Wishing Well Cabin

David and Carol are excellent hosts! Communication with them was thoughtful and prompt. The breakfast items they left for us were an added bonus!The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We loved the peaceful, riverside location and close proximity to the village and Jamaica State Park. We enjoyed being close to Stratton yet away from the crowds. The new restaurant in town, River & Rye, is excellent!

The house was so immaculately stocked with every amenity we could possibly need that all we brought was our own food. Every appliance in the kitchen was top quality, making both cooking and clean-up a breeze. Sharing meals here was a highlight of our trip thanks to the thoughtful touches and organized space.The ambiance throughout the home was warm, inviting, and beautifully curated, creating a sense of comfort and relaxation at every turn. Each bed was incredibly comfortable (we all slept so well!), and the bathrooms were pure luxury—modern, spotless, and carefully appointed with all the essentials.The location itself is a slice of paradise: quiet, private, and surrounded by stunning scenery. The home and property was absolutely pristine.The access to get into the property was very simple with no problems. The kitchen was well organized with a keurig or a pot to brew, your choice. Other kitchen appliances were also available such as blender, etc. Picturesque setting we absolutely loved it here.

Great VT cabin. Great location. Was a fantastic stay at wishing well cabin, new condition, cozy, warm. Very comfortable, super well equipped: washer/dryer, Keurig or drip coffee pots, first aid kit, plenty of towels, soaps. Quick and communicative hosts. Very nice unique touch with eggs, OJ, syrups, pancake mix, bacon at arrival.
