Comfortable and cozy! Great location and great place to rest.

I stayed overnight X 1 for a doctor visit on Bee Caves road the next day.

We found this perfect location and perfect studio!

I arrived to find the code didn't work. At the 3rd attempt, I finally got a text from the management company with a new code. The unit is in a 1970's vintage apartment complex. The whole complex looks like it needs an upgrade. All in all this is not a nice property. It has a window AC unit mounted in the wall (I could see daylight around the opening). The AC left the unit smelling of mildew and feeling a little damp. It was also loud and kept cycling on and off all night which didn't make for very restful sleep. The tub drain didn't drain well, and the bathroom had a funky smell. There was a bug in the coffee pot. I'm a fan of Vrbo and usually prefer it to a hotel. Probably won't be staying in this unit again. The location was excellent--just not the unit.

Accommodations were exactly as advertised. The house was clean and comfortable; and the location to Barton Springs and Zilker Park were perfect. Having parking included in the stay is a HUGE plus!
