The good: affordable rates, modern property, good room features and on-site dining. The bad: during warm summer days the air conditioning was not functioning. Inquired with staff on multiple occasions, they seemed clueless and only provided useless advice. At first we were told there was nothing wrong with the systems and eventually (after multiple guests complained) they admitted they couldn't get it serviced on the weekend. We had to sleep with the windows open to make it bearable. TVs in the family room weren't working at all, no signal. The door separating the two family sections was not lockable and staff refused to provide us with a key. Parking nearby was 15 Euros a night which was thankfully waived after we mentioned the issues upon check-out. Parking spots for the hotel are on the 6th floor of the parkade, which requires you to drive up a spiralling sequence of on-ramps. We also found a dead bug (pretty big) in the room before we left.

Wirklich schön eingerichtet und direkt um die Ecke zum Flughagenparkplatz. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Essen ging schnell und konnten wir mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Sauberkeit war leider nur okay (lange dunkle Haare im Bad und ein paar schwarze Fusseln im Bett). Frühstück war in Ordnung, für den Preis kein Highlight.

Omgeving bestaat uit kantoorpanden en andere hotels. Wij waren op doorreis dus voor ons was de omgeving niet zo belangrijk. H+ Hotel voor herhaling vatbaar.

The hotel was very nice and clean, it had a nice fitness facility. The only issue I had was it was quite warm in the room and I could not get the temperature regulated to a comfortable temperature. The Thermostat would only go +1,+2 or -1,-2 of the temperature of the room, which didn’t seem to work. Also I found the bed to be quite uncomfortable, aside from that the hotel was good.

The hotel seems newly built so the installations are fresh and modernly designed. We book a double room - essentially two connected rooms of good size - which was perfect for the three of us. In one of the rooms the AC didn’t work. They couldn’t fix it so we got a new room in the middle of the night. The AC didn’t work there either. The beds are not great. We payed extra for the breakfast which offers good variety but like the rooms the quality is not great. Parking costs extra.

Everything was excellent apart from 2 things. The room could have been a bit more plush or nice in decoration and secondly, the bar staff could have been a little bit more nicer to me even if they have to pretend considering the receptionist were very nice.

Smidigt med familjerum ( 2 dubbelrum med öppet mellan för familjen med 2 vuxna o 2 barn) Bra parkering för en bil med hela semesterpackningen kvar i bilen. Smidigt att handla matsäck till resan i matbutiken REWE i närheten som öppnar redan kl 06.
