Luxury Cottage in Nelsonville, close to Train, Opera House, near Hocking Hills

Needs maintenance. The downstairs window ac was broken 84-90 the whole stay on the main floor. They were still cleaning when we arrived. Wasp nest on front porch. Cabinet door hanging in kitchen. Fairy lights on porch broken. Light bulb needs replaced in upper bedroom. Screws loose in bedframe on main floor. Ant infestation. Hot tub was 94. Took full day to warm up. Only like 8 of the 50 jets worked. The grill only 2 out of 4 burners worked. The 2 that did work were so covered in grease, they caught fire. The young lady working at check out was friendly, knowledgeable, and sweet

Had 1 problem that was quickly resolved!

Had problems with water heater, but host was very responsive. Listing said there was a washer and dryer on the property, but they did not have one, the host did allow us to use the one next door at the bed and breakfast, just not very convenient. Could have used a few more plates and silverware.

Didn't like having to go get a key down the road and dropping it off after visit. Should tell visiters they are sharing the parking lot with ours. There was dog hair in our bed. The place was nice and it was very nice to have a garage to park in.

The place was clean and comfortable - a great location for a wonderful visit to the Hocking Hills area with family! There were plenty of recommendations about things to do and places to eat, many of which we took advantage of. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. The listing stated that there was a washer and dryer but there were not. The hosts stated that this was an error in the listing which would be fixed. The only other issue we had was the water heater that went out while one of us was showering. But it was working again the next day, so not a major issue. In all, we’d definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in the area!
