Property could have used a good bit of minor work. Dirty exterior with trash and cigarette butts, strewn about. Could use with a minimal bit of grounds keeping. . Minor damages inside the property, broken shades, marked up walls, broken light fixtures. Neighborhood is loud with music blaring both nights. Chickens running about the neighborhood and will wake you up. Property backs up to an active construction zone.

We had a great time in Austin this weekend. This place was so comfy and cozy! House was clean and host was amazing from the beginning! I liked that it had 4 nice bedrooms with nice beds! Definitely will want to stay here again when we come back to Austin! Location is good for going to 6th street we Ubered everywhere! The neighborhood is crowded but felt 100% safe.
