Great beach house. Very clean, close to beach, nice neighborhood, elevator, tons of space and also tons of outdoor space. Entire house from kitchen to bedroom to garage was well equipped with anything you could need. Our dogs enjoyed the backyard too.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was just as advertised and my messages were answered immediately. The kitchen had everything I needed. The elevator was great for luggage, groceries and laundry. The beach is very close and everything you need to take to the beach is provided. I highly recommend this property.

My friends and I have stayed at this property twice. Both times we were very happy with the experience. It’s very clean, modern, spacious, well-equipped and is right across the street from the beach. Plus, it has an elevator. A real plus for getting heavier items up to the third floor which is where the kitchen, dining, and living area is located. We definitely plan to return again.

We stayed 4 nights during a Tropical storm and were not able to enjoy the beach. We were lucky to have such a spacious home to spend the time. The kitchen and dining area are huge. The table seats 6 and is great for card games. The elevator is a huge plus for out 84 year old in-laws. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a beautiful shower. Garage has chairs and beach equipment. The pool table was nice to have

Well stocked with the essentials (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels) Loved the fenced yard for the dog and loved being able to see the ocean from the upper deck. The beach was a very short walk away and there was plenty of additional parking on the street by the beach (and you can see your car from the livingroom window if you park by the beach). We had an outstanding vacation. The house was clean, light and airy with stunning views of the ocean. Common areas were spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms were just right for comfortable sleeping! Location was perfect!We would book this property again in a heartbeat and would recommend it without hesitation!

We had a great stay at this property. The pictures are a little deceiving as all of the bedrooms, aside from the master are very small and cramped. The living room furniture is different and not as nice as the picture. The pool table is very worn. The floors are also extremely worn and damaged. My daughter got a splinter in her foot. The view and location are awesome. Overall nice home. They just need updated, accurate pictures.

From start to finish , our stay at Pat's place was peaceful, fun , and effortless .Home is spotless and welcoming , with amazing high end decor, and killer chef's kitchen . We appreciated the strong WIFI and TVs in every bedroom. Excellent mattresses and linens . Beautiful ocean views and decks everywhere . Pool table was a big hit . Beach is even closer than it looks in pics. We enjoyed delicious lobster bakes, pizza, and Italian food from nearby restaurants . Thanks, Pat , for a perfect stay ! This property was perfect for us who loved the quiet. It was my son’s 30th birthday who was home on leave from the USAF. Everything was perfect. The only two negative things I would have to say is that the water pressure and both bathrooms were low. The rugs need to be cleaned. They were not completely dust free. And the refrigerator the icemaker needs attending to

My large group had the most enjoyable stay in this beautiful home. Large enough common areas to enjoy group time with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to maintain privacy. It snowed while we were there (which made the balcony views even more beautiful) and the owner visited to shovel and salt the walks, ensuring our safety. Within walking distance of beach and restaurants. Perfect location! Highly recommend staying here!

The house was beautiful and spacious. It’s a 1/2 block to the beach. We could see the ocean from the top balcony. We were three couples and each had our own on suite bedrooms. Everyone loved the house and it’s location.

Relaxing weekend stay at the beach, peaceful and quiet street and easy to get to AC. We were in town to see Sebastian Maniscalco at the Borgata and renting the house was such much better than a hotel room. The only thing to mention is remind the cleaning service to make sure there is soap in the bathrooms. Ours were almost empty and watered was added to them, and maybe extra TP in the bathroom also. Other than that it was amazing !!!!

This property was so beautiful and well kept. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for a family of 6 and a small dog! Elevator was a huge plus in unpacking and packing the car. Quiet neighborhood. Peaceful. Easy walk to the beach. Easy ride to all other stores. This home was true to the online photos and description and had everything you could think of already there. Host/owner was very pleasant and very responsive. Check in and check out of the property was simple. My entire family has already requested to come back here again!!! Perfectly located by the beach with great views and you are close enough to hear the ocean from the balconies.
This property was so beautiful and well kept. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for a family of 6 and a small dog! Elevator was a huge plus in unpacking and packing the car. Quiet neighborhood. Peaceful. Easy walk to the beach. Easy ride to all other stores. This home was true to the online photos and description and had everything you could think of already there. Great beach house. Very clean, close to beach, nice neighborhood, elevator, tons of space and also tons of outdoor space. Entire house from kitchen to bedroom to garage was well equipped with anything you could need. Our dogs enjoyed the backyard too.

We had an outstanding vacation. The house was clean, light and airy with stunning views of the ocean. Common areas were spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms were just right for comfortable sleeping! Location was perfect!We would book this property again in a heartbeat and would recommend it without hesitation!

Beautiful home steps from Brigantine beaches. At the North end of the island, which is a bit quieter and does not have the long dunes when headed to the beach. It’s obvious the owners put thought into the experience- all beach amenities are provided (chairs, tags, toys, umbrellas), which is not always the case with other beach homes I’ve rented in the past. Nice yard if you have dogs. The pool table is great fun and my family enjoyed playing. Altogether, a great beach experience.

This house was perfect for our extended family with little children! Perfect distance to the beach, super accessible to come back and use the bathroom. We loved the decks that had ocean views and 4th of July fireworks. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Visited the area to take in a few rounds of golf. House is in nice spot - less than a block from the beach. House was perfect for our stay - we could cook and eat at the house or there were some pretty nice places to go out to eat. We were a little out of the hustle of Atlantic City, but close enough to take in a trip around the downtown. Will definitely look to return.

Love this property, it is close to the beach, has a great kitchen and living area. We all cook together in the kitchen or head out to local restaurants. Atlantic City is about a 15 minute drive. Spend the day on the beach or on one of the decks reading books or in the family room working on puzzles. All in all it is a great gathering place for families.

Great house, clean and roomy. Well stocked with the essentials (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels) Loved the fenced yard for the dog and loved being able to see the ocean from the upper deck. The beach was a very short walk away and there was plenty of additional parking on the street by the beach (and you can see your car from the livingroom window if you park by the beach). Short drive to Atlantic City and Acme supermarket. Thank you for sharing your home.

Plenty of room for us all, great amenities and plenty of cookwear for us to make a full Christmas dinner. The elevator was fantastic and allowed my diabled partner to truly enjoy the house.

This rental was probably stocked with supplies from cleaning to cooking, better than any house I've been at. The fact that it's right next to the beach and 10 min drive to the casino was a bonus.

We had the perfect week with beautiful, though hot, weather and accommodations. This was our first time renting this property and all paper goods , along with linens, beach tags and beach accessories were provided. An elevator was especially appreciated . I would definitely rent again!

We stayed 4 nights during a Tropical storm and were not able to enjoy the beach. We were lucky to have such a spacious home to spend the time. The kitchen and dining area are huge. The table seats 6 and is great for card games. The elevator is a huge plus for out 84 year old in-laws. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a beautiful shower. Garage has chairs and beach equipment. The pool table was nice to have

From start to finish , our stay at Pat's place was peaceful, fun , and effortless .Home is spotless and welcoming , with amazing high end decor, and killer chef's kitchen . We appreciated the strong WIFI and TVs in every bedroom. Excellent mattresses and linens . Beautiful ocean views and decks everywhere . Pool table was a big hit . Beach is even closer than it looks in pics. We enjoyed delicious lobster bakes, pizza, and Italian food from nearby restaurants . Thanks, Pat , for a perfect stay ! Hated to leave , hope to return soon .

We had such a wonderful few days at the Brigantine beach house!! We three couples have known each other for 38 years, ever since seminary days. We get together every spring for four days to reconnect, catch up on all the family news, rest and laugh! We usually try to go somewhere on the Jersey shore because it is equidistant for all of us and we can walk the beach. We have never stayed in Brigantine and we are so happy we gave it a try. Not only was the town peaceful and the beach wide and beautiful the house was perfect!! Three en-suite bedrooms was ideal! The house was beautiful and clean with plenty of comfortable seating in the family room. Kitchen was well appointed and dining table was perfect for dinner and games. The beds were all big and comfortable, we all slept so well! I couldn’t say enough about this wonderful place. We are definitely planning on coming back next year and hopefully many more treats to come!

We recently had another perfect stay at Pat's place , a beautiful house in a great location, complete with elevator, pool table , many decks with great views , ample free parking , ocean views , amazingly well stocked kitchen , comfy beds , fenced doggy yard , etc. Even the ICE MACHINE is outstanding . Since we were in Brigantine over a rainy Memorial Weekend we spent a lot of time in the house, which was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a rainy holiday weekend at the beach. We could watch the crashing waves from the top floor living room. The kitchen was the most well appointed we have stayed in—we had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. We were close enough to Atlantic City to enjoy dinners out. With the beach a block away it would be even better later in the summer. The host was easy to get ahold of and supplied us with the information we needed for a fabulous stay. The house not only has a great location but is comfortable if you’re stuck inside on a rainy day.
