This is a beautiful new home convenient for our visit to Bryce Canyon National Park. This home is nicely appointed and clean as a whistle with no detail overlooked. It has a very well equiped kitchen with an outside gas grill we used to cook a steak one night. It was just my wife and I but this three bedroom home could easily accomodated six very comfortably. Panguitch is a cute little town with with a good selection of restaurants and a well stocked grocery store. If you are visiting Bryce this home will not disappoint.

We enjoyed a great weekend with our friends in this beautiful home. We utilize the kitchen to cook breakfast and dinners. We travel to Bryce Canyon during the day and we’re grateful to come back to this home for the evenings. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, highly recommended this home.

This was such a beautiful new build. We loved parking in the garage since our snowboards were on our roof. It was so easy to put the baby to bed while hubby unloaded the car. We loved having the backyard for our dog buddie and the extra room for baby girl. The condition of the house and cleanliness were 5 stars and the bed was nice and comfy. Buddie loved the beanbag chair and hubby wanted to stay up all night playing the video games!

The accomodations were great for our family of 6 adults. I liked having touch lamps with USB ports on the night stands. Also, nice to have full size body lotion bottles in the bathrooms. Excellent communication from Michelle.We only had 2 issues. One was not having enough wash clothes for all 6 of us (only 5 in the house). We were only there 1 night though and we arrived relatively late so we didn't bother asking for more. The other issue was that the washer and dryer didn't work well for us. The washer did not get the clothes clean even with a presoak. The jeans and socks came out looking like they did when they went in. The dryer took much longer than expected too but possibly because the washer didn't spin the water out very well.

Overnighted for two nights while visiting National Parks. House was a great place to stay for our needs. Newer dwelling in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and large space in family/eating area allowed for gathering. Only complaint is the TV situation. We were not able to enjoy watching our favorite shows due to the restrictions on the tv by the owner. (We weren't able to sign in to our streaming channels with our passwords.) This place is basic but nice. Not fancy in any way but has what you need. Could be a bit cleaner. We had to fold laundry when we got there. It is pet friendly which I guess is nice if you travel with pets but it does have a bit of pet smell in primary closet. Very close to Bryce Canyon.

We stayed to see Black Canyon of the Gunnison and it was super convenient. The house was clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to questions and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great location. We drove to Bryce Canyon from this location and took less than an hour. House was clean and had everything we needed for our trip.

This is a beautiful new home convenient for our visit to Bryce Canyon National Park. This home is nicely appointed and clean as a whistle with no detail overlooked. It has a very well equiped kitchen with an outside gas grill we used to cook a steak one night. It was just my wife and I but this three bedroom home could easily accomodated six very comfortably. Panguitch is a cute little town with with a good selection of restaurants and a well stocked grocery store. If you are visiting Bryce this home will not disappoint.

We enjoyed a great weekend with our friends in this beautiful home. We utilize the kitchen to cook breakfast and dinners. We travel to Bryce Canyon during the day and we’re grateful to come back to this home for the evenings. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, highly recommended this home.

The house was perfect for our family! It gave us plenty of room to spread out and had a great space to have family dinners. The yard is fenced which our dog loved! Our kids were able to play ball with her and run around. Great place! We’ll definitely be back!

Exceptional rental. Would highly recommend. Everything was first rate, including all the kitchen silverware, pots & pans, cooking utensils and bbq. Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location to trails is fantastic, and the deep soaking tub is quite welcoming after a hike. As we came back to this home away from home with our two dogs, the side gates made an easy transition for toweling dogs underneath the backyard covered patio. The back door opens directly to the backyard as well, which is quite handy.Appliances are solid. You can do laundry before moving on to your next adventure. The kitchen has ample basic cookware to satisfy at home meals from scratch with items from the local grocery store. Also, the guest book has local restaurant menus for both dine in and delivery. We found the town very welcoming and fun to explore.This was exactly what we were hoping for to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We'll come back again someday!
