Luxury Beach House - 2min Walk to Beach - Private Pool - Group & Dog Friendly

Excellent location - close to beach, Sea Pines and Coligni Plaza. furniture was not very comfortable. One bed was very wobbly. Luckily, did not need to use it. Overall, a nice place paying for location not the house

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. The 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were perfectly set up to fit our group of 9 adults. We loved the upstairs layout and how the living room, dining area, and kitchen were all open to each other. I was a little hesitant about the banquette seating style dining room table but it worked out fine. It is a nice large table. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen was adequately stocked although there were a few things we wish we'd brought along. It was a short, easy walk to the beach. We saw pods of dolphins swimming along the coast on multiple days. Being December, we didn't use any of the outdoor amenities but we did enjoy sitting out on the small outside deck off the living room.The hosts were very responsive throughout the entire process.

Our stay at the beach house was wonderful. The check-in process was very simple and hassle free. The location was fantastic with a short walk to the beach with a covered trail. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was great to have to change up all the time spent on the beach. The communication from the hosts was great and they always had quick responses.

Great place for family gathering. Enjoyed the pool and beach, great weather!
