Secluded Log Cabin with trail to North Point County Park to the beach.

We had a fantastic experience! Super cute cabin with great accommodations. We loved how the cabin is tucked away in the woods with lots of privacy, but also is only a 0.7m walk to the sand dunes at Van Buren State Park. There are two large smart TVs, a good WiFi connection, lots of family games, plenty of space for sleeping (2 queens, twin bunks, a sleeper sofa and love seat in the loft, and couch & love seat in the living room, and a kitchen stocked with dishes, and cooking essentials. Also provided are beach towels and toys. We had a wonderful time and plan on staying here again.

The location of the cabin is perfect for hiking along the dunes. The cabin was very clean and the fire pit outside was wonderful. The only thing that I would recommend and let others know is the the sofa bed is really not meant for adults. The mattress is very thin and uncomfortable. We had six adults and could have slept 4 of us in the room with the double bed and bunks but really didn’t want a bunk bed. Anyway, perfect house for maybe 4 adults and a few children.

Nice cabin very clean

The bear cave was everything we hoped and dreamed of. We stayed in January, and absolutely loved the snowy woods and the short hike to the lake from the property. The cabin itself is beyond cute, very comfortable and well laid out, and full of fun features like the electric fire/heater, games, a well stocked kitchen, and lots of cozy places to hang out. We came for the woods and it did not disappoint.

2nd time staying here. Summer and Fall and both were both wonderful!. Sulfur smell from well water persists but wasn't a big deal
