Location was easily accessible to restaurants and sights for seniors and toddlers! We arrived 5 min. early and calling allowed us to access unit immediately. Beach towels, chairs, and toys available. We used the firepit, washer, dryer, and pool. We cooked most meals and the large refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and all the kitchen needs were provided. It really was a memorable stay for our family! Thank you!

Excellent. Really the only problem was not having enough propane for the fire pit. Everything else was amazing! Location! Cleanliness! Well stocked! Responsiveness!

The unit had great number of beach towels, chairs etc(I do wish it was listed so we would not have brought our own) The kitchen had all the pots, pans, storage containers, plates & cups for 6 people +. The beach access was perfect and the view incredible.

The fact that towels, beach chairs, and sand toys for the kids are provided is such an extra touch. The kitchen is well stocked - from dishes to foil to cooking utensils and lighters - were all there. The location is excellent. Access to the beach was very easy and the neighbors are lovely! The views are fantastic, the beds are very comfortable and the layout is great. Seven Sisters does a great job communicating everything and taking care of renters.Cons: The description says that a propane grill is on sight, but it's not. The charcoal grill didn't work either. The condo is also a sanctuary in the midst of a bit of a rougher area. No safety issues at all; just don't be alarmed by the piercing and tattoo parlors that border it. There weren't a ton of food options nearby, either.Overall, this condo was absolutely worth the price, given the access to the beach and how nicely it is outfitted. And if you're considering it for the fourth, the views of the fireworks are perfect!

The condo was clean and well decorated. The location can’t be beat. Once we parked, we didn’t get back in the car for 4 days. You can pretty much walk everywhere you need to go. It was a bit chilly but the direct access to the beach was awesome. Only bummer was that the gas ran out in the outdoor fire table. Overall I would highly recommend!

We called Seven Sisters and they delivered two tanks. The one thing we wondered is could the hot water tank temperature be increased some because it takes a long time to get hot water upstairs. We didn’t ask-but maybe we should have so we didn’t waste water. I would definitely recommend this property. We loved the beach, the pool and McLintock’s. The family renting next door to us asked who the the property manager was and when we said Seven Sisters they said they come to Pismo every year and Seven Sisters are the best property managers and their properties are top notch.Make sure to take the remotes to open the front gates with you because the codes don’t always work and that was not just our problem-other tenants had problems. If you use the remotes it works. The HOA probably needs to fix that. We enjoyed we could walk to so many places.

It’s a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome/condo with an ocean facing patio on both floors. Views obviously were great. Uninterrupted views of ocean and beach. Ground floor patio is big and had a propane fireplace and large umbrella which were all very useful. House was pretty clean and was well stocked with the typical stuff. It’s right by the Pismo downtown which we didn’t care much for. Despite all the good stuff, it was a very expensive rental. We probably paid the premium for a year end beach vacation near the Bay Area.

We had a wonderful time staying for a week at this condo with a view of the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. The only disappointment was the fireplace was not available to use due to safety issue with it. The pictures showed fireplace in operation, but after booking we were advised it would not be available. Everything else was excellent, so this did not deter from our enjoyment during our stay. I recommend this condo.

Beautiful, very clean and very well stocked! Anything you need they have it. From kitchen supplies to boogie boards. Gorgeous view of the ocean. The surrounding property is well maintained, safe, and gated. Even though there were many people around, it was extremely quiet. Plenty of parking. Very short walk to the pier and main drag. My 81 year old mother with limited mobility was able to do the walk. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds, couch, and patio furniture. I highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

The ocean view and beach access were perfect! It made our brief trip and wonderful visit with our son extra special! The ease of walking to every restaurant we wanted to go to, all the shops, And ride up to the pier. Location, location, location. Everything was perfect! I do want to say that it was a little awkward, not having privacy between the decks of the condo. The condo next-door had a large group of people and several of the men were smoking cigars. We made it work by rotating when we were out on the deck when they were not. A little more privacy between decks might be nice. And the smoking definitely should be.

I previously owned one of the condos in this complex (25 years ago) and have always loved it. It has only changed for the better. The unit we stayed in was finely appointed and very well maintained. We've stayed in many rentals and this was probably one of the most well maintained. We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay again.

The view! Perfect spot to perch and watch the waves roll in. I can’t comment on the area as the house was wonderful so we never left!

It's the perfect Pismo Beach Location. Looking out at the pier and a short walk to many restaurants and shops. We couldn't have found a better place to rent. The property and grounds were well maintained. Great place for family or couples getaway.

Our kids are 10 and 7 and loved the sand. The beach was amazing- very long shelf so our kids could go far out and touch. Our in-laws came up for three nights as well and we had more than enough room for all 6 of us. GREAT property. Very spread out, felt calm, and the pool was perfect post ocean. If you want action it is literally steps away to the pier and tourists so best of both worlds. Highly recommend going into SLO- especially Thursday night for Farmers Market. GREAT food and fun. We also did the Bob Jones bike trail to Avila. Great six mile out and back trail, shaded most of the way. SLO, ATV in Pismo and Avila are all less than 15 minutes away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pismo Shores. It was exactly as promised and a great size for our extended family. The littles could run and play safely and the location could not have been better. It is easy walking distance to everything in Pismo and literally steps to the beach. We were there during 4th of July celebrations and we watched the fireworks from the deck. It was a wonderful week.

The communication, ease of entry to the home was seamless. The quality of the home did match the high price of the VRBO. The only thing that needs improvement is new non stick pans and spatula that won’t scratch the surface. They were almost unusable. Other than that, I would recommend this location. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving Dinner with friends and family!
