Wonderful property. Sandra met us at check in to give us a tour and answer questions. Sandra and Phil live nextdoor and are available. Sandra also has an eye out for whales and will let you know if there are any spottings. The property over looks Pouch Cove. It is an easy drive to St John's, Bell Island, Air Port. The house is well equipped and the beds are excellent.Enjoyed our stay.

This house was amazing. Sandra and her husband were phenomenal hosts and made us feel welcomed. The home was spotless and comfortable. The views from the rock outstanding!

Very comfortable house with a lovely deck and BBQ. The kitchen was well stocked with useful equipment. Sandra and Phil were very welcoming and full of local knowledge. We went on coastal walks and visited St John's and it was a useful base for both

Very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Hosts are lovely people, very friendly and helpful. Great location in upper Avalon, very close to St John's but a lovely rural setting. If you love birds you gotta stay here.
