This house was absolutely lovely. It had everything we needed, from the on street parking provided to being very well equipped in the house. They had thought of everything. There was a black book in the property that had some great places to eat, was really helpful when you are not from York. It was very clean too. The company were so helpful and let us check in early as the house was empty the night before, this was a god send. When we return to York we hope to stay here again! Thank you:)

This was our second time staying in this lovely house. We were able to have a ‘home away from home’ feeling and enjoyed spending time by the fire chatting when we weren’t out at any one of the many nearby restaurants or coffee shops. Being able to walk to everything we wanted to do was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying here.

The terraced house was a short walk to town and had restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. Lots of room to spread out. Dining area was large and accommodating for eating and games. Perfect for my kids and small grandkids.

We had and excellent stay in the townhouse - house was homely, cosy and clean and in a great location for local restaurants and for walking into the city centre! Checkout was at 10am and our stay would have been even better if there was the possibility of keeping our bags in the townhouse after we checked out on the last day!

York Boutique is well-situated, just outside city center. It was so easy to walk to many restaurants and the sights of the city. The house was the perfect size for our family of seven and was exactly as described in the listing. The property managers communicate useful and detailed information before the check in time, which made the whole process very simple. Thank you!

We will be coming back to this property and highly recommend to others. It was stunning throughout. Really spacious and very well equipped. It had everything we needed. Parking was on street provided for one car, this was handy as parking in York is pretty expensive otherwise. Walking distance to the city centre was less than 10 minutes and there was some lovely restauraunts on the way in.

The terraced house was a short walk to town and had restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. Lots of room to spread out. Dining area was large and accommodating for eating and games. Perfect for my kids and small grandkids.

The location was perfect, right in the city centre but not too close to the noisy bars, the house was clean and well appointed. Would recommend.

very convenient to main city center. Host easy to deal with and quick responses to enquiries. Lay out very efficient with Kitchen, dining and living area on first floor - remaining bedrooms upstairs. Good value.

Lovely house with the added bonus of a parking permit. Close to Fossgate where there are lots of bars , cafes and restaurants it really is an ideal location. Very clean and comfortable house that had everything we needed

Lovely house, great location too. The house was spotless and the beds were comfy, the city centre is literally up the road and there are so many nice restaurants on the doorstep.
