It was very nice and served it's purpose for our stay. Dishes weren't cleaned before put back in the cabinet. Only 2 washcloths for 6 people. And only 1 parking spot. But overall was a very nice place and plenty of room for all of us.

The Home is VERY well taken care of. The only downside was the parking--There is no onsite parking available.What is available is on street parking in a residential neighborhood.

7 night stay was wonderful. Only improvement would be firmer mattresses. The master was OK but the other two we used were very soft and unsupportive. Still, glad we chose this property for our week in the area. Parking is not an issue at all. Most neighbors park on the street and finding a spot wasn’t at all difficult. Close to lots of local eateries. Very safe area - loved seeing all the parents walking their kids to the bus stop on weekday mornings. The kind of place I’d like to live.

Our family of four adults, a five-year old, and a four month old had very pleasant stay in Glenside. The house was very clean and nicely appointed. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with ample street parking. The kitchen was complete with all the cooking items we needed. We were visiting family in the area and will likely stay there again.

There were 6 of us staying for a family reunion in the Philly area. Our other relatives live close by so this was the perfect suburban location in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is beautifully renovated with high end finishes and sparkling clean. My uncle & aunt, cousin and his wife stayed in the 2nd floor bedrooms. I slept on the very comfortable day bed 4 steps from the powder room on the first floor. It was like having my own ensuite. My husband slept on the 3rd floor, which has 2 twin beds and a separate air conditioning unit. The owner was nice enough to let us check in early so we can turn down the AC, put away our perishable groceries, and turn on the lights so we didn't walk into a dark house before we picked up our relatives who were flying into PHL after 8:00pm.The decor throughout was modern and upscale. The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't do any cooking. The big dining room table accommodated the 6 of us for breakfast, which was the only meal we ate at this house. The 80" TV had all the streaming channels one could possibly want. Oh, and there was even a wine fridge!If we ever need to stay in the Philly area again, we would rent this place.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Kiryl’s home. It provided us a convenient and comfortable stay while in town to visit family. The property was well appointed with a full kitchen, toiletries and cleaning products. We always managed to have a parking spot directly in front of the property. We enjoyed nice walks in the surrounding quiet and safe neighborhood. The location was convenient to local shopping and major routes into Philadelphia and other suburbs. We didn’t use Septa during our stay but there was a station within a short walk to the property. We will most definitely look to stay here for future visits.

We were visiting family in the burbs of Philly and this place gave us a nice place to hang out between visits and a plane to welcome family over for a relaxing evening. The place was lovely, clean, comfy, and very well stocked. I would definitely recommend it!

We had an excellent stay! The property was extremely clean and accommodating, making our entire stay relaxing and safe. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home. One note for future families: the daybed listed as a double futon is actually a twin, so it will only accommodate one person. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it's good to know for those that may need that. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay again!

Loved the fact that all 5 of us had actual beds. The two youngest slept on the third floor. (It's best for the agile/younger crowd, as the ceiling is slanted! Not a problem though!) Master bedroom has a master bath. Everything was impeccably clean with very nice furnishings. Lots of room to spread out. Kitchen had what we needed but would suggest a few coffee mugs. Maybe there were some, and we just didn't find them. Street parking only but both nights we had no trouble parking right in front of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay again!

Lovely little home that was ideal for a group of friends in town for a wedding. Very clean and well stocked, and the host was very communicative prior to check in. One thing to note is that the stairs to the attic room are a bit precarious and the room itself is a little sparse. But it worked for our purposes!

We (three adults and two teenagers) stayed for three nights. The space was great! Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Everything was very clean, recently remodeled, and comfortable. The area was very nice -- we walked to stores and coffee and ice cream shops. It was a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the Philadelphia area!

This was a perfect spot for a family friendly neighborhood outside the city. The kids enjoyed the nearby playgrounds and the house was perfect for the 6 of us, with just a 30-40 minute drive into downtown. The host is extremely responsive and we couldn’t have asked for more!

What a great experience. The house was spacious with numerous sleeping areas, a well appointed kitchen, and modern common spaces. The price per night was less than nearby hotels, and the location is central to many attractions and public transportation. The only thing less than perfect was I had to reach out for check-in details, but this was a minor detail and Kiryl responded within 30 minutes with the details. I will definitely be staying again the next time we are back in town. If you are thinking about booking this place, just do it!

We enjoyed our week-long stay at this property very much! Everything in the home is well-appointed and upgraded. During our stay, we toured Philly, visited Lancaster, saw Gettysburg and Valley Forge. We also took the nearby NJ light rail up to NYC for the day. This property provided an excellent home base for us. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and secure. We enjoyed seeing fireflies outside at night. The air conditioning works very well--it never let us down during the June heat wave. We appreciated the laundry facilities and soft linens on the comfy beds. My kids had plenty of space to spread out, and we loved relaxing on the couch and watching movies together as a family after a day of sightseeing. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Our host Kiryl was very responsive and provided helpful information. I have no complaints at all! We would love to stay here again in the future. Everything is as pictured and described. Thank you!

My kids had plenty of space to spread out, and we loved relaxing on the couch and watching movies together as a family after a day of sightseeing. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Our host Kiryl was very responsive and provided helpful information. I have no complaints at all! There were 6 of us staying for a family reunion in the Philly area. Our other relatives live close by so this was the perfect suburban location in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is beautifully renovated with high end finishes and sparkling clean. My uncle & aunt, cousin and his wife stayed in the 2nd floor bedrooms. I slept on the very comfortable day bed 4 steps from the powder room on the first floor. It was like having my own ensuite. My husband slept on the 3rd floor, which has 2 twin beds and a separate air conditioning unit. The owner was nice enough to let us check in early so we can turn down the AC, put away our perishable groceries, and turn on the lights so we didn't walk into a dark house before we picked up our relatives who were flying into PHL after 8:00pm.The decor throughout was modern and upscale. The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't do any cooking. The big dining room table accommodated the 6 of us for breakfast, which was the only meal we ate at this house. The 80" TV had all the streaming channels one could possibly want. Oh, and there was even a wine fridge!If we ever need to stay in the Philly area again, we would rent this place.

We were looking for a house that could accommodate the entire family and in a very limited geographic area. Having lived in Jenkintown our family was returning to attend a celebration of life ceremony. Kiryl’s house was exactly what we needed. The house was very clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well appointed. And it had the number of beds and bathrooms to make our stay enjoyable. It’s located near restaurants, and food stores. This house definitely met our needs and Kiryl was a dream to work with, being quick to respond to any questions we had. Just one suggestion. A shade or curtain on the door to the back room would add some privacy if anyone is using the daybed. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you Kiryl!

Lovely little home that was ideal for a group of friends in town for a wedding. Very clean and well stocked, and the host was very communicative prior to check in. One thing to note is that the stairs to the attic room are a bit precarious and the room itself is a little sparse. But it worked for our purposes!

This home was perfect for our party of 6. It is a well appointed vacation home and close to everywhere The outside deck was perfect for early in the morning and when it cooled off in the evenings. Many card games later and time for reading, it is very comfortable home. I was able to contact the owner by text message with a question and was satisfied with the answer. You will love it. What a great experience. The house was spacious with numerous sleeping areas, a well appointed kitchen, and modern common spaces. The price per night was less than nearby hotels, and the location is central to many attractions and public transportation. The only thing less than perfect was I had to reach out for check-in details, but this was a minor detail and Kiryl responded within 30 minutes with the details. I will definitely be staying again the next time we are back in town. If you are thinking about booking this place, just do it!

7 night stay was wonderful. Only improvement would be firmer mattresses. The master was OK but the other two we used were very soft and unsupportive. Still, glad we chose this property for our week in the area. Parking is not an issue at all. Most neighbors park on the street and finding a spot wasn’t at all difficult. Close to lots of local eateries. Very safe area - loved seeing all the parents walking their kids to the bus stop on weekday mornings. The kind of place I’d like to live.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Kiryl’s home. It provided us a convenient and comfortable stay while in town to visit family. The property was well appointed with a full kitchen, toiletries and cleaning products. We always managed to have a parking spot directly in front of the property. We enjoyed nice walks in the surrounding quiet and safe neighborhood. The location was convenient to local shopping and major routes into Philadelphia and other suburbs. We didn’t use Septa during our stay but there was a station within a short walk to the property. We will most definitely look to stay here for future visits.

We (three adults and two teenagers) stayed for three nights. The space was great! Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Everything was very clean, recently remodeled, and comfortable. The area was very nice -- we walked to stores and coffee and ice cream shops. It was a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the Philadelphia area!

The house was very clean and easy to access. Parking spot was just big enough for our Nissan Altima so bigger suv or van may have issues with parking. Gorgeous quiet neighborhood; truly a gem or a residence and I hope to return in the future!!!

Our family of six stayed in this property for half a week and it fit our family extremely well. It was extremely clean and easy to access. We were surprised that it was attached to another house. We did think we were renting a whole house on its own but it turned out not to be a problem. We will definitely be looking to stay here again when we come back into the area. There is only on street parking with only one spot for a regular size vehicle so if someone is traveling with the trailer or has multiple vehicles, it would be more difficult. The outside of the building shows its age, but both outside and inside had many updates so it was very comfortable and modern. With two washers and two dryers it handled our family’s laundry well and we enjoyed having a large enough dining table that would fit all of us at one time. Our children enjoyed the big TV in the living room as well as the daybed room to have some privacy. We even saw a bunny in the backyard off the deck, which our four-year-old really enjoyed.
