Also close to grocery store shopping center and restaurants. Management is also very well done, and communication is excellent. I compared several units and so glad we landed on this one. Would love to return for several reasons, but especially the accommodations! Thank you Taylor and team!

This property is a GEM if you have little kids! We just checked out after a 6 night stay. We had the best time. Our boys are 3, 6, and 8. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It’s on ground level, super close to the beach access and also the pool. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was updated and clean. The property and pool were clean and well maintained. The beach was beautiful, peaceful and not crowded at all. The property manager was very responsive. We will DEFINITELY be back!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of four with two toddlers. We loved that it was on the ground floor and close to the beach access. It was easy to walk back up for potty breaks, snack breaks or things we forgot which was amazing. The pool is also a short walk away and was always clean and very warm! We never had a problem finding chairs around the pool either which was great. The condo was very clean and well equipped with any cooking utensil we could need, plenty of towels and beach chairs/umbrella for shade. We loved the recommendation list that was emailed before our stay, we went to several restaurants and places on the list and enjoyed them all! Communication and check in was also seamless. This was such a wonderful place to stay, I can’t recommend it enough for any families considering coming here. We are hoping to be back next year!

We arrived late afternoon and already had check in instructions, which were super easy and clear. The condo was perfect and exceed expectations. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, perfect for us with 2 kids (4 years and 18 months). They had all kitchen cooking essentials with lots of space for entertaining and relaxing. Easy walk right out the back door to see the beach, a few feet from the heated pool or steps away from a nice, quiet beach. Publix and Dunkin right across the street which was great! A mile south from Pineda making it an easy drive to get anywhere. 10/10 would stay again!!

This place is so perfect. My husband and I stayed for 7 nights and we did not want to leave. It was clean, thoughtfully laid out and appointed, and although we brought stuff like garbage bags and laundry detergent we really didn’t need to, the place was fully stocked. The pool is so warm. The beach is spotless and goes forever The dog park on the property was clean, close and handy. The Publix across the street was awesome too. Couldn’t have asked for more. Unit 111 has a perfect ocean view although I think it is considered partial. I would take this side view over being head on to the ocean because it was very private. If you get a chance to stay here take it.

Die Ferienunterkunft war genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Super sauber, genügend Handtücher, 3 Fernseher wenn einem das wichtig ist, tolle Waschmaschine und Trockner, Supermarkt fußläufig wenn man möchte. Kilometerlanger Sandstrand direkt ohne Straße vor der Unterkunft nur einmal durch den Garten, gepflegter Pool eben genauso wie auf den Bildern. Was schade ist, das kein Tisch auf der Terrasse steht und auch insgesamt zu wenig Stühle auf der Terrasse, Klimaanlage ist super leise und sehr effizient. Betten sind sehr bequem. Alles in allem sehr gelungen. Auch Restaurants sind viele in der Näheren Umgebung und auch Orlando, mit den Disney Vergnügungsparks, und auch Cap Caneveral, wären sicher in gut einer Stunde zu erreichen.

When we pulled up to the building I was a little scared because it was giving off hard motel vibes. The building looked old and not what I was expecting. When we walked inside I was so relieved. It was updated, clean, smelled good, fully stocked (even had beach chairs and boogie boards), and couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach wasn't crowded, it was clean, and direct access. The ONLY downside I would say is the pool rules are a little outdated. Pools at a "beach resort" shouldt close at dusk. We had a ball team full of kids who love the pool. Maybe consider a 10pm time? It was inconvenient for our group. I could see the current rule being tailored to the kind of people that go to bed at 7pm.

We had a great experience at this property. The views are outstanding, especially for a ground floor. The lawn was perfect for our kids to run around and play during breaks from the beautiful pool and beach. The condo and grounds were immaculate. The staff are wonderful. We really enjoyed this place!! It’s literally 20yds from the beach. The building is designed and built where every condition has a view of the ocean. This bottom floor unitz, has a sliding glass door that opens to a nice grass area. On the other side of the grass area, is the boardwalk to the beach. The condo is spacious and looks to be newly remodeled. We willcome back again !

Loved the location and very nice place. My only complaint is that the beds not very comfortable. Also, they do allow pets but wouldn’t call it pet friendly. You can’t let your dog out in the grassy areas or on the beach. Literally only allowed to be in the fenced in dog “potty” park. Would have enjoyed taking our dog on morning sunrise walks on the beach.

Was schade ist, das kein Tisch auf der Terrasse steht und auch insgesamt zu wenig Stühle auf der Terrasse, Klimaanlage ist super leise und sehr effizient. Betten sind sehr bequem. Alles in allem sehr gelungen. Auch Restaurants sind viele in der Näheren Umgebung und auch Orlando, mit den Disney Vergnügungsparks, und auch Cap Caneveral, wären sicher in gut einer Stunde zu erreichen.

What a great unit at Paradise Beach Club! Stocked very well from the kitchen to linens and beach supplies. Literally steps to the beach and pool! Also close to grocery store shopping center and restaurants. Management is also very well done, and communication is excellent. I compared several units and so glad we landed on this one. Would love to return for several reasons, but especially the accommodations! Thank you Taylor and team!

I’m staying at this property. This is my third time staying there! Property is super convenient with grocery stores right across the street and grab and go items pool on premises and beach right there! Happy Palms service is great! Would like to give a shout out to Taylor!

We arrived late afternoon and already had check in instructions, which were super easy and clear. The condo was perfect and exceed expectations. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, perfect for us with 2 kids (4 years and 18 months). They had all kitchen cooking essentials with lots of space for entertaining and relaxing. Easy walk right out the back door to see the beach, a few feet from the heated pool or steps away from a nice, quiet beach. Publix and Dunkin right across the street which was great! A mile south from Pineda making it an easy drive to get anywhere. 10/10 would stay again!!

The peaceful location with the beautiful view and proximity to the beach was incredible! Beautiful sunrises from both the bedroom and living room were incredible. The hose was easy to communicate with and on top of any issues that arose. Definitely recommend for a much needed getaway.

Great location right on the water. Super quiet away from pool activity. Ultra clean and modern condo. Great nearby restaurants. I also left a few pieces of jewelry and the property management contacted me immediately and arranged for their return to me by mail. So appreciative. Thanks and would recommend to anyone looking to unplug and chill.

We really enjoyed our stay. Having a walkout patio on the first floor made it so easy for the our older kids to head in and out to the beach. The communication was so fast when we had questions. We even reached out to see if we could purchase the day before us last minute as our travel had changed and it was seemless.

We really enjoyed this place!! It’s literally 20yds from the beach. The building is designed and built where every condition has a view of the ocean. This bottom floor unitz, has a sliding glass door that opens to a nice grass area. On the other side of the grass area, is the boardwalk to the beach. The condo is spacious and looks to be newly remodeled. We willcome back again !

This property is a GEM if you have little kids! We just checked out after a 6 night stay. We had the best time. Our boys are 3, 6, and 8. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It’s on ground level, super close to the beach access and also the pool. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was updated and clean. The property and pool were clean and well maintained. The beach was beautiful, peaceful and not crowded at all. The property manager was very responsive. We will DEFINITELY be back!

When we pulled up to the building I was a little scared because it was giving off hard motel vibes. The building looked old and not what I was expecting. When we walked inside I was so relieved. It was updated, clean, smelled good, fully stocked (even had beach chairs and boogie boards), and couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach wasn't crowded, it was clean, and direct access. The ONLY downside I would say is the pool rules are a little outdated. Pools at a "beach resort" shouldt close at dusk. We had a ball team full of kids who love the pool. Maybe consider a 10pm time? It was inconvenient for our group. I could see the current rule being tailored to the kind of people that go to bed at 7pm.

It was clean, thoughtfully laid out and appointed, and although we brought stuff like garbage bags and laundry detergent we really didn’t need to, the place was fully stocked. The pool is so warm. The beach is spotless and goes forever The dog park on the property was clean, close and handy. The Publix across the street was awesome too. Couldn’t have asked for more. Unit 111 has a perfect ocean view although I think it is considered partial. I would take this side view over being head on to the ocean because it was very private. If you get a chance to stay here take it.
