Very convenient location and the apartment was excellent.Very clean and the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates were a nice touch.Easy parking for the hire car and secure.Definitely family friendly.

This property was perfect for our family on our 11-night stay in Brisbane. Well-appointed modern kitchen for cooking, lovely covered deck with a grill and plenty of outdoor seating, large comfy couch in the living room for lounging and visiting. Bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Lovely neighborhood for walking, with parks nearby. Hosts were generous and very responsive to any questions we had. We loved our home away from home, and are so glad we stayed here. We highly recommend Park Avenue Terrace House, Unit 2!
This property was perfect for our family on our 11-night stay in Brisbane. The property was extremely comfortable and had all the provisions you need and or want, which was greatly appreciated. The location is great for all local transportation access. We would stay here again.
