This house was exactly what we expected. The main level deck out to the beach was our favorite part. We also appreciated the 2 large sitting windows so you could be inside while seeing the ocean. The bedrooms were all spacious. The host was responsive any time we reached out. This location was perfect with less people on the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Kitchen is a little tight for large groups. Hard to have more than 3 people at a time in there with opening oven, fridge or dishwasher. Steps up to house from driveway are steep. Have a high rise in them so carrying luggage and groceries can be hard. Lighting at garage level and down front steps is non existent. Very dangerous at night.Hosts were always very responsive to questions or if we needed help with anything. Deck on kitchen level is great to gather on for coffee or cocktails with family or friends.

Beautiful location and love the layout of the house! It is the perfect size for my family of 14. Love being just steps from the beach and having a private pool. More detail could have been given to cleaning and painting. The fan blades were pretty bad especially in the living areas. We cleaned the fan over the round table where we ate. The bedroom's bath on 1st floor has a hole in sheetrock where the towel rack is missing from wall. The clear bowl sinks with copper drain always look dirty. Plus several do not drain well. The fabric couch in living room needs cleaning. Also, management company needs to go through the collection of broken and rusty chairs and clean out. As a former owner of a high end rental property, I would have expected these details to be addressed. However, it's a great property!
