The house was very spacious - all the adult rooms had their on suite bathrooms making everyone very comfortable. We enjoyed the resort clubhouse and pool. The parks were fairly close, but you definitely run into traffic during peak times. The property manager Michael was very responsive and helpful. There was a high chair and pack and play for my 1 year old. We would stay again!

The parks were fairly close, but you definitely run into traffic during peak times. The property manager Michael was very responsive and helpful. There was a high chair and pack and play for my 1 year old. We would stay again!

This was a perfect spot for a family vacation! We had 9 people staying in the house and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. We heated the pool and used it and the hot tub every day! It was also nice to be able to eat outside on the patio at the large table. We enjoyed walking in the neighbourhood and going to the resort on site.Communication was quick and answered any questions. We were even able to check in a few hours early which was wonderful! The location was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do, but like others said it does take some time to get there due to traffics. You just need to plan a little extra travel time. Also pack extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish tabs & laundry soap/dryer sheets!. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is in a Southwest location which doesn’t get a mention, but was one of the most important things to us as we love to watch the sun go down in the evening. It is a lovely house in good condition and was plenty big enough for 12 of us. Solterra resort was a 20min walk, but to be honest the kids loved falling out of bed into the house pool. The house was well equipped but, with only two sun beds it was a problem with us, the house could have also done with a clothes airier as not all laundry can go in the tumble dryer, one last point was that it was warmer upstairs than down and we had to purchase another fan. These are all minor points which would not deter us booking again.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the house. The house itself is beautiful and the price reasonable. There were 4 rooms with at least queen sized beds and only two rooms with bunks/ twin sized beds which aren’t great for adult trips. There were enough bathrooms so no waiting. The neighborhood amenities were also a nice bonus. There’s a pool with a slide and lazy river so you wouldn’t always need to leave to find activities. The pool at the house was also useful! The property manager was very engaged and responded quickly when texted. I would stay here again.

We were extremely impressed with the home. Beds were extremely comfortable, linens were first class. Kitchen was all stainless steel ,with all the cutlery and mugs and dishes our family of 12 needed. note standard coffee maker was great but we also brought our own keurig and airfryer. Paid for heated pool which was well used and appreciated. Minor questions were quicky answered. There were lots of towels incuding beach towels but only one set of linen for each bed and no dish towels or oven mitts. Personally as cook i liked the sharp knives. The house sits on courner lot with large pond to rear so no rear neighbors and rear faces west for some great sunsets and late day sun.

The 8 of us ranged in age from 14 to 80. The teens and adults loved the two game rooms. The house was beautiful and the local rental agent responded to my calls promptly. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Great communication and location. Plenty of space and bedrooms. Asked for the pool to be heated which worked out great. Carpet upstairs could be changed but other than that we have no complaints. We had a range of ages and everyone was happy with our stay.

When we arrived at our house it was very clean. We didn't have any issues. We called to get the pool heat on and they came right on. We would definitely stay there again.

We came down to Disney for my son’s 2nd birthday. The house was located in a safe gated community, the guards up front were very friendly and made the entrance process easy. The property was very clean and enough room for all our family. There was a bit of traffic getting to Disney in the morning but overall we got there quick. We hope to be back in the future.

The property is in a great location, very well run by the management company. Easy check in process and easy to access with plenty of parking for the house size. 4 stars because the home itself could use some freshening up. Because it’s a vacation home, I imagine it sees hundreds of guests per year. Walls were dirty and had holes in them from removed tv mounts. The garage ping pong paddles were too damaged to play properly with, foosball table rods were bent from overuse. It’s a great place and Still great for the low price. But with a Little bit of extra sprucing up it could be outstanding!

House was spotless and clean. All new furniture, appliances, bedding and towels. So perfect inside and pool area. Neighborhood is mostly 1 week rentals so you can have louder neighbors enjoying themselves but with houses so close the music travels easy. Great spot for a family, but not for peace and quiet.

We were really looking forward to this stay, but unfortunately the property fell short in several important areas. The home had moldy shower curtains, very dated carpet, and noticeable paint blotches, along with multiple holes in the wall from previous TV mounts, which gave the place an unkept feel.We also ran into several maintenance issues. The coffee maker and ice maker were both non-functional on arrival, though they were eventually remediated after reaching out.One of the biggest frustrations was the pool heating fee, which was higher than what was advertised on the listing. The company managing the rental was not very communicative, making it difficult to resolve the discrepancy.Overall, the experience did not match what was presented online, and we hope the owner or management company addresses these issues for future guests.

Upon our arrival at the residence, we immediately noticed a strong unpleasant smell that permeated the entire house, even reaching the upper floor. This odor seemed to be exacerbated by the fact that the air conditioning was set to a 72 degrees despite the sweltering 98-degree summer weather. Furthermore, we encountered discarded food in the trash bin by the front door, which attracted maggots that made their way into the house. Additionally, we discovered deceased cockroaches in the bathroom. The property manager seemed to have overlooked the cleanliness of the home, as evidenced by shrimp residue in the dishwasher. I had to specifically request a thorough cleaning, which ideally should have been proactively offered. I was disappointed by the lack of any gesture of guest recovery or compensation.

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful vacation rental in Florida! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and made sure every detail of our trip went smoothly. They provided excellent communication, answering any questions we had promptly.The house itself was absolutely stunning. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a comfortable stay.The bedrooms were cozy, with comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone to unwind. This was a perfect spot for a family vacation! We had 14 people staying in the house and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. We heated the pool and used it and the hot tub every day! It was also nice to be able to eat outside on the patio at the large table. We enjoyed walking in the neighbourhood and going to the resort on site.Communication was quick and answered any questions. We were even able to check in a few hours early which was wonderful! The location was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do, but like others said it does take some time to get there due to traffics. You just need to plan a little extra travel time. Also pack extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish tabs & laundry soap/dryer sheets!. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is in a great location, very well run by the management company. Easy check in process and easy to access with plenty of parking for the house size. 4 stars because the home itself could use some freshening up. Because it’s a vacation home, I imagine it sees hundreds of guests per year. Walls were dirty and had holes in them from removed tv mounts. The garage ping pong paddles were too damaged to play properly with, foosball table rods were bent from overuse. It’s a great place and Still great for the low price. But with a Little bit of extra sprucing up it could be outstanding!

Great communication and location. Plenty of space and bedrooms. Asked for the pool to be heated which worked out great. Carpet upstairs could be changed but other than that we have no complaints. We had a range of ages and everyone was happy with our stay.

Everything was great. Michael answered our concerns immediately. House is clean, and well maintained. I would ask the owner to replace the dining room chairs. They all wobble, and the padding is gone, you sink in to them. They are very uncomfortable and should be replaced. We are definitely considering coming back next year.

The house was very spacious - all the adult rooms had their on suite bathrooms making everyone very comfortable. We enjoyed the resort clubhouse and pool. The parks were fairly close, but you definitely run into traffic during peak times. The property manager Michael was very responsive and helpful. There was a high chair and pack and play for my 1 year old. We would stay again!

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful vacation rental in Florida! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and made sure every detail of our trip went smoothly. Everything was great, but there is no grill. We had one issue while we where there with the front door lock not working as the batteries had died. Service team fixed it within a few hours. House is great, would definitely stay there again. Management team and cleaning crew did a great job.

We came down to Disney for my son’s 2nd birthday. The house was located in a safe gated community, the guards up front were very friendly and made the entrance process easy. The property was very clean and enough room for all our family. There was a bit of traffic getting to Disney in the morning but overall we got there quick. We hope to be back in the future.

Beautiful house. Our family enjoyed the hot tub and pool every day that we were there. Close enough to amusement parks but far enough away to be able to relax. Detailed, informative, and clear communications were provided.

We loved this property. It was clean, beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing we found was we ended up doing a LOT of driving quite far through heavy traffic. If you are only going to Disney / Universal, it's a great location...but if you want to go dancing, shopping, or out for nice dinners, you'll end up doing quite a bit of driving. but we loved this house and the property managers were great to deal with. We appreciated easy check in and easy check out!

We loved our stay here! Would definitely come back! The host was very communicative and timely in responses. The place was immaculate. Close to all the parks and attractions. Perfect for our family with plenty of bedrooms and personal bathrooms. 10/10!

This house was AWESOME! Tons of beds and bathrooms to accommodate each family, especially having 4 kids with us. Every guest felt comfortable on their beds and the high quality bedding was a bonus. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient especially with the kids constantly changing out of their wet suits. Not much kitchen supplies to use, but what we were missing was very rapidly brought over by Mike, the host, who was also amazing. He answered all questions we had immediately and was super fast to help us get anything resolved. Cons of the house - if there is anything to even complain about, I would say the kitchen supplies were on the low side, and they definitely need to replace some of the pans. The teflon is scratched up. And there were no cleaning supplies (windex, lysol, sponges etc so bring your own if you like to clean) 10/10 would recommend, and we will definitely be going back. we stayed from Feb 21st - Feb 28th 2026.

Spacious, clean villa. Safe gated community, nice outside space. Disney parks drive with no traffic 23-25 minutes, an hour with traffic I wish we had more pots and pans, the rest of the kitchen utensils and dishes were sufficient for 12 people
