Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, very pleased with the accommodations.There was no cleaning supplies available fir use during our stay. A call was made and VacationMB management hand delivered cleaning supplies for use. There is a lack of chairs at the pool for this unit which forced us to walk across the parking lot to use another pool. No biggie but worthwhile mentioning. We have owned and rented in Magnolia Place since 1998. The complex continues to be maintained well.

Upon entering, the rooms were bright and clean. The functional kitchen was well-stocked with the basics for cooking and serving, and beyond!! There was a nice selection of games and beach toys to enjoy. The location is wonderfully situated with a lovely view of one of the properties pools. The balcony provided a comfortable extension of living space. Communication was easy and met with prompt response. I would 10/10 recommend this unit to friends and family! Close to all that Myrtle has to offer, while feeling tucked away and comfortable-- almost luxurious!!

Villa was beautiful, comfortable and had a great view of the pool. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. AC was strong and on the 100 degree days felt great. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was a great fit for the 5 of us. We all fit nicely. There was an issue with one of the toilets but I called maintenance and it was handled quickly. The location was great, We were close to a grocery store and located close enough to the beach but yet not too close to be in the beach traffic. I would recommend to friends and would stay again. Thank you.

My family spent a week at the condo while visiting some old friends who live in the area. My husband loved that there was a golf course right here, there’s a small pool (with passes) on site, and it’s close but not on top of the beach- so not a ton of traffic coming through the parking lot (which had ample parking!). Just a couple of miles from all the shopping too. Very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and will hopefully return.

Our stay was really good with a little setbacks. We found blood stains on bed linen, toilet seat needed to be replace and pillows was disgusting I noticed once I removed the linen. The sofas had some type of pet hair on it.

We loved the place and property, however, there were a few issues regarding cleanliness. We found a weave and synthetic hairs throughout the master and on the sheets, along with a liquor bottle under the couch cushions. Overall, very pleasant and those were the only issues.

The condo was so nice. Very clean, plenty of room. Great kitchen with everything needed to cook. If you have inquisitive little ones, be warned you will probably have to move some of the beautiful decor out of reach. Very happy with the stay

Since we arrived in Myrtle Beach early I reached out to my contact person to see if we could enter earlier and never got a response so we waited until 4:01 to check in. Wi-fi and Netflix was a plus. I would stay here again if available.

The host were very nice and accommodating when it came to checking in a tad bit earlier. But in one of the rooms the shower was constantly leaking & one of the towel racks were broken. Other than that the place was VERY clean the location was PERFECT for all activities & shopping would definitely stay again

Stayed the week for spring break baseball at Ripken. Great location, condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Would absolutely stay again.

Location is great! Five minutes from everything. Close to Coastal Carolina where our daughter is a student. Clean with all of the amenities. We will be back.

We were in Myrtle Beach for a Nationals Dance Competition. Two of us Moms and two of our teen dancers stayed here and it was the perfect spot for what we needed. In and out to and from the Convention Center was a breeze and I liked it much more than the areas right on the ocean. This was less busy, much quieter, but still close enough to everything you want to do including the beach and boardwalk. Would definitely book again! Parking down by the ocean is a bit pricey so be prepared. Download the park mobile app ahead of time along with your vehicle information and it will save you a ton of time.

The place was a great fit for the 5 of us. We all fit nicely. There was an issue with one of the toilets but I called maintenance and it was handled quickly. The location was great, We were close to a grocery store and located close enough to the beach but yet not too close to be in the beach traffic. I would recommend to friends and would stay again. Thank you.

My family spent a week at the condo while visiting some old friends who live in the area. My husband loved that there was a golf course right here, there’s a small pool (with passes) on site, and it’s close but not on top of the beach- so not a ton of traffic coming through the parking lot (which had ample parking!). Just a couple of miles from all the shopping too. Very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and will hopefully return.

This is a great property, centrally located and comfortable for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. The property has a nice view, is close to the pool, and is very peaceful. I would recommend bringing the essentials or having a plan to go out and grab supplies upon arrival, as there was no dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. on site. Shopping is very close, however.

This is a decent location, depending on why you're in the Myrtle Beach area. This is a second floor apartment and I did not see an elevator. The place is cute enough, but still retains much of the original fixtures from when the place was built. The place was clean and well kept. Our additional guest did complain the second bed wasn't very comfortable. However, the master bed was comfy. Worth taking a look at if you're staying in the area!

The condo is centrally located to everything. Very nice place. My only complaint is that the linens need to be updated. Slippery cheap mattress pad and sheets that kept slipping off. Everything else was clean and comfy
