This property is fantastic for large gatherings of family or friends. Ample bedrooms for guests as well as a huge well stocked kitchen with large granite island that is fantastic for cooking, buffet spreads, etc (chefs will love this house!) Large Livingroom with fireplace, TV and they even provided the Christmas tree for our family Christmas gathering!! There is also a bar, extra refrigerator and foosball table in the basement. Property is literally a 5 minute walk to the ocean / beach - we took many a walk during our stay! Also a grocery store, bakery, brewery and other shopping options just minutes away. Can't say enough good things about this property. Host was very responsive as well to our questions before our arrival. A++ all the way.

Our check-in was on time. The house was very clean and orderly. We found the house spacious for the 9 of us. The house has plenty of parking. It is set back from the road. We found it very quiet at night. There’s a very large deck….and kitchen island. The kitchen had all the appliances and amenities we needed. There were toys and books for the children….wagon and beach toys, too.We felt this house met all our needs and have already booked it again for the summer of 2026. Stephanie took very good care of us!

This is indeed a FANTASTIC house. Fireplace, TV, big kitchen, lots of space. Highly recommend roof deck at Sunrise to the east and Sunset to the west! Property manager was awesome to talk to and responded quickly to all questions.

The location of this property is great just a short walk to the beach. The whole yard is enclosed and even the driveway has a gate so you don’t have to worry about the dogs which is a huge plus. The view from the upstairs deck is beautiful you can see the marsh very well and the sunsets are stunning, you can’t see much of the ocean but it’s still pretty. The kitchen has everything you could need from cups to bowls to storage containers…. There is a Keurig even though it is listed as normal coffee maker. Only downfalls was the sectional sofa isn’t very comfortable but it is large enough to hold a lot of people. The upstairs master bedroom is very nice but could use a new mattress it’s not comfortable and if you move a lot in your sleep it’s very noisy. We had a bedroom which none of the lights or outlets worked in upstairs but luckily there was only six of us so they just picked a different room (the outlet in the upstairs hall didn’t work either). Overall the property was great and I would stay here again and hopefully will in the future. Being able to bring your dogs with you and have such a great location is huge win for all the people who travel with their dogs!

10 of us were here to celebrate a 90th birthday. From the rooftop deck to the man cave in the basement, this place was perfect. The kitchen is amply equipped and very easy to work in. The living/dining room is conducive to sprawling out for good conversation and card games. The beach and toddler supplies are fantastic AND, the enclosed fence means no one can run away, including the dog! Great location for accessing Wells Beach, Hannafords, and the little arcade! Hosts were responsive to emailed questions ahead of time and there was no need to contact them during our stay because they thought of everything!

We had my entire immediate family stay at this house (parents, brothers with their kids, my own husband and kids) and it was great. We’ve stayed at other houses in the area and they were very empty and didn’t have much accommodation. This house was in the perfect area, had plenty of utensils in the kitchen for whatever we would need to cook, had kids toys and books, puzzles, beach toys and chairs, and plenty of towels, a wagon, a travel crib. All the things that make a parents life easier. Stephanie was a very attentive host and the check in process couldn’t have been easier. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

The house was easy to find, easy to walk into, easy to live in. Everything was intuitive. There were plenty of mugs, glasses, plates and kitchenware, lots of seating, many beds. The bathrooms worked well. The fireplace was lovely for a winter stay, and the Christmas tree was much appreciated! Host was helpful with check in and check out times. Very close to the beach and great views of the wetlands. Because our visit was over Christmas and we have family nearby, we did not focus on the roof walk or the beach opportunities etc., but many features would be a big plus for summer folks. There was a glitch with the sheets which was really the only thing that went awry.

The house was perfect for our annual Family Weekend (7 adults and 4 children). The beach was easy walking distance and what a surprise-a little arcade right at the end of the street. The basketball hoop was a fan favorite for the kids as well. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook every meal at the house. We loved the roof deck which provided both picturesque views of sunsets over the marsh and beautiful views of the waves crashing at the beach.

We found the house to be "aged". The surface was clean but anything beyond that was a disappointment. The Keurig coffee maker actually had mold in the water container. There were light blubs throughout the house that weren\'t working. The molding on the shower down in first floor bathroom was coming apart. The towels were thread bare. No toilet paper. We paid a lot for this house and felt we didn\'t get a fair value in return. A house that can hold this many people (we were only 6) really needs more than 2 full baths. Even another 1/2 bath would have helped. Having the light switch to the shower in the upstairs bathroom inside one of the bedrooms was beyond annoying. On the plus side of the house as the nice deck and plenty of parking.

This is our 3rd year staying here, and it still never ceases to amaze our group. The house is very bright and spacious. It is the perfect site for our group of 10 adults and 2 children. It is stocked with everything you might need. All linens are provided except for beach towels. The house is located a quick walk from the beach, and close to restaurants, arcade and shops. The hosts are wonderful to deal with, providing excellent communication. We look forward to creating many more memories here in the years to come!

Property is perfect for a large family as it has 6 bedrooms and the lrg kitchen and open living/ dining are accommodated 8 adults and one child very well. The owner is very responsive as we were arriving on a day of record breaking flooding in the area. She gave us permission to check in early and kept us informed about power outages in the area( thankfully not affecting us). Thank you Stephanie! We had a wonderful weekend. My only suggestion would be that there be a spray cleaner under the sinks so we could keep up with cleaning up after ourselves. We highly recommend staying here. Bring the kids! Great area as well! Thank you Stephanie!

This is our 3rd year staying here, and it still never ceases to amaze our group. The house is very bright and spacious. It is the perfect site for our group of 10 adults and 2 children. It is stocked with everything you might need. All linens are provided except for beach towels. The house is located a quick walk from the beach, and close to restaurants, arcade and shops. The hosts are wonderful to deal with, providing excellent communication. We look forward to creating many more memories here in the years to come!

Property is perfect for a large family as it has 6 bedrooms and the lrg kitchen and open living/ dining are accommodated 8 adults and one child very well. The owner is very responsive as we were arriving on a day of record breaking flooding in the area. She gave us permission to check in early and kept us informed about power outages in the area( thankfully not affecting us). Thank you Stephanie! We had a wonderful weekend. My only suggestion would be that there be a spray cleaner under the sinks so we could keep up with cleaning up after ourselves. We highly recommend staying here. Bring the kids! Great area as well! Thank you Stephanie!

The house was easy to find, easy to walk into, easy to live in. Everything was intuitive. There were plenty of mugs, glasses, plates and kitchenware, lots of seating, many beds. The bathrooms worked well. The fireplace was lovely for a winter stay, and the Christmas tree was much appreciated! Host was helpful with check in and check out times. Very close to the beach and great views of the wetlands. Because our visit was over Christmas and we have family nearby, we did not focus on the roof walk or the beach opportunities etc., but many features would be a big plus for summer folks. There was a glitch with the sheets which was really the only thing that went awry.

This is our 5th year making family memories at this property and we hope for many more! This house has everything you could possibly need and more! Every year we look forward to seeing any new additions. It is a short walk to the beach, arcade, food and shops. The balcony is perfect to just relax and socialize. It truly is the perfect place for large groups!

Property was perfect for a large family. Kitchen and living/dining area was large enough for hanging out together. Plenty of parking as well! Great location! On a cold winter weekend it was toasty warm. Olivia was very responsive and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again!!

This is indeed a FANTASTIC house. Fireplace, TV, big kitchen, lots of space. Highly recommend roof deck at Sunrise to the east and Sunset to the west! Property manager was awesome to talk to and responded quickly to all questions.

We had my entire immediate family stay at this house (parents, brothers with their kids, my own husband and kids) and it was great. We’ve stayed at other houses in the area and they were very empty and didn’t have much accommodation. This house was in the perfect area, had plenty of utensils in the kitchen for whatever we would need to cook, had kids toys and books, puzzles, beach toys and chairs, and plenty of towels, a wagon, a travel crib. All the things that make a parents life easier. Stephanie was a very attentive host and the check in process couldn’t have been easier. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

Beautuful, comfortable clean home w amazing service and polite caring attention from Stephanie. We had a minor skafaw which she handled immediately. She answered the phone and was going to take care of it immediately when we were able to fix it. This house is everything it says it is and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house comfortably fit the 11 of us and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location to the beach was great and the views from the rooftop deck were very good, we enjoyed watching the sunrise and set. We also enjoyed the hot tub! Communication was very good too!
