Relax & Enjoy the Ocean Views at SeaView Cottage!

Beautiful view of the ocean and the sunsets. We could listen to the waves crashing at night. The location was great. Easy walk to town and the beach. We usually drove (4minutes) to the beach because we had dogs and gear. The bathrooms are new and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a good cottage.

We spent 2 weeks at the SeaView Cottage in Del Mar. Location: Heaven. And that's not a joke. This neighborhood is a hidden wonderland of lush, mature landscaping and wildlife. My kids named it the "Surf Shire." Walking distance to the Del Mar Plaza and Powerhouse Park. Take the scenic route by going up Culebra and then right on Zapo and right on Serpentine and enjoy an eclectic home tour. House: Small but efficient. The home and kitchen were one of the best-equipped rentals I've ever stayed in. The view and the open spaces make the home feel much larger. Watching the surf and sunsets from bed was an epic treat. Vibe: Beach chill but also upper class. Friendly neighbors, but I don't think I'd want to push any limits on parking rules. BeachHaus: Excellent group to work with! I found their communication to be polite and timely and felt like I found great value by booking with them direct. Super welcoming for those of us with dogs. Note: no fence in back yard. Summary: SeaView Cottage is the place I want to live out my days. Our stay was not only comfortable, fun and relaxing but also healing, inspiring and centering. Very highly recommend...just not on the dates I want!

My family and I had a great one month summer stay at this beautiful property. The house was clean, well furnished, well stocked, amazing views, located in a great neighborhood walking distance to town and beach. We stay in the San Diego area each summer, and when we do we always try to rent from Beach Haus, as we know their properties will be top notch. Brenda and her team are the best, very professional and responsive with any request. Cant wait to return!

This property is located in a great neighborhood with restaurants and the beach only a short walk away. The property has a great back yard, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The property management team was great to work with and very responsive to our special requests. We look forward to coming back.

We loved staying in this cottage overlooking the beach. We enjoyed happy hour watching the sun set over the ocean and could walk into Del Mar for dinner. Our walks in the neighborhood were wonderful and we met some very nice people in the area. The management was very responsive to all our needs. Thanks for an amazing stay.
