What a wonderful Thanksgiving we had in this amazing house! My brothers family and my family stayed here during the week of Thanksgiving and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. The location is great. We drove up after seeing Antelope Canyon and knew we wanted to check out both Bryce and Zion, this house is in close proximity to both. The house itself was perfect. It was fully stocked and well organized. The kids had a blast playing the arcade machine, challenging each other to ping-pong and foosball, and they really enjoyed taking dips in the hot tub under the stairs at night. The views of the mountains were amazing, and the bedrooms were all very comfortable to sleep in. We really enjoyed our time in your house. Thank you for all the wonderful memories, we will certainly cherish them forever.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cliff's Edge. The kids loved the foosball and plenty of tvs to watch their own shows. The master suite was comfortable and spacious. The beautiful kitchen and open area made it easy to relax together. We found everything we needed with no effort. There was a great view from the hot tub of both the valley below and the starlit sky above. Would definitely stay there again! We were visiting Orderville for a quick weekend as our daughter was married in Zion National Park. This home was the perfect place to prepare for and relax after the wedding!

Overlook was a perfect home base for our Zion and Bryce vacation. Located between the two, we never had to drive too far. And it’s called Overlook for a reason. A gorgeous view of the mountains from an outdoor patio that includes a dinner table, hot tub and fire pit. What more could you ask for? Interior is new and fresh with comfy bed and sofa. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house that exceeded our expectations for our family of 8! Extremely clean and well organized. Mattresses, bedding and pillows were all extremely comfortable. House is central location to Zion and Bryce. Our family enjoyed the outdoor seating, hot tub and fire pit, along w the spectacular views from the extensive deck. Highly recommend this lovely rental!

Comfy 3 bed home with a pretty view off the deck. Very attentive hosts from a detailed welcome package to frequent contacts. Convenient location to Zion, Bryce, and Peek a boo Canyon in Kanab Just do a little planning on groceries ahead of time, which the hosts helped us with. A very nice kitchen and grill are available, and the Utah parks are amazing.

Amazing house with breathtaking views sunrise and sunset. Close to a small grocery store and dollar store that met all our family food needs. Adventured into Zion for the narrows and scouts landing. Bryce canyon had the most amazing views at sunset. UTV rides to Peekaboo Canyon and The Chambers with ROAM. Then great relaxing evenings at the house, roasting marshmallows, hot tub etc. Perfect stay! If we come back, we will definitely stay at Cliff’s Edge again.

Great experience for our 4 day vacation near East Zion. Property is immaculate. Kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The house was decorated in Christmas theme which was a wonderful, unexpected bonus. We spent time in the hot tub looking at the stars, hiking around Orderville and East Zion and visiting several historic sites. Great communication with Myzionvacations. We would definitely rent from them again.

I found Cliff's Edge and ended up planning our trip around its availability. It was worth it. They did all of the big things and little things right. The space is so open and cosy with absolutely amazing views. The kitchen has it all including ice packs and Tupperware for packing lunches, and olive oil and spices, without any clutter. The outdoor spaces were even better than pictured. We loved the hot tub and fire table but the lower fire ring might have been our favorite. It has an extra peaceful feel that achieved another level of tranquility. Combine the ideal space with super accommodating hosts and it's hard to beat. Oh yeah, there was one problem. There were so many wonderful places to explore that we didn't get to spend enough time in the house. Next time we need to stay longer. We were so impressed that I would happily try any of their properties.

What a perfect place to stay for four days in Zion/Bryce!. The house was comfortable, with a nice gas fireplace, and plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. I would definitely stay again!

The casita was perfect four our family of 4. It has a very well appointed interior, and our 13 and 9 yo’s dug the bunk beds. We hiked and explored by day, and relaxed with a fire or a hot tub dip by night, it was a great week. Perfectly located - we spent a day each at Zion, Bryce, Kanab, and the Grand Canyon, with one day just wandering the nearby trail and Orderville’s pocket canyon. Highly, highly recommend this property!

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous house in Orderville! The house had an awesome view that we woke up to every morning. The house was incredibly clean, comfortable beds, beautiful decor and everything we needed in the kitchen. We made several meals during the week and enjoyed eating them at the large dining table while overlooking the mountains. It was a little too chilly for us to be out on the deck, and we weren't really at home enough to invest in the heater, although it looked very nice. We picked this house mostly because of its central location to Zion, Bryce, Kanab and Page, AZ. We spent most of our time out exploring the parks and sites and then enjoyed sitting by the fireplace at night while we ate dinner and relaxed. It was Heavenly!! Great communication with the owners, easy check in and out process and all-around great stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back and stay again! Thanks!!

One of the most beautiful houses we have ever visited!! Very clean, very nice interior and a beautiful view. We loved the jacuzzi and enjoyed looking at the stars in the jacuzzi in the evening. Great location to visit Zion as well as Bryce.

This is by far the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. The property is incredibly clean, very well stocked (kitchen + linens), and the beds are all super comfortable. The views are stunning and the hot tub was a lovely add to the experience. Afton was a great host and quick to respond to any messages I sent. Book it - it’s worth it!

The house is beautiful and clean and the view out the windows from the kitchen-living room-dining room and the deck is incredible. The beds were comfortable. The amenities were excellent. The water is hard so the shower heads get clogged, the ones in the primary bathroom wasn’t working well and the hosts changed them out right away. The hosts are very responsive. The location is perfect for visiting Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park. We also used a local guide with Roam Outdoor Adventures in Orderville to do some canyoneering very close to the house.

First, I have to preface this by saying that the management group was extremely helpful and responsive. This property is not as advertised, it BETTER! Extremely clean, well organized, and full of amenities. I can't recommend this place enough! Stop looking at other properties and book this place today!

This VRBO will not disappoint. They are very detailed, clean and willing to help with any need. The welcome book with local menus and things to do was a great touch. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone who was visiting Utahs many great parks.

It has an extra peaceful feel that achieved another level of tranquility. Combine the ideal space with super accommodating hosts and it's hard to beat. Oh yeah, there was one problem. There were so many wonderful places to explore that we didn't get to spend enough time in the house. Next time we need to stay longer. We were so impressed that I would happily try any of their properties.

The house is beautiful and clean and the view out the windows from the kitchen-living room-dining room and the deck is incredible. The beds were comfortable. The amenities were excellent. The water is hard so the shower heads get clogged, the ones in the primary bathroom wasn’t working well and the hosts changed them out right away. The hosts are very responsive. The location is perfect for visiting Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park. We also used a local guide with Roam Outdoor Adventures in Orderville to do some canyoneering very close to the house.

What a perfect place to stay for four days in Zion/Bryce!. The house was comfortable, with a nice gas fireplace, and plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. I would definitely stay again!

This property is absolutely as beautiful in the pictures as in person. The 360 degree views of mountains are amazing. It was CLEAN, warm feel, comfortable(especially the mattresses after long days of hiking), and the amenities were well taken care of and on the higher end. While the location was a little far from Vegas airport, it was very worth it. It puts you 30 minutes from Zion Park and exactly 1 hour from Bryce Canyon(which is a quick and simple drive). In the area was a couple other secret places to hike as well-within 5 minutes. I highly recommend renting this place- the communication was prompt and their guide book they created was the most helpful! Definitely grocery shop in St.George like they recommend before arriving!

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous house in Orderville! The house had an awesome view that we woke up to every morning. The house was incredibly clean, comfortable beds, beautiful decor and everything we needed in the kitchen. We made several meals during the week and enjoyed eating them at the large dining table while overlooking the mountains. It was a little too chilly for us to be out on the deck, and we weren't really at home enough to invest in the heater, although it looked very nice. We picked this house mostly because of its central location to Zion, Bryce, Kanab and Page, AZ. We spent most of our time out exploring the parks and sites and then enjoyed sitting by the fireplace at night while we ate dinner and relaxed. It was Heavenly!! Great communication with the owners, easy check in and out process and all-around great stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back and stay again! Thanks!!

My wife and I chose this place because it is in between Zion and Bryce Canyon (and it has a hot tub!). You are very close to the East entrance of Zion, which makes for a beautiful drive as you make it to the visitor center near the South entrance. We spent 3 days at Zion and hiked the Narrows (rented gear in Springdale the day before - very easy). The place comes with a super friendly welcome guide that you download to your phone. I used it every single day as it helps with checking in, using the hot tub, finding local restaurants, national park information, and more. The place is exactly as stated. It is clean, updated, and has a beautiful view. Although it was chilly each day, we ended up using the hot tub every single night. We even saw a few deer just down the road from the property. Also, the owners were super helpful, available, and interested. It is clear they care about the experience of the renter. Great experience for our 4 day vacation near East Zion. Property is immaculate. Kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The house was decorated in Christmas theme which was a wonderful, unexpected bonus. We spent time in the hot tub looking at the stars, hiking around Orderville and East Zion and visiting several historic sites. Great communication with Myzionvacations. We would definitely rent from them again.

The property included all the amenities you need for an stress-free getaway. very well thought out and upscale. The location was perfect to get to Zion. Bryce was about an hour easy drive. The hot tub was a welcome edition after a day of hiking. There were several other hikes and activities in the area as well. The guide provided by the host head a lot of information as well. Easy check in and check out process. No issues during our stay, but the host checked in with us to make sure everything was good. On our list for our next visit.

Overlook was a perfect home base for our Zion and Bryce vacation. Located between the two, we never had to drive too far. And it’s called Overlook for a reason. A gorgeous view of the mountains from an outdoor patio that includes a dinner table, hot tub and fire pit. What more could you ask for? Interior is new and fresh with comfy bed and sofa. Highly recommend.

Amazing house with breathtaking views sunrise and sunset. Close to a small grocery store and dollar store that met all our family food needs. Adventured into Zion for the narrows and scouts landing. Bryce canyon had the most amazing views at sunset. UTV rides to Peekaboo Canyon and The Chambers with ROAM. Then great relaxing evenings at the house, roasting marshmallows, hot tub etc. Perfect stay! If we come back, we will definitely stay at Cliff’s Edge again.

The casita was perfect four our family of 4. It has a very well appointed interior, and our 13 and 9 yo’s dug the bunk beds. We hiked and explored by day, and relaxed with a fire or a hot tub dip by night, it was a great week. Highly, highly recommend this property!

The house was amazing and the location was great. Orderville is 5 minutes away. It has a coffee shop that has great breakfast and lunch. The Family Dollar has everything you need, including groceries. Kanab is only 25 minutes away for some great dining. The only negative, which has nothing to do with the house or the host is that I'm not sure they have noise restrictions at night in the neighborhood because the house across from us were outside partying way past 11. They could have taken it inside.
The house was amazing and the location was great. Orderville is 5 minutes away. It has a coffee shop that has great breakfast and lunch. The Family Dollar has everything you need, including groceries. Kanab is only 25 minutes away for some great dining. I wanted to visit a national park for my 70th birthday and so we chose Zion. We traveled from the Eastern coast. The landscape in southern Utah is magnificent. The Cliffs Ledge rental is situated so that all the beauty is in view from every window. It has a large kitchen with an open concept main room. We were close to the east entrance to Zion and not far from Bryce Canyon. There were 7 adults in our party, we explored and hiked something different every day and went back to Cliffs Edge for a relaxing dinner and drinks. The hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of exploration.

Cliffs Edge is a 5-star home overlooking the Orderville valley with all the luxury features and gorgeous architecture you can ask for. This luxury home is fairly new among a bunch of new homes perched on a hilltop overlooking the valley below. With a hot tub and a gourmet kitchen, the stay was perfect. The local area includes many slot canyon hikes and is close proximity to ZION and BRYCE. The town itself has 1 sit down restaurant serving dinner with the rest being food trucks or small coffee or barbeque places. Cliffs Edge is a 5-star home overlooking the Orderville valley with all the luxury features and gorgeous architecture you can ask for. This luxury home is fairly new among a bunch of new homes perched on a hilltop overlooking the valley below. With a hot tub and a gourmet kitchen, the stay was perfect. The local area includes many slot canyon hikes and is close proximity to ZION and BRYCE. The town itself has 1 sit down restaurant serving dinner with the rest being food trucks or small coffee or barbeque places.
