The studio was small but cozy and mostly had what was needed for two people. It is in the middle of the island but within walking distance of the beach. The A/C unit had a slightly annoying whistling sound so we had to turn it off at night. The only negative point was that the listing noted that one of the amenities was the pool, but there was an extra cost ($75 per day or $275 per week). We booked it because we thought it had access to the pool and were disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the quietness. Enjoyed the furniture. Enjoyed the time we had there. We didn't have the key for the pool or beach but the weather didn't allow for that anyway. The only problem I saw was a need was closet space to hang items. There was a closet but no hangers. It was a great place.

We had a really nice trip to Edisto Island. The property was just what we needed to enjoy the area. The amenities like the pool and bike rentals that come with the property were a nice bonus. We hope to come back some day.

We didn’t receive a follow up email with access instructions. Had to call the owner. Great convenient location. Towels were wet and in the dryer so we couldn’t take a shower for dinner. Pots in the cabinet were dirty with food stuck to them although we weren’t planning to cook.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, it was just the right size for the two of us. It had a nice view of the golf course and we could watch the golfers t off. I gave 4 stars overall because I felt the condo wasn’t cleaned well before we got there. There was a lot of sand on the floor, as well as under the comforter and sheets. There were also dead moths in the kitchen. The host was very responsive with messages and nice.

The condo was spotless and perfect. The balcony in the room faces the golf course and it was pretty entertaining to watch folks play golf. Everything that was listed on VRBO that would be provided was available for me to use during my stay. The TV was enormous and I was grateful for the distraction at night when I had nothing to do. When it was time for me to go home I had to force myself not to book another night. The property manager, Matt, was also very prompt with his responses. Edisto Island is my new favorite place! And my experience at the condo is a huge part of why I’m planning to be back!

Pros: walk in shower, big TV, location Cons: for the price I would expect something nicer, for a week we got a set of thin towels,no bath mats, place was not clean!! Wine glasses full of dust, surfaces were spot cleaned. Curtains were hanging off some hooks, looked worn out. Mold spots in tub! I could go on but I just think it needs a clean. No broom in unit, my socks were dirty when I walked around. Sheets not tucked in tight Maybe a new cleaning crew? All that I still love Edisto and had a relaxing vacation

This is a perfect spot for two people to enjoy time on Edisto Island. Everything was clean and exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The huge TV on the wall made watching movies a great experience. The bed is super comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for everything we needed to fix a few meals. The location is wonderful...a quiet neighborhood that felt safe, a view of the golf course, and less than a mile to a public beach access. All my communication with the host was courteous and prompt. I would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location! Just a short getaway to scope out some of the SC coast. Matt was accommodating & quick to respond. The space was the perfect size for two people & beautifully furnished. The bed was so comfy. The golf course was nice & all the beach accesses easily accessible. The town is small but cute. The resort is in need of some updates-the deck and flooring near the bathroom needed repair as well, the screen door & sliding glass door were hard to manage. We will come again! Thanks Matt!

I was in the area for business and typically stay in hotels because they’re pretty consistent in the chains I stay. Condos can be a roll of the dice…. And I hit the jackpot! There are no hotels close, plus I wanted to squeeze in a round of golf. This was perfect in every aspect from the communication with the owner to the literal across the fairway from the clubhouse location! Thank you!!

Lovely 1BR condo. The only issue we had was with the door to the deck - couldn't lock it from the inside one day, and got locked out on the deck the next. Wish it were closer to the beach, of course, especially since one of the roads to walk there was flooded. Appreciated our overnight getaway to Edisto!

Great place to stay and great location! Right on the golf course with beautiful views. There's an AMAZING restaurant that's a short walk across fairway called "Pros and Cons"...YOU HAVE TO EAT THERE! Property is very well maintained and clean. The host is very fast with responding. It is located close enough to all activities on the Island. Only 5 minutes from the gas station and Food Lion grocery store. Plenty of parking and easy to unload and load. Beautiful view of the golf course. 2 chairs on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice appliances. You could easily cook your meals there. Good water pressure for shower. We highly recommend staying here. And we hope to come again for a longer stay

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the host was responsive and easy to work with. We’d definitely stay here again!
