Everything inside was wonderful that approach to your carport is something else. We almost hit the right edge was a big hole in the grass. It would’ve ruined our car, but thankfully, we saw it.

We were pleasantly surprised with the interior. New-looking kitchen, comfortable living room. Bathroom was very clean. Only disappointment was the lack of TV stations available. No local news nor CMA awards night etc. Mostly old Rockford Files, and similar. It's VERY close to the casino if thats your jam. We absolutely loved that it is only 15 min. from Warm Springs Ranch (reservations required).
We were pleasantly surprised with the interior. New-looking kitchen, comfortable living room. Bathroom was very clean. Only disappointment was the lack of TV stations available. No local news nor CMA awards night etc. Mostly old Rockford Files, and similar. It's VERY close to the casino if thats your jam. We absolutely loved that it is only 15 min. from Warm Springs Ranch (reservations required).

Rode bikes on the Katy from Clinton, house was great for putting the bikes somewhere safe, getting cleaned up and going to the casino. House was nice, clean and close to the casino and main street businesses.

Cute little older home very close to Boonville downtown. We picked it because it was right by the Katy Trail. What we didn't realize was that you have to walk/ride 1/2 mile over a very busy bridge connected to a 4 line highway to get to the secluded part of the trail that we're used to being on. The walking bridge is connected to the highway and we did feel safe. It just had a lot of traffic noise and wind. The outside of the house fits in with the neighborhood but it could use some tlc. Big corner spiderwebs in the garage, bushes need trimming, old boards laying around. The next door neighbors have bigger dogs that are outside barking a lot. The inside of the house was simply decorated and had everything we needed. The main bed was comfy. The britta pitcher in the fridge was very nice to have because the water has a very strange taste. If we are in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Couple of things that need improvement is the outside landscaping (overgrown and out of control), car port was too steep to drive up (afraid vehicle would drag against the concrete), neighbors dogs barked a lot. Easy walking to Main Street. All in all would stay again if in the area.

Loved our stay in Boonville! Property as described with safe parking for our bikes. Even two places to power up the ebike in the carport! Great coffee setup! Very easy walk to Hotel Frederick for dinner or isle of royale. There was a gas station within walking distance for snacks and convenience store type items.

We loved the house! It’s got a nice homey feel with a bit of old charm. The home was clean and the access instructions were simple to follow. Communication was amazing and she accommodated a last minute request to stay for us. If we make it back to town we will definitely be checking availability again!

The KATY Trail Pull Off was the second night say for us as part of our KATY Trail cycling tour. It was easy to access, convenient, clean, spacious, and easy to walk downtown to grab a bit to eat. Our host was very responsive and welcoming. Definitely a place I would stay again if cycling the KATY Trail.

This place was even better in person than the listing let on. The pictures don’t do it justice. I’m not sure how, but the house is way bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. The bedrooms are huge and have high ceilings. Beautifully maintained original wood trim that I was just in awe of. Great spot if traveling with a family or even a girls weekend. Walking distance to the casino and the little town. I don’t gamble, but there is a restaurant there and some cool fish outside. My daughter enjoyed those. They even have fish food you can purchase for .25. She loved that. In town there are some cute little shops and restaurants.

Property near train track and river, but home is well insulated and blocked most all sound. Neighborhood quiet and respectful. Quick walk to mainstreet, Katy trail, casino area. Exterior is not a reflection of interior. Exterior could use a power wash. Interior is simple, yet welcoming. Communication with property owner/manager was timely and clear.

I had a great overnight at Katy Trail Pull Off. The house is very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The bed was fantastic, as was the shower (lots of hot water and great pressure). Would definitely stay again when I'm in the area!

This is a lovely house with lots of space and very large bedrooms with comfortable beds. My friend and I were on a scrapbooking getaway and there was ample space to set up our tables & equipment. Quiet location and it is very nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

Hosts were AMAZING. Went way above and beyond. When we arrived the pack and play wasn’t in the closet (I should’ve confirmed I needed it when I booked) and within 30? minuets there was a new one on the porch. Also, my toddler left her stuffed animal at the house and they mailed it back to her. Very sweet. The house had everyday items like shampoo/conditioner, lotion, blow dryer, coffee & creamer, candy, condiments, pots/pans, Brita water pitcher.. oh! The closet also had kids toys that kept my toddler and baby entertained which was a plus haha. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Lovely house! My family and I stayed here for a Sat night begore hosting a bike race in Boonville. GREAT location! Spacious. Communication was great. They even shipped the tablet that I left behind.

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and well stocked with all essentials needed. Had K-Cups and creamer supplied as a surprise. HVAC system worked very well, and I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Boonville. Located downtown right off the Missouri River. Close to Isle of Capri Casino and with walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great spot close to the Katy Trail in Boonville. We stayed for two nights and were very comfortable here. It was easy to find and to access. It had everything we needed and more than enough space. We would stay here again.
Great spot close to the Katy Trail in Boonville. We stayed for two nights and were very comfortable here. It was easy to find and to access. It had everything we needed and more than enough space. We would stay here again.

Cute little older home very close to Boonville downtown. We picked it because it was right by the Katy Trail. What we didn't realize was that you have to walk/ride 1/2 mile over a very busy bridge connected to a 4 line highway to get to the secluded part of the trail that we're used to being on. The walking bridge is connected to the highway and we did feel safe. It just had a lot of traffic noise and wind. The outside of the house fits in with the neighborhood but it could use some tlc. Big corner spiderwebs in the garage, bushes need trimming, old boards laying around. The next door neighbors have bigger dogs that are outside barking a lot. The inside of the house was simply decorated and had everything we needed. The main bed was comfy. The britta pitcher in the fridge was very nice to have because the water has a very strange taste. If we are in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Check-in/out excellent and easy. Inside of house was very well supplied (coffee, creamer, towels, toilet paper, shower items). Couple of things that need improvement is the outside landscaping (overgrown and out of control), car port was too steep to drive up (afraid vehicle would drag against the concrete), neighbors dogs barked a lot. Easy walking to Main Street. All in all would stay again if in the area.

Property near train track and river, but home is well insulated and blocked most all sound. Neighborhood quiet and respectful. Quick walk to mainstreet, Katy trail, casino area. Exterior is not a reflection of interior. Exterior could use a power wash. Interior is simple, yet welcoming. Communication with property owner/manager was timely and clear.

I went down to this area with my elderly parents. All 3 of us just LOVED the house! So beautiful and SO clean inside! And she has done such a good job providing items you may need like the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The pots and pans were nice! Kleenex in every room. She just did a great job overall with what she supplies, how clean the house is kept. And i fell in love with the neighborhood! I love the area. You can see the front door of the Casino from the front door of this house. The location is excellent. I will try to book this again ANY time i am coming to the area. Thank you so much! Again...i LOVE this house!

The KATY Trail Pull Off was the second night say for us as part of our KATY Trail cycling tour. It was easy to access, convenient, clean, spacious, and easy to walk downtown to grab a bit to eat. Our host was very responsive and welcoming. Definitely a place I would stay again if cycling the KATY Trail.

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and well stocked with all essentials needed. Had K-Cups and creamer supplied as a surprise. HVAC system worked very well, and I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Boonville. Located downtown right off the Missouri River. Close to Isle of Capri Casino and with walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Nice little house. The place is very well kept and seems to have been updated in recent years. The host was super nice and even bought a griddle for the house so I could make pancakes for my kids. The location is near the Katy trail, Columbia and Rock Bridge State Park, which we enjoyed visiting during our stay

Hosts were AMAZING. Went way above and beyond. When we arrived the pack and play wasn’t in the closet (I should’ve confirmed I needed it when I booked) and within 30? minuets there was a new one on the porch. Also, my toddler left her stuffed animal at the house and they mailed it back to her. Very sweet. The house had everyday items like shampoo/conditioner, lotion, blow dryer, coffee & creamer, candy, condiments, pots/pans, Brita water pitcher.. oh! The closet also had kids toys that kept my toddler and baby entertained which was a plus haha. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We stayed two nights while we were in the area for a concert. This house was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 kids. Everyone had their own bed which is always a plus. We were all very happy with the house and the amenities and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Interior very enjoyable. Roomy and comfortable. Location great. Exterior needs clean-up of vegetation and trash. The icemaker in the refrigerator does not work. We would gladly book this property again.

Loved our stay in Boonville! Property as described with safe parking for our bikes. Even two places to power up the ebike in the carport! Great coffee setup! Very easy walk to Hotel Frederick for dinner or isle of royale. There was a gas station within walking distance for snacks and convenience store type items.

It was a beautiful property and comfortable. They had all the things we could have asked for except for a TV in the bedroom. We loved the candy they left us and the fact that they had Netflix on the TV..

Beautiful little house, renovated very tastefully! The kitchen is a great size if you are taking your family. Comfy beds and very clean! Wish there were televisions in the bedrooms and a bigger hot water heater but would definitely stay here again!
