We had a wonderful time at the house. Beds were comfy. House was clean. There was a little bit of a mix up when we arrived, but it was a simple human error and Julietta took care of it immediately, and invited us to have a later checkout. You cannot beat the view from the hot tub. Pay attention to the listing... the road to the house is steep and bumpy. It's not great if your car has a low undercarriage.

The house is in a great location for so many things. It’s 30 minute trip up to San Francisco or you can head down south the highway to go to half Moon Bay or Santa Cruz. You can just walk down to the bottom of the neighborhood and there are restaurants, coffee shops Grocery stores the beach. It was a great location for us with The house is very clean and well appointed especially the kitchen. There’s a hot tub and there are towels for the hot tub. Lots of towels for the bathrooms and for each bedroom. Two smart TVs it was a great experience. We would love to come back.

Our family throughly enjoyed our trip. The views of the ocean were great. The drive into San Francisco was enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with upgraded appliances. The road to the home was very narrow and steep with limited parking, but the home overall was relaxing.

This property was fantastic for our group of friends. Beautiful house with amazing views. It was amazing to see whales feeding daily in the ocean right from the deck! Will definitely be staying again in the future. Thank you!

We had a really enjoyable stay at the house. Property is well kept and easily accessible. We cooked, we used the spa, we went for walks, we sat out on the decks and soaked in the views of the beach and coast. All the amenities we needed were there. It has an excellent location for seeing the coast area. 25 minute drive to the wharf area of SF. 1.5 hour drive to Santa Cruz. 25 minutes to SFO.

The house is just beautiful. The views of the Pacific Ocean are amazing. There were 6 of us staying in the house. Everything we needed was in the house and communication with Julietta, the property owner was quick and easy. There are grocery stores, including a local store and a Safeway that are very close so that you can cook or just get snacks and drinks. The house is surrounded by the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen. There is a jacuzzi that was heated upon arrival. It too overlooks the ocean and it was so nice. There are grills available if you need them. The house is on 3 levels, each with balconies and seating. Again, the ocean views are amazing. We rented a car and had 2 parking spots right in front of the house. The road is bumpy but that’s not a problem with the house, it’s just that it has a bumpy road. Go slow and you’ll be fine. All in all, we had the best time in the most beautiful house. We all hated to go home.

Great stay. House is nicely furnished, kitchen well appointed and location is great (you can walk down to beach and coffee on a low traffic road). We were a group of women conducting a retreat and it was great for us. Enjoyed hot tub and views. Only room for 2 cars at the driveway but street parking was available.

Our group consisted of 4 adults and 5 teens and we had a great stay. Everything was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is very nice. We could see whales and surfers every morning from the deck, and the hot tub was a great way to end the day. We would stay here again!

Possibly our own fault for not reading the entire long listing but if you scroll to the bottom, you'll see a warning about potential ant problems. In our case, ants appeared in the bed of the bedroom where we had our baby sleeping. The property manager was fast to respond to our message but mostly suggested using a spray can of Raid. This is sort of the weird difference between hotels and house rentals I guess. Pros: Beautiful views from high up in the hills Big house with many bedrooms and big kitchen/living room/deck All the appliances you might need Cons: Very steep drive up hill to get to house The mattress I slept on has seen better days (others weren't as bad) Ant problem No shoe rule in house Having to strip beds, sort recycling and garbage Dated property Overall value for what we paid seemed lacking.

The property was obviously a well cared for home with decorative touches from their travels throughout. The fact that there was a hot tub on one of the balconies was a great added bonus and the piano that plays itself was a delight. We also fell in love with the little hummingbirds buzzing around the garden. There were ants on the baseboards in the bedrooms, but that was talked about in the description and my kids loved them, trying to name each one! The 2 bathrooms were just a tad on the small side with 1 being in the master so with a larger group you just have to be mindful of taking turns getting ready and there were only 4 towels provided. That being said, the home was lovely overall and I would highly recommend it!

We’ve stayed everywhere from Mendocino to Cambria along the California coast over the last eight years. This house easily had the best view of any of the rentals we stayed in. The house was clean and comfortable for our party of seven. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the rooms were comfortable as well. And the owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. Highly recommend for an affordable stay in Pacifica.

We booked this home to celebrate our family Christmas and really enjoyed the home. The kitchen is well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Julieta was very responsive and accommodating. Only concerns were the limited parking and rough steep road up to the house. Highly recommend booking this lovely home.

Great stay, easy check in and perfect location. The place was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I messaged the host a couple times, with speedy responses; and, more importantly she was super flexible with my error of booking the wrong year! She helped me fix that right away and all was good.

We are a group of 10 friends from Italy and we stayed in the house from 24th to 26th December: the owner made us find very beautiful Christmas decorations, so we had the most perfect atmosphere! The house is as stunning as the photos show, and the position is perfect for tourists with a car and willing to enjoy a relaxing and romantic holiday far from the noises and the dangers of San Francisco (which is anyway reachable in 20/30 minutes by car). As regards the cleanliness, the structure had some stains on the carpets, but we know that when previous guests make them it's very difficult to remove them completely afterwards; all the rest was very clean and tidy. Maybe I would suggest some more notes and explanations inside the house, for example regarding the place where guests can find towels and bed sheets: the owner was very kind and fast in answering when we asked for them, but when it's late it's surely better to find everything clearly written inside. Overall we are absolutely satisfied of our stay and we highly recommend the structure! Thank you!

The house brings the retro vibe, very lovely! Rooms are clean and big space for us to play family games. Julieta is a great host, very relaxing house with a fantastic ocean view.

Ten of us (5 teens and 5 adults) stayed here. We had 2 air mattresses that we put in master suite. Worked great. Ample room. Great kitchen. Superb communication and accommodations with owner. Highly recommend.

House is well decorated. Well stocked kitchens. We used the bbq and jacuzzi. Sleep well with the blackout curtains. We enjoyed our stay a lot. It has a very good view of the ocean. May not be suitable for active young children because of a lot of nice art pieces around the house. The hang out area is a little cramp for larger party but overall we are very happy with our stay. Would come back.

We had two families gathered for a graduation at SFSU. This lovely home made us feel like we were staying with family. Short drive into San Francisco, but far enough away to relax and not feel stressed. Loved the antique furniture and the amazing view!

Ten of us (5 teens and 5 adults) stayed here. We had 2 air mattresses that we put in master suite. Worked great. Ample room. Great kitchen. Superb communication and accommodations with owner. Highly recommend.

We’ve stayed everywhere from Mendocino to Cambria along the California coast over the last eight years. This house easily had the best view of any of the rentals we stayed in. The house was clean and comfortable for our party of seven. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the rooms were comfortable as well. And the owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. Highly recommend for an affordable stay in Pacifica.

We had a fantastic stay in this house. I have never slept so well, and considering that we were jet lagged after a 12 hour flight from Europe, that says a lot. The house has everything you could need and more, including a grand piano which my kids enjoyed training their skills on. The views are gorgeous. Julieta was also a wonderful host.

This property is outstanding. Spacious enough to allow for privacy when needed and large family area for social visitation. Excellent balcony view, and basic accommodations very plentiful!! Easy access to all points of interest and the airport. The only downside related to the property was the road leading to it. It was filled with potholes... difficult to get my head around that considering the value of properties in the area. Residents should expect / demand better!!! Specific to the property steward, my two phone calls were not answered (nor were messages returned). Admittedly, my calls were not urgent (they were important, however), and acknowledgement of receipt and a response is a basic courtesy and expectation. It's concerning to think that an urgent call would have gone unanswered. Overall, however, I strongly recommend this property!! It is definitely top tier!!

The house is just beautiful. The views of the Pacific Ocean are amazing. There were 6 of us staying in the house. Everything we needed was in the house and communication with Julietta, the property owner was quick and easy. There are grocery stores, including a local store and a Safeway that are very close so that you can cook or just get snacks and drinks. The house is surrounded by the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen. There is a jacuzzi that was heated upon arrival. It too overlooks the ocean and it was so nice. There are grills available if you need them. The house is on 3 levels, each with balconies and seating. Again, the ocean views are amazing. We rented a car and had 2 parking spots right in front of the house. The road is bumpy but that’s not a problem with the house, it’s just that it has a bumpy road. Go slow and you’ll be fine. All in all, we had the best time in the most beautiful house. We all hated to go home.

Bible study group went for a weekend retreat. Grand piano got a lot of use and we had fun visiting and singing! Lovely home all equipped for eating in. The view from the deck was stunning. Owner was very communicative.

Great stay, easy check in and perfect location. The place was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I messaged the host a couple times, with speedy responses; and, more importantly she was super flexible with my error of booking the wrong year! She helped me fix that right away and all was good.

The house is in a great location for so many things. It’s 30 minute trip up to San Francisco or you can head down south the highway to go to half Moon Bay or Santa Cruz. You can just walk down to the bottom of the neighborhood and there are restaurants, coffee shops Grocery stores the beach. It was a great location for us with The house is very clean and well appointed especially the kitchen. There’s a hot tub and there are towels for the hot tub. Lots of towels for the bathrooms and for each bedroom. Two smart TVs it was a great experience. We would love to come back.

Our family throughly enjoyed our trip. The views of the ocean were great. The drive into San Francisco was enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with upgraded appliances. The road to the home was very narrow and steep with limited parking, but the home overall was relaxing.

We booked this home to celebrate our family Christmas and really enjoyed the home. The kitchen is well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Julieta was very responsive and accommodating. Only concerns were the limited parking and rough steep road up to the house. Highly recommend booking this lovely home.

We had a really enjoyable stay at the house. Property is well kept and easily accessible. We cooked, we used the spa, we went for walks, we sat out on the decks and soaked in the views of the beach and coast. All the amenities we needed were there. It has an excellent location for seeing the coast area. 25 minute drive to the wharf area of SF. 1.5 hour drive to Santa Cruz. 25 minutes to SFO.

We had a really fun girls weekend trip here. The house is very nice and it’s very close to the beach. We are able to take a short drive to the beach and had a very nice stroll in Pacifica.

We had two families gathered for a graduation at SFSU. This lovely home made us feel like we were staying with family. Short drive into San Francisco, but far enough away to relax and not feel stressed. Loved the antique furniture and the amazing view!

Havre de paix à 25 min du pont ou du Pier 39. Idéal après des journee dans le brouhaha de la ville. Séjour à 8 avec 3 génération. Chacun son intimité. Échange fluide avec Julieta ! 👍🇺🇸

I highly recommend this house. The location was perfect . We were in walking distance to shops and beach. The view was amazing. The house was great and had everything we needed. The coffee machine was my favorite. Overall it was perfect for our group.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our college reunion trip! The house was stunning with the most incredible view. The kitchen was perfect for making our meals and the space was great for having out. Easy access to the beach and local stores also made the trip more enjoyable. The host was easily available with any questions or needs. Would certainly recommend and book again if we are back in San Francisco!

We loved the house, and especially liked the well-equipped kitchen. There was plenty of room in the dining area and living room for socializing, and the view was great.Parking was tight, but with creative maneuvering, we got it to work.The bedrooms were clean, and the washer and dryer worked perfectly. We never ran out of hot water either.There was a minor hiccup with the extra bedroom upstairs, but it all worked out. We really had a great time, enjoyed the beach, and found the drive to and from San Francisco to be much easier than anticipated. The drive to the airport was easy-peasey.We'd definitely come back!
