We loved it. The cottage was very much like in the photos, just a different chair here or there. We were close to a Main Street, but it didn’t feel like it. We felt hidden away. We loved the lawn stretching out to the dock, and we watched the fish and the rising and falling of the tides. The cottage was very comfy and had just about everything we needed. Deborah was a great host, friendly and helpful.

Unexpected, quiet oasis!! It just doesn’t get any better than this. Everything and more provided! Clean, well appointed, beautiful water views, an amazing outside living space that nearly doubles overall living space and off-street parking right outside the cabin!! Can’t beat it!! I’ve been back a few times and plan to visit again soon. Perfect for solo or couples traveling!! Fast, reliable wifi too.

We chode this place because of its proximity to Sawgrass TPC. We went to The Players. We took an UBER to and from and it was reasonably priced. If your are looking for a place for a rest and respite this isba good choice. You have privacy you have a doc to fish from(everythin there for that) cook your catch in your bungalow. Everything is there. Huge quiet backyard and sitting space under the pergola. You are on greenfield?river. Lots of restaurant choices as well. All on atlantic. Hawkers was very good( delivered by Ubere eats) Enjoyed our stay and would repeat if we return to the area.

Nice cozy spot for two. We travel with a lot of our own food so having a full kitchen was a major bonus. Comfy bed and all we needed. Beautiful location and nice evening sitting outside with our pups. Gracious attentive host always available for any questions. We will be back!

This tiny home has everything one or two people could need for a romantic escape. beautifully decorated and well stocked home. With wonderful outdoor seating area. Large piece of property with lots of privacy. Home is secluded while while still being within five miles of shopping areas.

We have stayed at "Little Paradise"for several years.The owner is always doing something creative.The outside porch is wonderful for relaxing and looking out at the water. If you want to sit close to the water or fish the dock is not far.You will not find another gem like this

Excellent VRBO! Beautifully decorated, cozy and lots of charm inside and outside. The waterway view and dock are another plus as well as the spacious yard, pergola and garden walkway with various sitting areas. The host has thought of everything! Will return!

The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The landscaping around the cottage was well designed and true to the pictures provided in the listing. It was mostly private from the surrounding properties and allowed for great relaxation. We were even treated with bonus practice sessions from the Blue Angels on two afternoons during our stay, as they were scheduled to perform at a local event the following Saturday of our trip. They flew right above us at the property's fishing dock. It was spectacular. Highly recommend the property for a relaxing stay in Jacksonville.

Deborah was a wonderful host. Lots of privacy. Everything was clean and neat. Appointed beautifully with lots of special touches. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable queen bed. Cozy but it doesn’t feel that way because of the outside areas and views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Safe and secure for a mature lady visiting on her own or any professional looking for their home away from home. My stay was idyllic and I am hoping to book again in the future. We loved this rental! It was perfect for my husband and myself! It was very clean and decorated very nicely……cozy and so relaxing…… Deborah was great ….. she had snacks, bottle water and fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us!! She responded usually within a few minutes if we had questions!!! I was looking forward to enjoying the peaceful quietness of the patio each morning but unfortunately the rain didn’t cooperate! We would highly recommend this rental and Deborah was great!

This is a great place to stay for whatever brings you to Jacksonville. Centrally located, this cottage was perfect for the two of us. The pictures accurately depict the property but it’s actually better; there is a full size oven and stove, and the property was completely private, despite its description as a backyard bungalow. We would gladly stay here again. The owner even provided a little New Years champagne!

This is the sweetest cute little cottage, Deborah outdid herself on making us feel very comfy. The bed is wonderful, now I want a new bed. (lol) She had different flavors of coffee for us which was very sweet of her. We will be back.

This was our second time there. It was as magical as the first. A sanctuary close to the city and beaches. Deborah is a fantastic host. She has a fine eye for detail. Adorable, quaint cottage decorated with such thoughtfulness and creativity. We were greeted with snacks, wine, sparkling water, and a fridge full of bottled water. We had everything we needed for our weekend away. The hostess was quick to respond to any questions and recommended great places for shopping and dining. We will definitely visit again if we are in Jacksonville in the future.

We loved it. The cottage was very much like in the photos, just a different chair here or there. We were close to a Main Street, but it didn’t feel like it. We felt hidden away. We loved the lawn stretching out to the dock, and we watched the fish and the rising and falling of the tides. The cottage was very comfy and had just about everything we needed. Deborah was a great host, friendly and helpful.

This is a great place to stay for whatever brings you to Jacksonville. Centrally located, this cottage was perfect for the two of us. The pictures accurately depict the property but it’s actually better; there is a full size oven and stove, and the property was completely private, despite its description as a backyard bungalow. We would gladly stay here again. The owner even provided a little New Years champagne!

We chode this place because of its proximity to Sawgrass TPC. We went to The Players. We took an UBER to and from and it was reasonably priced. If your are looking for a place for a rest and respite this isba good choice. You have privacy you have a doc to fish from(everythin there for that) cook your catch in your bungalow. Everything is there. Huge quiet backyard and sitting space under the pergola. You are on greenfield?river. Lots of restaurant choices as well. All on atlantic. Hawkers was very good( delivered by Ubere eats) Enjoyed our stay and would repeat if we return to the area.

This tiny home has everything one or two people could need for a romantic escape. beautifully decorated and well stocked home. With wonderful outdoor seating area. Large piece of property with lots of privacy. Home is secluded while while still being within five miles of shopping areas.

This was our second time there. It was as magical as the first. A sanctuary close to the city and beaches. Deborah is a fantastic host. She has a fine eye for detail. It is well maintained and everything you need and a terrific place to stay. We will return for sure. Hopefully for a longer period of time. Thanks Deborah

Our VRBO was very clean quaint and quiet if you needed it, it was there and in good working order. Shower was awesome two heads great pressure. I had a question about the freezer in the refrigerator being iced just to make sure our history knew we hadn’t left the door open. She immediately addressed the freezer and assured me it would be fine. The entire place inside and out was well maintained with a beautiful view of the water. My wife asked if we couldJust move in!!! Highly recommend !! The reason for our stay was my wife had a procedure done at Mayo. Easy 15 minuet drive!! Hats off to our host. You have a wonderful place!!

Very clean and well equipped including snacks, coffee and all anyone needs.We felt very much at home and will try to book this nice little cottage again on our next Jacksonville trip.Suggestion to Hostess:Suggest you review and modify the sprinkler system so it does not spray well water on the car, leaving hard water spots. The mostly dirt parking area and yard walkway to cottage tracks dirt to the cottage and to the car. Suggest improved in that area. The cottage is delightful!

Not as close to Mayo Clinic as we expected. Host made every effort to make our stay pleasant. Only complaint is The car park area is under a sprinkler that leaves stains on the car and requires guests to walk through the dirt to access the pleasant little dwelling.

Enjoyed our stay in this delightful cottage! Though small, it was very cozy and charming. Easiest way of finding it is to look for the white fence next door. Easy access to Jax and Amelia Island. Use the ferry (7) to save time to Amelia Island. Would definitely stay there again!
