The Classic Cottage was perfect for us, so close to all the venues we had to get to. The house is adorable and was very clean and well stocked. The host was very responsive. Everything about our experience was smooth and we’d definitely stay there again.

This house was exactly what we needed to settle our daughter into her first year at UGA. Had plenty of space for our family and had a gate we could park our cars behind - that felt like an added bonus honestly! House was clean and prepared for our visit and the hosts were incredibly responsive, communicative and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

My daughter is preparing to relocate to Athens for graduate school and we needed to stay a few days to find an apartment and acclimate her to the city. This little spot was just perfect. The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and my daughter and I enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the front porch. And you can't beat the location - close to everything and private parking. The owners were responsive and addressed a minor issue promptly. Overall, a great spot!

We stayed at this lovely property for a conference at UGA. The house is close to the school, making our trips a breeze. It is beautifully appointed and even prettier in person. The only "difficult" part of the house is parking. To park in the driveway, you have to move a manual gate and do a little planning if there are two cars (single lane driveway). Street parking was available for some of our stay and that was much easier. We would absolutely stay here again- it's charming and there are restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend!

An older home with some creaks but very well-maintained. An excellent location convenient to all of the best things to do in Athens. Quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly faces taking walks with their dogs. Would definitely stay here again!

We had this house rented for the weekend for a football game. One week before our rental, Hurricane Helene left our home and businesses without power and water. I contacted the host and she was responsive and gracious enough to let us come before our rental date and take refuge here while we were without power at home. The house is spotless and very comfortably appointed. We are grateful for her kindness and will definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic find in Athens! Molly is a great host and the cottage has everything you need. It’s a great location to downtown and the neighborhood is quiet. The cottage is comfy and a great getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Your house is very cozy. We were in town for a volleyball tournament. Two things to consider. The master bed needs a new mattress because it sags to the middle really bad. Also, there was no soap in the showers. Only liquid hand soap at the sinks. The property itself was very clean and decorated nice! Fresh paint and comfy linens. Plenty of towels is important and you had them. Will stay again when in Athens!

If I could give the cottage more than 5 stars, I would. Molly was an incredible host, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The cottage is well kept and super clean. Convenient to downtown and the university. Thank you! We'll definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was very nice. There was a small issue with the A/C which the host discovered (from remote NEST access) and the repair was done the next morning already - Thank you! The initial notification with the check-in information did not get through (I wonder if that's an issue with VRBO, because that happened the second time to us) The location is not the nicest area of Athens (that would likely be south of the city center), but it close to the center. Thanks a lot!

We were in Athens for a few days while both of my girls attended UGA gymnastics camp. The house and location both were great. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling through Athens!! Go Dawgs

We were in Athens for a few days while both of my girls attended UGA gymnastics camp. The house and location both were great. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling through Athens!! Go Dawgs

An older home with some creaks but very well-maintained. An excellent location convenient to all of the best things to do in Athens. Quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly faces taking walks with their dogs. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this lovely property for a conference at UGA. The house is close to the school, making our trips a breeze. It is beautifully appointed and even prettier in person. The only "difficult" part of the house is parking. To park in the driveway, you have to move a manual gate and do a little planning if there are two cars (single lane driveway). Street parking was available for some of our stay and that was much easier. We would absolutely stay here again- it's charming and there are restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great older home in a great location. I’d give it a 5 but keep in mind this an older property. Some love and attention would go a long way and the to the master shower nozzle needs attention. All in all, i would definitely still stay here again… Just giving some feedback to owners. They communicated great and are easy to work with.
