This property is newly renovated and very clean. The furnishings are minimal for optimal space. The kitchen is spacious and updated with very nice appliances. The beds are comfortable. We liked being able to park in the garage. Very nice accommodations! We have already recommended it to other friends visiting the area.

Owner was great. Gave us great recommendations for restaurants and area attractions. Unit was clean and laid out nicely. Kitchen needs a lot more utensils, pots and pans, dishes, etc.

Soon as you walked into the townhouse you knew it was clean and updated. It has a nice open floor plan. It has large TV sets and free Wifi. The kitchen is functional and large. There is laundry and coffee available. If you split the price with another person, it is less than what you would pay at a hotel.

Very well taken care of newer unit. The decor is modern, yet very comfortable. Very well stocked with all you might need to cook your own meals. Lots of coffee pods provided for morning coffee, which was very nice. Great location with easy access to local dining, stores etc.

We appreciated having access to the garage, but beware — our Jeep Gladiator (a “baby truck”) barely fit. A full-size truck definitely wouldn't make it. The A/C worked great, which was much appreciated during the sticky weather, & the bonus was a quiet ceiling fan that kept things comfortable.The furnishings weren’t really our style — somewhere between Walmart & IKEA — functional but not especially cozy. The living room could really use slim end tables with reading lamps; sitting under a bright overhead light isn’t ideal for winding down with a book at night.Neither bathroom offers much counter space for makeup or toiletries. A small vanity with a lighted mirror in the primary bedroom would be a great addition for future guests.That said, the property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, & overall the stay was pleasant. We would stay here again.

Very clean. A nice stay for my older parents who can’t do stairs anymore. More family arrived later in the week for my Wedding on Saturday. The location was quiet and super close with easy access to the bypass. Only a few suggestions, a lamp in the living room would be nice, trash bags as we were there 7 nights. There were not enough wash cloths and hand towels. Kitchen had only one dish towel. Some chefs knives (maybe kept in the upper cabinets) would be a v good addition.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! Stores and restaurants a short distance away, I-75 just minutes away!! I do recommend slippers/houseshoes if staying during winter months. Floors were very cold, but that was our only complaint. Extremely clean!! We travel a lot and this was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. We have family in the area so we will definitely stay again if available!!

When we arrived it was just ahead of subzero temps in the region. Check in was not a problem at all, super smooth. Be sure to follow the check in instructions for this house! Because the weather was not cooperative there was some intermittent power loss at the end of the second day. I am glad there were candles and the door system is not tied to the house power! Cassie was super during this whole thing. She was in contact with us during the stay and was super responsive. The house is simply stocked with a few basics. Minor kitchen items and towels. So depending on your needs, I would say assess first. The house is super clean and tidy and there are a few cleaning tools around for your minor messes.

The unit was clean and had the very basics needed for a stay. This was a half double with both sides in the VRBO rental program. On the night of our stay, there was a party taking place on the other side. The walls were thin and we could hear everything. I contacted the owner at 10:30pm and she said she would make contact with the people on the other side to turn down the music. The party ended at 3:30am and we were out by 7am. It was not a relaxing stay while traveling.

Our 5 day stay was excellent! Location for our activities was very convenient.One recommendation: the addition of a pole lamp by the sofa would be more relaxing at night in place of the bright overhead lighting. Guests who like to read could do so with the overhead lights off.

Loved this property and the host was fantastic! Always quick to respond, and easy to deal with. Was unaware it was a duplex, but met the neighbors on the driveway one day, and they are really nice. Unit is clean, comfortable and will definitely stay here again if in the area!

We stayed here after a festival and the location is in such a safe place and the home is so cozy, clean, and comfortable!! It was a breeze getting and had no problems whatsoever! Definitely recommend!!

There was confusion on the door code process. The owner was quick to reply with the code to get in. Few wear and tear items noted upon checkin. Owner appreciated the heads up. Nice to have a living area and kitchen to relax in. Overall great place. We would stay again.

Place was very clean, and well put together. Beds and sofa were also comfortable. I had trouble with the Bluetooth lock, but they answered right away, and was able to use a realtors key. Would stay again!

Very well taken care of newer unit. The decor is modern, yet very comfortable. Very well stocked with all you might need to cook your own meals. Lots of coffee pods provided for morning coffee, which was very nice. Great location with easy access to local dining, stores etc.

Definitely recommend staying here. Not too far from 75, and tons of places in Richmond and nearby for shopping/restaurants. Place was very clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Quiet neighborhood, just a cozy place to stay.

This home was perfect for two couples enjoying a few days together. Home is exceptionally clean and is very comfortable. Location was very convenient to the interstate and nearby interests. Owner was quick to respond regarding any questions.

Things we loved: the bedding, the double-walled tea cup, pancake griddle, extra towels and washcloths, having a garage, spacious kitchen, ease of the twin cot, productive ice maker, silent-close cabinetry, well-lit bathroom, good location for day trips, and super quiet neighborhood. The kitchen cabinets had bare-minimal cooking items. If you are a foodie or plan to cook a lot, make sure the host has the items you need. The property is new and in very good shape.
