Huge Lake Arrowhead Home w/ 3 Decks & Grill!

This was as wonderful experience. The home was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a group to cook meals and gather. There were some key issues, the worst being there are NOT four full bathrooms. It is 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. This was in no way something that we would have selected with 4 couples. The 3 full bathrooms are ensuites which meant one couple had to go in the rooms of the other couples to shower. The door on the upper oven is loose. The right hinge, needing repair. The faucets in the main kitchen island and the bottom 1/2 bath are loose and require a lot of finagling to get the water to turn off. The fireplace in the living room does not turn on. The propane tanks were all empty except one. The bathroom door in the upstairs left bedroom does not close. There was no garage door opener. This is meant to inform the owners of repairs needed on their beautiful home. It is clear their intentions are for a wonderful stay, which we had. Thank you!

The house had plenty of room for all 9 of us, and was in a central location. The kids and adults loved the play/movie room as well. The property manager was amazing! We had a problem with the fridge heating up, she put in an emergency order, and someone came just after 10am.

Everything was fine, but the main parking lot wasn't cleared; it had a lot of snow, which made parking our cars extremely difficult.

Host was excellent in communication and timely response.

This home is huge and beautiful. Very comfortable. Patios are relaxing and quiet. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bedrooms and baths are luxurious! We'd love to stay here again. If someone in your party has trouble with stairs, use the upper entrance as there are fewer steps. Also, one bedroom and bath are on the main floor so once you are inside, a handicapped person could enjoy their visit without having to use the other floors of the house. As a disabled person myself, it made my trip so much more enjoyable by not having to struggle with inside stairs and only six steps using the upper entrance.
