Beautiful 3BR Modern Home with Heated Pool - Spring Training and Golf Haven

The house was as advertised. In a perfect location well kept very clean! A couple things to note- the house is thermostat is programmed to stay at around 72. We had a hard time keeping the house at a comfortable temperature. We did find some box fans in the closet, but after being in the heat all day it would've been nice to be able to sleep and enjoy the house at a cooler temperature. I understand the need to monitor the air conditioning, but 72 is not at all cool enough, especially at night guest in the guest room's complained about not being able to sleep and being too hot. Overall, the house was perfect. Very clean. Great neighborhood. Easy access to everything! Access to the garage was also nice.

The house is beautiful and clean, the area is nice and yet close to a lot of things. Communication with home owners and property manager was fantastic. Welcomed us with a basket of goodies and beverages. A few days before stay they provided a phenomenal recommendation list for activities and restaurants, we tried a few on the list and they were great! I will absolutely try and stay here again next year for our annual trip.

We loved staying here for a pre holiday get together with family. The property is divine and they left a lovely gift basket and some wine! The location was 5 minutes from our family and central to shops, restaurants and the grocery store. We will be back! Thank you so much!

Could have not been more pleased with this property! Knowing the area relatively well, this location is within minutes of Peoria Sports complex, State Farm stadium and other great areas of interest. The home was all one could ask for from a cleanliness perspective and property manager assured that any and all questions were answered prior to our arrival and would be available should anything arise during our stay. Great neighborhood and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming residence for their stay in the Valley.

Pool was great but could have included some pool accessories for kids to play/float around in. Overall would recommend
