sites. Otherwise, a good quality stay in residential location to save money.

The pictures are exactly like the property comfy bed. Cute kitchenette, great shower! It’s small but spacious enough for what we needed. Location was good as well! Host was very responsive. Parking was a little tight but it worked. Definitely be back!

We met a man who lived there and he didn’t seem to understand much English. However, contact with the host through VBRO was clear and response was quick. Because there is only 1 small bedside wall shelf for a smart phone, a battery operated clock in the unit would have been helpful. We enjoyed our time there and would use it again.

The space was small but it was all that we needed as we were very busy during the day. It was super clean. The towels were so soft and smelled so good. They do need a bathmat though as the floor gets slippery. Also there is a step down from bedroom to kitchen which was dangerous. Need a strip of color there to remind you the step is there. But it was a great little place. The abundance of coffee pods was a nice touch!!

Communication with owner was great. It was a nice clean but small space. Nice touch having plenty of coffee pods for me to use each morning. I would suggest you add some sort of night light for the drop off into the kitchen as I fell one night heading to the bathroom. Also you could use some better pillows, other than that it was a great stay for me.

Property is very small but also very clean. Bathroom and shower are exceptional. There are a few odd things, there is no oven and the freezer compartment in the refrigerator is less than 4 inches high, so frozen food isn't an option. Also, there is nowhere to sit and read or watch television inside, except for the bed. There are a couple of chairs and a nice patio area outside. I had virtually no contact with the host, because he did not speak English and I don't speak Spanish.

Property is very small but also very clean. Bathroom and shower are exceptional. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was quiet. The excellent shower was modern and clean. Ignacio responded promptly when I booked the apartment and when I had a question. It was a nice stay.

Well-equipped kitchen. Wet sponge in sink was a bit off putting Comfortable, climate-controlled bedroom. Step down into kitchen lined with caution tape could be a hazard to an older renter. Would suggest checking with host to be sure dedicated water heater has been turned on for shower. I thought lack of hot water may have been due to sharing with residents of the home so I didn’t say anything about it on Day 1. I messaged Ignacio the second day and was initially told I should have mentioned it when it first happened because it’s usually “user error” and that I needed to turn faucet the other direction. Then was told that the hot water heater was separate from the house and that he had just turned it on. I had decided not to stay the final night at that point and no credit was offered.
