Great stay! The home is a great place to relax with friends by the pool. The house had everything we needed. Pool was bigger in person than in photos. Hot tub was also clean and ready to use when we arrived.

host was very communicative was able to extend last minute pool was amazing hot tub worked everything was so good we ended up extending our stay !

Kitchen was challenging for cooking if you have a large group.

Eric is a fantastic host, and the house is a wonderful property! We have stayed here multiple years, and have always thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We would highly recommend the property, and Eric as a host!

The house is located in a prime location, central to most everything north of the airport. Speaking of airport, it's like a 20 min drive and super easy to get to. Lots of places to eat nearby and the Arizona Canal trail is a really short walk from the house. The listing does not include the front of the house so don't let that distract you from opening the door because the listing pictures are just as advertised. The host was very responsive and answered every question in a matter of minutes. The weather during our stay was mild compared to the summer but we still appreciated the AC working great as it did. If I had to mention any down side to this house, it would be the split kitchen (sink/fridge) to the left side and the stove/microwave on the right side of the kitchen. We found that strange but worked with it. The house is also right off Camelback road so the car noise could be loud at times but we barely heard while inside the house. The positives outweighed any negatives in this house and would rent again with such an incredible back yard.
