Asked the host a question, provided and explanation, was advised would check into the policies and then never heard anything else from the host until the day I said we did not stay. Communication lacked and was exceptionally poor.

Good location near downtown Mobile, very quiet except when the landscapers showed up Monday morning. We did not use the kitchen, but it appeared to have everything you would need for a longer stay. Nice place for two people.

The property was clean and tidy. The only draw back was it needs a dresser to store your things. We loved the house.

Really enjoyed staying here. Check-in/out was simple. Parking was safe. The hosts were very easy to work with.
