The cottage was spotless. Very cosy and welcoming. Kitchen was well equipped and everything provided was a good quality.The location is perfect for exploring Torquay, Paignton, Brixham etc etc.The local pub was worth visiting and the hosts were very helpful and responsive.Will definitely return

A great cottage to either use as a base to explore the major locations in the Torbay and Totnes area or to just relax in peace and quiet. Just a short walk to the pub and having parking space right outside the front door is a real bonus. All amenities you could ask for are provided in the cottage.

Jasmine cottage was excellent very clean and all we needed for our stay .The information we received was great and gave use all the information we needed. Would recommend the properties to anyone and will be back next year

Just perfect. A beautiful cottage in a quiet location. Decorated to a high standard with pretty much everything you will need for a memorable stay. Beds were very comfortable with fluffy pillows and cosy duvet. Smart TV and strong WiFi reception. Not only would I recommend, but I've already rebooked! Dog friendly too!
