Gorgeous 2BR @ the Heart of Brickell, Free Parking

Easy check in, great location! The beds are hard. You can tell it has not been taken care of. Only had 5 towels for 7 people for a weekend. Messaged the owner multiple times and they finally brought 3 more. Most outlets don't work. The bathroom needs major help! Will definitely be back to.this location but will find a different condo!

We stayed at this location because of the great price and amenities. We loved that there were so many dining options and quick shopping for last minute trip needs. We were able to drop our bags off before our check in time for $5 per bag to be stored while we ventured out. The condo its self is slim in amenities. The dinning room table sits directly in front of the couch. The ice machine in the freezer does not work. The tv in the room with two queens had to be unplugged to shut off and the remote was very temperamental. We were short on bath towels, didn’t have hand towels for the bathroom and only two wash cloths. Conditioner and bath bars were provided, but no shampoo. We brought our own though as these were not listed as being included. The bathroom could use some work. In the pictures it shows many options for outdoor seating on the patio. It is a very large patio. However, there was only one chair and one table. Overall it worked for what we needed as a group of adults for two nights.

The entire process was super smooth, front desk was so nice and helpful and the apartment itself was perfect!

Everything was nice, but there was not enough towels and the key elevator was not working propely which I tried to get fix and was not able to fix because management office only works Monday thru Friday and I rented the location for the weekend which it was a hassle to keep telling them to let me in. Overall the location was nice

We had a really nice stay at this apartment. The location was amazing and there was plenty of space for all of this. We really enjoyed the balcony that overlooked that water. Only small thing I would say is we had a little difficulty at the front desk getting everyone checked in but once we got them all set up it worked out fine for the rest of the trip. The space was very clean and worked out well for our weekend stay. I would highly recommend this listing to others.
