The condo was great, inside was newly remodeled, and they had everything we needed. Location was perfect, close to a grocery store, and short drive to downtown Scottsdale. An added bonus is a nice trail close by. And our 5 year old enjoyed the pool

It was hot in Scottsdale but the a/c worked great to keep us comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for a comfortable stay. The "gym" really isn\'t a gym but a tiny room with 3 options....1 treadmill, 1 elliptical and 1 bike but that\'s not what we were there for and I was the only one in there so no biggy.

The condo is very nice. Only disappointment was they offered no local TV channels or cable, so watching football on Thanksgiving was not an option. I get that cable is expensive, but a HD antenna seriously costs $50 at Walmart and works great. Owners are very easy to communicate with and beds are very comfortable. Heater was broken at the pool and hot tub so that was a bummer. Very clean and spacious.

Unit was clean and ready for our stay. Updated and had a nice feel to it. Owners were very responsive and communication was good. There were some nice extras for us, including a small cooler and some clean beach towels. The condo complex is older, but the grounds were nicely taken care of. Fitness center could use a redo, and was not especially clean.

Great location, right off Camelback Condo clean and well supplied Nice outdoor sitting area CONS: TV channels don't have ESPN or major network sports (consolation is Zips is a great sportsbar close by) Hot tub wasn't working while we were there. We went Scottsdale to get a break from winter. Upon arrival we learned that the pool would be closed during our stay for maintenance. Super disappointing as we were planning on enjoying the sunshine and the pool. The condo was nice. The only complaint that I have besides no pool usage was hair on the floor in the bathroom.outside the master shower.

Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean condo in the perfect location to walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. Very proactive hosts who sent clear, detailed, accurate instructions. Kitchen and coffee bar well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of extra touches that make it clear the hosts care about comfort and convenience. We would love to stay again!

This condo was really nice. It was very clean and was a good amount of room for a 2 bedroom. We enjoyed the balcony each morning and it was really nice to have a designated covered parking spot. We would stay here again.

The outside of the building is dated but the condo itself is beautifully updated and decorated. The location is as promised--so close to everything! We were given our entry and property instructions right on time. The hosts are attentive and care about their guests. Minor glitches included the AC leaking when we first turned it on, but the issue was solved immediately (I mention this because I think it\'s important to know how the host resolves issues). We were disappointed that the 8am start time for the pool exists because we really wanted to (quietly) have an early morning swim. The key card/fob doesn\'t work until 8am sharp. Finally, I\'m not sure how the hosts could have known this but the can opener was broken so we had quite the experience trying to make dinner one night (ha!). Okay, enough of the little nit picking and back to the positives! The king size beds are so comfortable and the rooms themselves are, well, roomy. The coffee/tea station in the middle of the hallway between the two bedrooms is a welcome item first thing in the morning. The primary bedroom bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower while the second bedroom uses the bathroom in the hallway. It was easy for us to sign on to all of our streaming apps on the 65" TV in the living room. The couch is comfy and the dining table was a great spot for organizing our items. The kitchen is well appointed; just look around and make sure you know where everything is before settling in. Thanks for the stay!

The place was great & was a perfect location being very close to downtown Scottsdale. The exterior is a bit dated but once you get inside the condo you’ll see it’s been fully updated and done very well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great updated rental! Loved the location to everything! Robert was in contact quickly for any question or need! Would for sure recommend this condo to others! I would recommend for future guests that you put small dressers in the bedrooms for drawer storage and you install felt pads on the dining room chair “feet” to minimize the noise when moving the chairs, especially for your neighbor downstairs. However, this is for sure a 5 Star rental! Thank you for a fantastic “mini vacation”!

Check in and check out process was really easy. We arrived after dark so it was a little harder to find the right building as the area is not well lit at night. Convenient parking directly in front of the building. Great communication with the host. Convenient location within walking distance to Old Town shops, restaurants and Fashion Square Mall.

We had one of the best hosts we've ever encountered in all our years of using VRBO. The property was ideally located—close to major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants—which made exploring Phoenix incredibly convenient. We were a family of four visiting Phoenix for the first time and stayed at the property for two weeks. The host was truly exceptional: highly communicative, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.Will go back again

Very clean and well updated. Hosts are phenomenal with communication. Close to Olde Towne Scottsdale and lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

The place was great & was a perfect location being very close to downtown Scottsdale. The exterior is a bit dated but once you get inside the condo you’ll see it’s been fully updated and done very well. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location for access to Old Town. 12 min walk, 4 min drive. For an adult trip, the accommodations were great. It would not work if we were traveling with our 3 young kids because there is not a washer dryer in the Unit. The pool was clean and a good size. The hosts had everything covered with amenities inside the apartment. A well maintained property! I would recommend!

Very clean with all of the amenities you need. Location was nice too, about a 20 minute walk to Old Town. Dedicated parking space. Loved the remodeled kitchen and the 2 Master Baths. Would definitely recommend.

Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean condo in the perfect location to walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. Very proactive hosts who sent clear, detailed, accurate instructions. Kitchen and coffee bar well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of extra touches that make it clear the hosts care about comfort and convenience. We would love to stay again!

This is a great condo ! Clean, beds were comfortable, everything you need to cook with is there. It's Close to Old Town Scottsdale, The Entertainment District and The Fashion District. It's not walking distance in the AZ heat but it is an 8.00 Waymo ride and they pick you up right outside the condo. Only downfall is it is one of the furthest condos from the pool area. However, the walk is well shaded. I loved sitting by the pool every morning talking with Chris and I highly recommend Velvet Tacos and Cien Agaves !! The quesabirria taco and guac are sooo good !

From the moment we walked in to the time we left, this place was perfect. Incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and a great location. The access to the pool was definitely a bonus! The hosts were wonderful and always accessible. Highly recommend!

Best property we have stayed at yet. Lots of extras as well. Owner was responsive and very helpful. We would definitely book at this peppery again the next time we go to Arizona. Highly recommended property and host.
