wonderful stay- beautiful hotel, helpful staff - even had a shuttle that dropped us at a local restaurant. We had a room with a jacuzzi and sea view which was gorgeous. Very comfortable bed. Unfortunatley the hotel is popular for functions so there was loud music until midnight on 2 of the nights we were there. Also the pool is not heated so is bracing!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y perfecta opción para hospedarse si tomas un barco del puerto de Castells Mare. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, tiene todo lo necesario como restaurante, gimnasio, estacionamiento y es de los pocos que cuenta con alberca en la zona, la cual es muy bonita. Las habitaciones de igual manera son muy espaciosas y cuentan con todos los servicios y amenidades como agua, café, internet, secadora de pelo, etc La comida del restaurante es muy buena, tienen un menú bastante extenso y variado. Mi único comentario para mejora sería el servicio de alimentos y bebidas en la alberca, el cual fue muy lento.

Family stay for holiday. Comfortable and clean Rooms. Large enough for two adults two children with two comfy single beds for children. We booked this hotel expecting the swimming pool to be open. But pool was shut in third week of April. Suggest future guests to check with hotel before booking as this is seasonal. Our room was not given air conditioning. When asked they said it is also seasonal. So check with hotel before booking. At night the room temperature was 27C. When I complained reception asked me to open the balcony window. Last day on Easter Sunday, there was a disco within the resort grounds. They switched on AC knowing guests needed to shut windows due to noice. Without AC rooms are poorly ventilated, too hot and difficult to breath. I don’t think the management cares. Be aware of the complementary snacks on the table. Items in the fridge and snacks on the tables are all chargeable. Only tea and coffee is free. Hotel should keep these separate. It is misleading. There is a small barcode you need to scan to check price for these items but this is hardly visible when you first arrive. For 300 euros a night come on Tre Fonte. Nice comfortable hotel but the experience ruined by these silly things to save a few pennies. Luxury is not only nice shiny things but how you treat your guests. I recommend your hotel for comfort but ask future guests to heck every single detail before booking. Like many things in Italy, there’s always a surprise 😀

We had a FANTASTIC experience at this hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights before attending a wedding in Puglia. The room was very spacious with an outdoor terrace area. The bed especially was one of the most COMFORTABLE sleeps we’ve had in any hotel. The breakfast selection was good (fruit juices, coffee, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, sausages, cheese, salad), we highly recommend the samples of patisseries. The pool area had a large number of sun loungers, so no scrambling for sun beds in the morning. Life guard was great, made sure the children were behaving in the pool area. We did also manage to visit the gym, had a selection of weights, treadmills, etc. Unfortunately we didn’t try the Lithos restaurant so cannot comment. We did have a car, we parked in the underground parking lot. However, it was €20 per night which we thought it was a bit steep thus the lesser rating. We did a bit of exploration in the area 22 found a great/cheap pizza restaurant opposite the hotel called Pizzeria da langella michele which we would recommend! Also, for the sweet treats, we stumbled across CristoRe caffetteria pasticceria. Amazing sweet desserts at a very affordable price. All in all, the staff were very friendly & attentive. We would definitely stay here again if we travelling from/through Naples!

A majority of the staff were charming and helpful. We were extremely disappointed with the fact that there was a building site next door and we had not been told about this. It was excessively noisy and unrelaxing by day. By night there were often parties at the hotel or local bar which also disturbed us a lot. The gym has hardly any equipment either. Both food and drink at the hotel was extortionate.

Everything was excellent inside. The Gym was a bit small considering the size of the hotel. The downside was that the pool was not heated and even if not heated they closed it just because it was raining a bit, so we didn’t get to swim.

This is our second stay at Tre Fontane and it was just as great as the first time. The hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms and decor are beautiful and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Always great dinner recommendations, the free hotel shuttle is super convenient. If you want a beautiful place to stay outside of the busy city, this is your spot. Perfect home base to schedule day trips to Naples, Pompeii, capri etc. The pool is our favorite spot on the property, just wish it was open a little later!

Too overpriced. After shower I went over to my bed and my feet were covered in dirt. So they don’t clean the floor in the room. Only stayed there 3 days. Food was wonderful tho.

Great resort, the rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was also roomy and updated. Nice balcony and the grounds were clean. The breakfast was top notch and Mario in the dining room was amazing.

The hotel itself was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable and modern. The facility was well-maintained, and it’s in a decent location. I was also glad to see a nice pool area, and I must give a special shoutout to the pool guy—he was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which was a nice touch. However, there were a few downsides that really impacted our stay. First, the construction surrounding the hotel was a bit of a nuisance. It created quite a bit of noise, and the view from our room was far from pleasant with all the scaffolding and equipment around. The biggest downside, though, was the staff. While the pool guy was fantastic, it was clear that the rest of the team wasn’t exactly thrilled to have us there. From check-in to check-out, the overall attitude was cold and unwelcoming. It honestly felt like we were more of a burden than guests. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of friendly service and the construction noise really detracted from what could have been a much better experience. If you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere and a quieter environment, this might not be the best choice

The room was actually a good size min suit, very clean spotless, the leaning staff did a great job. The breakfast was very good and the waiters were very courteous. They made excellent coffee. The receptionist were very helpful, the arranged a courtesy van to nearby attractions and to the airport. We had a wonderful time. I recommend the hotel to families. The bed was very large bear comfortable.

An excellent hotel in Portici with upscale, modern, and impeccably clean rooms. The on-site dining was outstanding, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming. While located outside of Naples, the hotel provided a convenient base for exploring Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, which were our main destinations. Their shuttle service made transportation seamless. I would gladly stay here again on a future visit.

First and foremost, Luigi's welcoming hospitality was by far the BEST! He checked us in and also was there when we checked out. This experience was luxury at it's finest. The room was spotlessly clean. We had breakfast while we were there and Mario continued with the exceptional service. Our stay at the The Tre Fontane did not disappoint in the lleast. Truly a luxurious and memorable experience. Thank you for having us! Much love and respect to all we encountered at this resort.

Bardzo ładny hotel z pięknym ogrodem, pokoje przestronne, wygodne łóżko, wszędzie czyściutko, miły i pomocny personel. Duży wybór przy śniadaniu. Miejsca parkingowe. Jak dla nas to wszystko było na tak. Na pewno jeśli będziemy w okolicy to wrócimy tam.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful from the moment you walk in. The pool is a great size with lots of comfortable loungers and many umbrellas for shade, if wanted. Carlo the lifeguard was incredible at ensuring eveyrone was enjoying a relaxing time by the pool by reminding kids to stop screaming and jumping in the pool around other people, much appreciated! We did book a partial sea view room and there was absolutely no sea view, so that was disappointing. Our air conditioner also dripped constantly (even at 23 degrees) and could not keep the room cool. We loved the huge TV, but because they put it behind a mirror, you can only watch it with the lights off and curtains closed. The bathroom was huge and gorgeous, but a bigger shower could be helpful. All of the front desk staff were feiensly and helpful. The breakfast staff on the other hand, were very inattentive. They seated us quickly, but never brought us utensils and never asked for a coffee order. We had to ask 3 people before we got one black coffee. The area around the hotel is so quiet which was a great change from the center of Naples.

Very helpful staff. Great room with sea view to watch the setting sun. Very comfy bed and good quantity of toiletries. Tea and coffee in room. Excellent breakfast served on the terrace with views across the bay. Had an evening meal in the restaurant cooked to perfection. A very enjoyable stay.

Rooms were clean but the soundproofing in the hotel is terrible with a huge amount of noise coming through our ceiling from the room shove meaning we got no sleep. I spoke to reception the next morning and they said that they would sisal to the guests upstairs but the noise continued the next day and so we left and booked another hotel losing three nights payment. I would not stay here or recommend this hotel for that reason. Otherwise the hotel was ok with friendly staff

Family stay for holiday. Comfortable and clean Rooms. Large enough for two adults two children with two comfy single beds for children. We booked this hotel expecting the swimming pool to be open. But pool was shut in third week of April. Suggest future guests to check with hotel before booking as this is seasonal. Our room was not given air conditioning. When asked they said it is also seasonal. So check with hotel before booking. At night the room temperature was 27C. When I complained reception asked me to open the balcony window. Last day on Easter Sunday, there was a disco within the resort grounds. They switched on AC knowing guests needed to shut windows due to noice. Without AC rooms are poorly ventilated, too hot and difficult to breath. I don’t think the management cares. Be aware of the complementary snacks on the table. Items in the fridge and snacks on the tables are all chargeable. Only tea and coffee is free. Hotel should keep these separate. It is misleading. There is a small barcode you need to scan to check price for these items but this is hardly visible when you first arrive. For 300 euros a night come on Tre Fonte. Nice comfortable hotel but the experience ruined by these silly things to save a few pennies. Luxury is not only nice shiny things but how you treat your guests. I recommend your hotel for comfort but ask future guests to heck every single detail before booking. Like many things in Italy, there’s always a surprise 😀

I really struggle here. For the price we paid which was very high it does not equate to 5 stars. Not to mention the price dropped to half during our stay. When we arrived Hotels.com didn't send the info so our room was wrong. The hotel accommodated but made sure we knew they moved another family for us. Sorry, but it wasn't what we booked. The breakfast wasn't amazing. Truthfully have had better at the Holiday Inn or Best Western. The pool is one of the best. Very comfortable. But, it took over an hour to get food. Plus, it closes at 630pm. We knew that going in but found out it's only because they can't get a lifeguard after 6. I think this should change for the price we pay. Parking 20 a day. It's fine. Location is great for Pompeii and Amalfi access. Rental car got Key'd though and I've been told most new rental cars get treated this way by locals or street kids. Not cool. The room's are nice but the way the hotels.com shows it, it looks like all rooms have ocean view. They do not. Walls are thin, I could hear a couple arguing all night and people walking on the floors all night. Lot's of things to work out. It's worth 200-300 a night tops. Anything more and you might as well go to Sorrento.

The two buildings on either side were both 4 stories high (Italian 3) and under construction. So no noise on the weekends but no views at any time. The room was enormous and very clean but the hangers in the wardrobe were too high. Pool area and beds were lovely as was the attendant. Breakfast was perfect, everything you could want. Restaurant staff inexperienced and charged me for a cesar salad I cancelled because it took too long to arrive.

Our stay at this hotel was the highlight of our trip. From the very moment we arrived, the hotel staff was super attentive and helpful. We worked with them a lot to book transportation to get around. Tip for anyone traveling there, work with the hotel to book a taxi or the shuttle to the resort, because they will provide the best rates. It's about 35 euros vs 60 if you go with the taxi's outside the train. That also applies if you travel in an out of Naples center - it's about 30 min by car. Pompeii is about 30 min by car, 50 min by train (which they have a shuttle to get to the station). The food at the resort was incredible all around! The room was clean, spacious, and we loved the view of the ocean. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

The room was actually a good size min suit, very clean spotless, the leaning staff did a great job. The breakfast was very good and the waiters were very courteous. They made excellent coffee. The receptionist were very helpful, the arranged a courtesy van to nearby attractions and to the airport. We had a wonderful time. I recommend the hotel to families. The bed was very large bear comfortable.

It truely was luxurious. Of all the places we stayed in Italy this was the best. The Ocean views are amazing. The best part is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The driver was exceptional. The staff at the front and the manager make you feel like family. The bar tenders and food service people are so accommodating. The food was excellent. We walked to Vesuvius and took the local commuter Pompeii. We will come back and stay for longer. Make sure to explore the town and eat pizza and find the butcher with the best salami in the world.

From the first glance this hotel was amazing! Its very clean spacious and well designed. The room was brilliant great size and well equipped. All of the staff were so great and helpful and so welcoming, we really enjoyed the stay and the help with directions and planning things to do! Paolo and Luigi were fantastic. All the Staff were really as were the 2 ladies on reception and all the staff in the resteraunt too!

Overrated on Expedia. I would not give them 4 stars. It was a problem with the room. A/C didn’t work, bathroom sink was stocked. Bath shower too small. Next day we had a breakfast at 10 am. It was no cheese, no croissants. They said food finished. When we did checked in the guy was saw rude, when I called him to fix the problems in the room. I would not stay anymore in this hotel. Not to mentioned the city is nothing to do there.

First and foremost, Luigi's welcoming hospitality was by far the BEST! He checked us in and also was there when we checked out. This experience was luxury at it's finest. The room was spotlessly clean. We had breakfast while we were there and Mario continued with the exceptional service. Our stay at the The Tre Fontane did not disappoint in the lleast. The Hôtel is lovely with a great pool but the surrounding areas were almost like slums with no bars and restaurants. Also while the hotel is on the sea access to the sea was cut off for building works so that was a huge disappointment.they are building more hotels so you cannot see the beautiful sea. Very disappointing.

A lovely gem of a hotel just outside of Naples and great for exploring Pompeii. The nearest train station was closed for renovations but the hotel put on a free taxi shuttle service which was fantastic. The breakfast was great, hotel was very clean, quiet and modern. Comfy beds, spacious bedrooms, great for families. The staff made the stay 5 stars. Always willing to help. Friendly, great service. Lovely pool, lovely sea views. Highly recommend. It did not disappoint.

The hotel is in an impoverished neighborhood! Walking is sketchy, so you don’t feel safe after dark. The front desk team consorts with taxis to overly-charge customers! I paid at least $41 each morning to go about 5 miles into Naples for excursions (train station is not far, but it’s in a dark alleyway.) When I mentioned the over charging, management said they would handle it, but did not! For the airport drive to the resort, I had to pay 50 euros cash only! (He asked for 55! For the return trip with a local driver, I paid 40 euros! Sadly, the resort is immaculate and spacious! But there’s only one restaurant on the property, so you feel like you’re passing through a gauntlet to get to civilization each day! I DON’T RECOMMEND!

The area looks sketchy as you approach the property, but looks can be deceiving as we learned. Literally surrounded by some sketchy properties. Poor doesn’t mean unhappy, and angry residents evidently. This hotel is a guarded property and you drive through to an immaculate oasis. The only nice hotel that we saw within kilometres. The appearance around this area looks edgy, and rough. Being from a small town we asked the front desk if it was safe to walk around during daylight hours. We were assured and we did so….and it was one of the greatest trips of our life. The pizza and pastry shops within a two minute walk were mind blowing good and the people were so friendly. There aren’t many tourists on the streets, so off-hotel you’re eating with local people that all look friendly and they’re kind of trying to figure out who you are and where you’re from. The culture in this area is very kind. Front desk clerks are super helpful and the hotel shuttle service will help with short trips. For longer trips, ask for Emilio who has a paid shuttle service. In a 20 minute cab ride, you’ll get tens of hours of local knowledge, where to eat for the best authentic foods, areas to tour, history... A major reason for staying here was a high end property close to authentic pizzerias. And trust me, if you want Napoli style pizza, you’ll be blown away. Generally $5 Euro for a margherita pizza and $8 for the loaded. Give a couple bucks tip at the pizzerias and they’ll show gratitude.

The hotel has terrific views across the bay ..you cannot access the sea front though from the hotel there is a train line between the hotel and sea front - quiet trains though no problem. Train station 10 minute walk and the trains to Naples pretty frequent. The town near the hotel is busy and thriving although we found restaurants hard to find although maybe just didn’t go on the right street, we mainly went to Naples. Lovely bedrooms , clean cool and modern . No complaints . Perfect for relaxing .

THIS HOTEL IS NOT IN NAPLES. They advertise themselves as being in Naples and make the room NONREFUNDABLE. This hotel is a minimum 20 minute train ride from Naples. It is in a suburb of Naples called Portici. If you plan to do any activities in Naples DO NOT STAY HERE. I discovered they are not in Naples 45 days before my stay was booked with them and contacted them multiple times and they refused any sort of refund, not even for a booking cancellation fee. Great resort, the rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was also roomy and updated. Nice balcony and the grounds were clean. The breakfast was top notch and Mario in the dining room was amazing.

Our stay at this hotel was the highlight of our trip. From the very moment we arrived, the hotel staff was super attentive and helpful. We worked with them a lot to book transportation to get around. Tip for anyone traveling there, work with the hotel to book a taxi or the shuttle to the resort, because they will provide the best rates. It's about 35 euros vs 60 if you go with the taxi's outside the train. That also applies if you travel in an out of Naples center - it's about 30 min by car. Pompeii is about 30 min by car, 50 min by train (which they have a shuttle to get to the station). The food at the resort was incredible all around! The room was clean, spacious, and we loved the view of the ocean. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

The room was actually a good size min suit, very clean spotless, the leaning staff did a great job. The breakfast was very good and the waiters were very courteous. They made excellent coffee. The receptionist were very helpful, the arranged a courtesy van to nearby attractions and to the airport. We had a wonderful time. I recommend the hotel to families. The bed was very large bear comfortable.

The property is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The pool are is excellent! The food and drink are good but the service could be improved. Each time we were in the bar area or dining room it took a long time before anyone acknowledged us. Overall it was a great stay.

Lovely hotel, great spot for getting to/from naples airport - about 35euro in a taxi/20mins drive (much quicker than any central naples hotels). It was a perfect "last day" spot for me, after a week on the amalfi and wanting a hassel-free early morning transfer. This hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, fantastic restaurant (actually the best pasta I'd had all week!) and my room was really spacious and beautifully appointed (with a v. comfy bed!!). It's in the perfect spot for visiting pompeii and herculaneum... if I'd found it sooner, i would have stayed here longer. My only small criticism was with drinks service... the staff were working hard throughout, but the menus are on QR codes, but without a means to order. There was about an hour when i was keen for a cocktail by the pool, but no one came to take my order (the waiter was serving inside/ upstairs). Similarly at dinner, i was given the QR code for the wine list but no one came until my food order (some time later as i was translating the whole menu on google translate!). It wasnt a huge deal for me, but honestly the hotel would have made a fair amount more dollar from me if service / ordering was tightened up! That said, the staff were are delightful, clearly working hard throughout, and i had a lovely stay. I would 100% stay again.

The staff are friendly. Special mention for Carlos (pool) and Mario (breakfast). The hotel restaurant is excellent. The room is clean, but sometimes it wasn't tidied when we returned at around 5pm! Unfortunately, we didn't receive any information about the shuttle service when we arrived. We didn't know it was available free of charge and could be booked. We also didn't know which destinations were available. We asked other guests about it, but they didn't know either. We did ask for information later, of course, but we had some difficulties for a few days...

The hotel is situated in a tranquil location, through a covered archway and away from the bustling streets of Portici. Here you have the most amazing view of the gulf of Naples. The hotel is stylish and modern with beautiful furnishings in the rooms and public areas. The staff are all friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are quiet and well appointed with a good rain shower and comfortable bed. There is plenty of storage and wardrobe space as well. Wi Fi in the hotel is complimentary and generally good. The restaurant is full a la carte and there is also a sushi tasting menu. The bar offers a good selection of snacks and small plates. All the choices are good sized portions. Breakfast is served 07:00-10:30, offering a buffet style selection including hot and cold food. The only negative is that there is nothing close by; no restaurants or bars within walking distance of the hotel, so you are very limited on choice. Having said that we ate in the hotel and the food was top quality, well presented and good value. A nice touch was the shuttle they offer to and from Herculaneum. We also used this for our airport transfer. Regarding other sightseeing, they offer excursions through a local company that collect and return you directly to the hotel. There is also a train station ten minutes walk away, with trains running every 30 minutes to Napoli Centrale and beyond. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Lived our trip here, the hotel is very central for Herculaneum and the station to Naples and Pompei. We were greeting by the staff who were lovely and helpful and gave us a full tour. The room was gorgeous and very spacious, the pool area was great and the food was lovely. Thoroughly recommend

It was a wonderful hotel with great service, amazing staff and a perfect location. A great restaurant at the hotel and also amazing shuttle service available at the reception. Our room was clean, in great Consulting and lived up to our expectations. Worth highlighting is the pool-guy Carlos. He made our days by the pool truly amazing! Wonderful stay, where we would definitely come back ☀️
