This is close to town and there is good parking. It is also convenient place to stay if you are going downhill skiing. It was also a great place to stay for hiking, and back country skiing.

Awesome house, great price, close location to ski resort and downtown. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. There was an issue with the garbage disposal (which wasn’t a big deal to us) and the owner immediately fixed it at a time that worked for us. Will stay again next year!

This house was amazing. Very roomy and extremely comfortable with air conditioning and lots of places to just hang out and relax. All of the beds were very comfortable for our stay. Also having a garage was a big plus for us as we were in town for a local Datsun Roadster event and our little convertibles fit in there just perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

My family decided to take a last minute trip to Mount Shasta to see my husband's grandparents. I found this listing right away. The pictures are accurate. It snowed while we were here. The house is in the middle of a cul de sac. My kids were able to play outside where I could see them. It was great. Pros: Basically right downtown (close to everything) Fenced yard (It's bigger in person) Grill on the deck with plenty of propane Washer and Dryer (there was already detergent) Tons of extra towels and bedding The beds are comfortable! The house was already warm when we arrived Cons (in my opinion) The kitchen and living room are upstairs so it is really noisy in the bedrooms There are no safety gates on the stairs (Luckily my 2 year old was pretty good about it, but I wouldn't trust a crawler or new walker) Overall our stay was excellent! I would love to book here again the next time we come to Mount Shasta.

The whole process was very easy to check in and out. Location is great and close to skiing. The house was very clean with plenty of amenities. Mark the owner was responsive and came by to fix a few things. The next day he also came and rescued us with a snow plow and cleared out the whole driveway of snow!

This place was super clean!!! Lisa was very responsive and on top of it. The beds were comfy and being able to park in the garage was a big plus. The location is also great close to everything we needed. We were 7 adults with plent of space, to enjoy our stay.

My friends and I were allowed an early check in and arrived to a very clean, well appointed townhouse. The manager and owner were very attentive to our needs when we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat and fireplace/stove on. The owner even gave us suggestions for eating out nearby. Over all it was a wonderful time with my friends of 50 years. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating upstairs in a beautiful setting. Our only critique would be that the home needs thicker curtains or blinds downstairs in the bedrooms as you could see through them when the lights were on. Also, we were instructed to put our trash out in the cans when we left, we had a very small bag that was quite a challenge to get into one of the 3 very packed trash cans out front. Might need bigger trash receptacles.

My elderly Aunts and Uncles were here for a memorial service for my mother, their sister. They enjoyed their stay. We chose this place based on the location and size. They don’t go out so a kitchen was a must. A few issues with the shower faucet but they were able to use the one in the master bedroom.

Perfect! Easy walking to downtown. A great and locally owned coffee shop just across the street. Everything was clean and in good shape. Kitchen had everything we needed (coffee maker, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, etc.) Very happy with our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

This was an amazing property! It was very clean and close to town. We had 5 adults (total)and gave us the space to sit and talk after our outings. The kitchen was equipped with everything to make dinners including an instant pot! We will stay here again sometime! We also appreciated the prompt communications from property manager while we were there.

This house exceeded our expectations (traveled with a group of friends). It had everything we needed and more. We had a pleasant short vacation. Forgot some stuff there, and the owner was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue. Will definitely be back.

Mount Shasta is our end of summer go to spot. This place was the perfect distance from downtown. Easy walk to great food and crystal shops. If I don’t buy a home this year in the area, I’ll come back here!

Mount Shasta is our end of summer go to spot. This place was the perfect distance from downtown. Easy walk to great food and crystal shops. If I don’t buy a home this year in the area, I’ll come back here!

This is close to town and there is good parking. It is also convenient place to stay if you are going downhill skiing. It was also a great place to stay for hiking, and back country skiing.

Perfect! Easy walking to downtown. A great and locally owned coffee shop just across the street. Everything was clean and in good shape. Kitchen had everything we needed (coffee maker, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, etc.) Very happy with our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

My friends and I loved our stay at this house! Location was perfect (walking distance to town) and it was cozy and clean. Couldn’t ask for more! Property Manager was extremely communicative and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The whole process was very easy to check in and out. Location is great and close to skiing. The house was very clean with plenty of amenities. Mark the owner was responsive and came by to fix a few things. The next day he also came and rescued us with a snow plow and cleared out the whole driveway of snow!

The whole process was very easy to check in and out. Location is great and close to skiing. The house was very clean with plenty of amenities. My family decided to take a last minute trip to Mount Shasta to see my husband's grandparents. I found this listing right away. The pictures are accurate. It snowed while we were here. The house is in the middle of a cul de sac. My kids were able to play outside where I could see them. It was great. Pros: Basically right downtown (close to everything) Fenced yard (It's bigger in person) Grill on the deck with plenty of propane Washer and Dryer (there was already detergent) Tons of extra towels and bedding The beds are comfortable! The house was already warm when we arrived Cons (in my opinion) The kitchen and living room are upstairs so it is really noisy in the bedrooms There are no safety gates on the stairs (Luckily my 2 year old was pretty good about it, but I wouldn't trust a crawler or new walker) Overall our stay was excellent! I would love to book here again the next time we come to Mount Shasta.
