It was an amazing stay. The pool was just so great! My family also enjoyed the massaging chair. It’s definitely a perfect spot to stay for Cocoa beach. It’s close by lots of shops and the beach.

Rented for a week in January. Fully updated house, newer kitchen and bathrooms, everything is fully stocked. High end appliances. Quality sheets and towels. The pool is gorgeous, landscaping is well done and provides full privacy. We took complimentary bikes to the beach which took under 10 minutes. Walking was longer, maybe 15-20 minutes. Ping pong table was so much fun! Several TVs throughout the house. Lots of room for the family to spread out. Checking in and out was a breeze.

This house was very clean and well appointed. Nice dishes, pots and pans, tableware. Comfy furniture and beds. Nice outdoor space for relaxing and dining. But the pool and hot tub were not able to be heated, despite Vacasa's repeated assurances that this would be remedied. It was one of the reasons that we picked this house. Big disappointment.

Our family of eight enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Pros: the well maintained pool, outdoor space, grill, gaming in garage, plentiful bedding & towels, well appointed kitchen, updated appliances, bikes, neighborhood. Cons: garage was unbearably hot (a large fan for doing laundry and gaming would be great!), pool vacuum is a nuisance with eight people swimming, beds were not comfortable. Overall, this was a lovely place to call home for a week.

We stayed in this house for a week during our honeymoon. When we arrived the house was clean, with a binder including all information we needed to know including things to do in the area. The rooms were comfortable with lots of space, and the house had tons of games that we could utilize on rainy days or in the evening. The garage/game room was a super cool space that had everything we needed for a quick walk or bike to the beach! The backyard is beautiful with a gorgeous, clean private pool, grill and lounge area. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property was everything check in was flawless just don’t get locked out without remembering the code! The pool was so nice, the massage chair we all loved! This place is exactly as advertised. The home is surrounded by palm trees and feels very tropical. The pool was in perfect condition and loved by all. Mattresses were comfortable and the house was spotless upon arrival. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the beach is walkable. Capt Rick was easy to communicate with and arrival was a cinch. Our family of four (kids 4 and 6) would gladly stay here again!Thanks Capt Rick!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was in a quiet neighborhood convenient to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The house was clean with everything we needed. Very nice pool as well. Capt. Rick was a great host and checked in with us periodically to make sure our stay was going well and provided updates on when to expect pool service, etc. Would stay here again!

Nice house in a great location for everything in Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral. Spacious full-features kitchen and living room. Nice sun room and big backyard. I stayed for all of February. The pool was too cold to use and the home was a little “worn,” but overall it was a nice place to stay. Captain Rick is an excellent host and was always available to answer questions. Once the tub drain got clogged, and Captain Rick had it fixed the next day! Towels, linens, pillows, blankets, and hand/dish soap all provided.

Easy check-in to a very barefoot clean original hardwood and terrazzo flooring home. Very comfortable mattress with simple amenities. The fresh air pool worked great for this stay. Great private backyard and the location is perfect for getting to downtown Cocoa Beach.

After a crazy overworked first half of the year. We decided to take a group cruise. This was our overnight place. I highly recommend. It was a very lived in comfortable place. Our host checked on us more than once. Excellent location for food and the ship port.

Nice house in a great location for everything in Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral. Spacious full-features kitchen and living room. Nice sun room and big backyard. I stayed for all of February. Capt. Rick was a great host - communicative & accommodating. The house was just what we needed while waiting for our house to be available to move in. Floating in the pool definitely made me forget the stressors of life. We grilled out in the backyard oasis too. We would stay there again and recommend friends & family to do the same. Great location to buzz around town too.

Super clean house with a private pool in a great neighborhood. Excellent communication by the host, immediately attentive to any needs whatsoever. All needs were covered though, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 5 star all the way.

It was an amazing stay. The pool was just so great! My family also enjoyed the massaging chair. It’s definitely a perfect spot to stay for Cocoa beach. It’s close by lots of shops and the beach.

Easy check-in to a very barefoot clean original hardwood and terrazzo flooring home. Very comfortable mattress with simple amenities. The fresh air pool worked great for this stay. Great private backyard and the location is perfect for getting to downtown Cocoa Beach.

This place is exactly as advertised. The home is surrounded by palm trees and feels very tropical. The pool was in perfect condition and loved by all. Mattresses were comfortable and the house was spotless upon arrival. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the beach is walkable. Capt Rick was easy to communicate with and arrival was a cinch. Our family of four (kids 4 and 6) would gladly stay here again!Thanks Capt Rick!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was in a quiet neighborhood convenient to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The house was clean with everything we needed. Very nice pool as well. Capt. Rick was a great host and checked in with us periodically to make sure our stay was going well and provided updates on when to expect pool service, etc. Would stay here again!

Great location, pool and back yard space. We enjoyed the beach every day and drove to some surrounding sites. House had everything we needed to cook meals and relax. Captain Rick was a great host and checked on us every day to make sure we had what we needed. Would totally stay again!

Captain Ricks tropical paradise was great! The outside pool area was very nice and relaxing. The home was clean and had everything we needed and more! Nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. We enjoyed walking downtown a few times and the ice cream shop! Captain Rick was a great host! We would definitely stay again.
