This property has beautiful views and is a great location to use as a base for wine tasting and dining. While we did not end up doing any cooking it would be great for preparing and cooking or bbqing your own meals. The owner just lives across the street and is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend a stay here.

We celebrated our son's college graduation with a BBQ. This home had all the amenities needed for our family to feel comfortable and to be able to cook a meal for 12 people. It is ideally located with surroundings and a great view. We even enjoyed fresh nectarines from trees in the garden that we added to our salad . Host was very friendly but gave us our privacy.

If you ever wanted to get a sense of what it is like to live in wine country, this is the place. The views are beautiful. It's quiet, private, and a great house - love the open layout with the kitchen and living room. In the late afternoon/sunset time, we would relax on the back patio. There are some nice amenities as well. Highly recommend!

This is a well maintained property with good views. Kitchen area is well designed and easy to navigate. The living room has a comfortable large couch and there is additional group seating on the back patio as well. Garage has a fun foosball table and darts for guests to use. Don't miss out on all the great birds and the bunnies!

We were there for a weekend wedding, and our schedule was full for all three days. We did not get chance to enjoy the place. But it is a great place to stay with family and friend and relax next to vineyard. Beds were firm and comfortable (important for me), everything were clean and organized. We have stayed here before as you can't beat the combination of a great house and an excellent location! All three bedrooms feature cozy memory foam mattresses. The great room and kitchen are just the place for a friends and family gathering (it was too nippy to be outside this visit). WiFi is solid and the house super clean - no complaints!

The house was clean, roomie and had an ample amount of amenities. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable with TVs and blackout blinds. Open concept kitchen/living room was spacious with an island to belly up to which is great for entertaining. Covered, comfortable back patio with great views and fruit trees a stones throw away. Great for morning coffee and pastries and evening pizza (Ginos) and wine. Perfect location near Solvang, Los Olivos, Santa Ynez, vineyards and other great places. The owner (Kris) is very accommodating.

We stayed here for three nights while wine tasting in the Santa Ynez area. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped with lovely views and good proximity to the lovely town of Ballard (one mile away). We prepared two meals and the kitchen and grill both held up well. The host was courteous and efficient. Would recommend highly.

We were a group of 3 couples and we had a fantastic stay here, I would 100% stay there again. We had one minor issue and Kris responded immediately to take care of it, which we really appreciated. I spend a lot of time in the area and this location is perfect for anything you might want to do while you're there. Would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to the SY Valley!

Very comfortable home for our family of six. We spent the holidays here and had everything we needed to cook big meals at the house. The location is great! We enjoyed exploring Solvang during the Christmas week. It’s also an easy drive to Santa Barbara for day trips.The owner is super accommodating and even brought over kitchen tools for specialty baking.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Located hilltop with a great view. Quiet and private, yet within 5-10 minutes of wineries, stores etc. Home had everything you needed for your stay. The owner Kris was great to work with. Would definitely stay and highly recommend to others.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Located hilltop with a great view. Quiet and private, yet within 5-10 minutes of wineries, stores etc. Home had everything you needed for your stay. The owner Kris was great to work with. Would definitely stay and highly recommend to others.

The property is beautifully located with lovely views of the countryside and right between Solvang and Los Olivos. The house is very well equipped with everything you need to make meals, comfortable beds and well stocked bathrooms. The host was welcoming and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again!

This property has beautiful views and is a great location to use as a base for wine tasting and dining. While we did not end up doing any cooking it would be great for preparing and cooking or bbqing your own meals. The owner just lives across the street and is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend a stay here.

The house was clean, roomie and had an ample amount of amenities. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable with TVs and blackout blinds. Open concept kitchen/living room was spacious with an island to belly up to which is great for entertaining. Covered, comfortable back patio with great views and fruit trees a stones throw away. Great for morning coffee and pastries and evening pizza (Ginos) and wine. Perfect location near Solvang, Los Olivos, Santa Ynez, vineyards and other great places. The owner (Kris) is very accommodating.

My family had an amazing stay at Kris's property. We were so impressed by how clean and well-stocked Kris's place was - especially the kitchen. It was a peaceful, quiet location and the views were gorgeous overlooking the vineyards and hills. The grill was a great bonus and the spacious kitchen was perfect to cook in after a long, wonderful day of wine tasting. Our only wish is that we booked a longer stay!

Very comfortable home for our family of six. We spent the holidays here and had everything we needed to cook big meals at the house. The location is great! We enjoyed exploring Solvang during the Christmas week. It’s also an easy drive to Santa Barbara for day trips.The owner is super accommodating and even brought over kitchen tools for specialty baking.

We stayed here for three nights while wine tasting in the Santa Ynez area. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped with lovely views and good proximity to the lovely town of Ballard (one mile away). We prepared two meals and the kitchen and grill both held up well. The host was courteous and efficient. Would recommend highly.

We celebrated our son's college graduation with a BBQ. This home had all the amenities needed for our family to feel comfortable and to be able to cook a meal for 12 people. It is ideally located with surroundings and a great view. We even enjoyed fresh nectarines from trees in the garden that we added to our salad . Host was very friendly but gave us our privacy.

We loved staying at this fully upscale home. It had everything needed to feel at home while away. The entire home was fully equipped, comfortable, and in a perfect locations… literally 10 minutes from great restaurants and quaint towns. It was very private and while sitting outdoors we saw falling stars. Perfect location and very comfortable. As good (better) than it gets!

A beautiful, serene, well equipped, comfortable home. Such a great find! Stayed 2 nights (wish it was longer) for our annual mother/daughter wine tasting weekend tradition. Host communicated well throughout, providing necessary instructions needed to enjoy our stay. The property is close to most everything yet feels like you're out in the middle of nowhere. Views are spectacular. Outdoor space beautiful! Bring your corn hole game, portable badminton set, etc. So much room to accommodate a small family gathering outside. Our little group WILL be back!
