Our stay at this home was fantastic. The openness of the home and ready access to the outdoors and the beach was amazing. Already miss our mornings on the porch.

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. There was more than enough space for our party of 7 and the host Carol was very friendly and helpful. Since the property sits right on the beach, you literally take a few steps off the backyard lawn and you're on the beach. We found the water to be gentle enough for swimming with small waves for bodysurfing and boogie boarding, although there are some rocks in certain areas. There were boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and other equipment that was provided that we made good use of. We also enjoyed the pickle ball court but the basketball court was sadly under repair. Nonetheless, everything else about the property was great. The rooms were clean and towels were stocked abundantly throughout the house for our many beach days. There are some nuances to the padlocks for the sliding doors in the second floor area, but it was relatively easy to figure out how to lock everything up when leaving for the day. Overall, we had an excellent stay!

Beautiful beach view, very clean and perfect house for a big family.

We loved the outdoor areas and the beach access. The house had so many things available such as beach toys and chairs and the kitchen had all needed cookware

The location was wonderful! There was plenty of space for our whole family. The AC in the bedrooms worked great. We loved having a sport court. Upstairs issues: pretty hot in living area, padlock is difficult to work & use. Downstairs issues: bathroom shower door installed incorrectly causing water to spray out, stovetop only works on very low or super hot & the oven takes forever to bake things. Overall we had a great stay. Suggestions would be to use a gate code that has an automatic open/shut instead of difficult padlocks. A light or sign would be helpful to see from the road as it’s hard to find in the dark.
