Enjoyed the condo for a quick weekend snowboard trip. Beds were comfortable, loved having a garage for snow gear, and a rooftop fire pit that we hoped to use, but were too tired to use after a day on the slopes. There was an issue when we arrived with the cleaning people not removing the collected garbage from the previous renters, but management took care of it quickly, and everything else appeared to be clean (reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars). We have rented a few different condos in this complex and would rent this unit again.

Two blocks from the old town center of Provo. This place couldn’t be more walkable. Every time we did online maps for something we were looking for, it’d say something like ‘Wild Ginger restaurant. 700 feet,’ or ‘Smith’s supermarket. 300 feet.’ Central Provo itself is an amazing district of historic buildings with bustling small businesses. The home is brand new, with nice appliances and dishes in the cupboards. There was a Keurig for coffee (and pods!) as well as supplies in the pantry. We hosted a holiday gathering there, and it’d be great for any medium-sized group. There was a Christmas tree when we arrived! The home is interior to the complex and views are limited, except for the roof deck. The main living area is up a flight of stairs, this was a consideration for an elder who joined us (we managed!) There is a two car garage, and street parking was ample. The host was very responsive when we needed to communicate about our stay.

Beautiful condo, clean and bright and attractively decorated. Open floor plan with the kitchen and living space, plenty of seating in the kitchen and living areas, comfortable couch and loved the gas fireplace. Extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Beautiful bathrooms. The two car garage was such a bonus in the snowy cold conditions. And the location is amazing, centrally located next to restaurants and grocery store, but no traffic noise was heard. Interior was quiet and lovely. We would absolutely stay here again and we hope to!

Open floor plan with the kitchen and living space, plenty of seating in the kitchen and living areas, comfortable couch and loved the gas fireplace. Extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Beautiful bathrooms. The two car garage was such a bonus in the snowy cold conditions. And the location is amazing, centrally located next to restaurants and grocery store, but no traffic noise was heard. Interior was quiet and lovely. We would absolutely stay here again and we hope to!

Beds and furniture extremely comfortable. Cozy throw blankets in living room nice touch. Fire pit on roof fun to use and affords great city and mountain views, roasting sticks provided. Plenty of towels and supplies. Kitchen well stocked with cooking amenities. We enjoyed walking to various restaurants as well as quick drive for skiing at Sundance multiple days, local fun spots in Provo and Orem and Ice Castles in Heber. Great location for getting anywhere in valley.

Everything was exactly as described. It was a beautiful property, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Perfect location, two-car garage was great for parking. Check-in was a breeze. Roof deck was a great amenity. Beds were comfortable. We'll gladly return and stay here again!

We would definitely stay here again. There is a Smith’s directly across the street, and it’s great to have a garage to park in. The beds are comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed to be comfortable —down to a pack-n-play and high chair for our grandson.

Visited family in Provo over spring break. Townhouse is close to everything and walking distance to many restaurants. Having the garage was very convenient, since it rained most of our stay. Very clean and well maintained.

This townhome has it all! The check in and out processes were seamless, the beds and linens are very comfortable. The townhome is quiet with plenty of room and everything is clean. We enjoyed the rooftop fire pit and view of the mountains and city lights. Plenty of towels and hygiene supplies in bathrooms. One of the best stocked kitchens I've encountered for being able to cook (pots, pans, cookie sheets, hot pads, towels, blender, etc). Great location to stroll downtown Provo Center Street shops and restaurants. Our group of teens enjoyed Good Move Cafe (casual food with 100s of boardgames); Chom next door has mouth-watering, grass fed beef burgers, fries, shakes. We skied a few days at Sundance and it was a quick each morning with easy parking. If you are looking for a well-appointed, good stay in Provo, this is the location!

The house is cute and clean and nice, and the location was great. The garage is barely two cars (if you have large vehicles, be aware). Many of the dishes were dirty so we had to clean everything before use. The pull out sofa bed was on the bottom level right by the front and garage doors and two floors away from the other rooms. Because we had little kids, we had to revamp sleeping arrangements which was tricky. We also had super heavy luggage (competition gear) and it was tough to get it up all the stairs. The house itself was clean and nice and roomy, as long as you're prepared for these items. It would have been nice to not have dirty dishes however.

We were so pleased with everything! We had everything we needed . The place was so clean and in great condition. I think it is always a scary thing renting something sight unseen but this place did not disappoint. We drove in from Oklahoma and the directions to get to location and in to the house was made so simple and easy to understand. We loved the convience of being able to walk across the street to the grocery store and next door to Chom for amazing food. We felt so safe walking to the sodalicious and so many more places. We will be recommending and returning for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is immaculate with comfortable beds. The location is perfect. A grocery store across the street, great restaurants within walking distance. There is a French bakery very close to Black Sheep Restaurant that has fantastic breakfast croissants:) We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Provo.

This is a very nice condo with plenty of room and a lovely rooftop fireplace which made it great for sitting out at night. Be aware that there are lots of stairs which will give you a good workout.It was very convenient having the grocery store nearby and the area is very walkable so it made for good break.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is immaculate with comfortable beds. The location is perfect. A grocery store across the street, great restaurants within walking distance. There is a French bakery very close to Black Sheep Restaurant that has fantastic breakfast croissants:) We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Provo.

Enjoyed the condo for a quick weekend snowboard trip. Beds were comfortable, loved having a garage for snow gear, and a rooftop fire pit that we hoped to use, but were too tired to use after a day on the slopes. There was an issue when we arrived with the cleaning people not removing the collected garbage from the previous renters, but management took care of it quickly, and everything else appeared to be clean (reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars). We have rented a few different condos in this complex and would rent this unit again.

Two blocks from the old town center of Provo. This place couldn’t be more walkable. Every time we did online maps for something we were looking for, it’d say something like ‘Wild Ginger restaurant. 700 feet,’ or ‘Smith’s supermarket. 300 feet.’ Central Provo itself is an amazing district of historic buildings with bustling small businesses. The home is brand new, with nice appliances and dishes in the cupboards. There was a Keurig for coffee (and pods!) as well as supplies in the pantry. We hosted a holiday gathering there, and it’d be great for any medium-sized group. There was a Christmas tree when we arrived! The home is interior to the complex and views are limited, except for the roof deck. The main living area is up a flight of stairs, this was a consideration for an elder who joined us (we managed!) There is a two car garage, and street parking was ample. The host was very responsive when we needed to communicate about our stay.

What a great place to stay! It was a fun layout, the home style and decor was classy and it was so close to so much! The only issue we had was fixed so fast we could hardly believe it! :) We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was exactly as described. It was a beautiful property, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Perfect location, two-car garage was great for parking. Check-in was a breeze. Roof deck was a great amenity. Beds were comfortable. We'll gladly return and stay here again!

This property is conveniently located very close to Smith’s grocery store and very close to lots of restaurants. It was easy to get into and communicate was easy and prompt. They had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers and lotion in the bathroom. The linens for the bathroom and beds were quite nice. They had nice blankets on the couch too. The kitchen had everything I needed and more. The appliances were nice and there was laundry detergent to do a load or two. There are lots of stairs-so it was great exercise while we stayed. I’d stay here again gladly!

We were so pleased with everything! We had everything we needed . The place was so clean and in great condition. I think it is always a scary thing renting something sight unseen but this place did not disappoint. We drove in from Oklahoma and the directions to get to location and in to the house was made so simple and easy to understand. We loved the convience of being able to walk across the street to the grocery store and next door to Chom for amazing food. We felt so safe walking to the sodalicious and so many more places. We will be recommending and returning for sure!

This townhome has it all! The check in and out processes were seamless, the beds and linens are very comfortable. The townhome is quiet with plenty of room and everything is clean. We enjoyed the rooftop fire pit and view of the mountains and city lights. Plenty of towels and hygiene supplies in bathrooms. One of the best stocked kitchens I've encountered for being able to cook (pots, pans, cookie sheets, hot pads, towels, blender, etc). Great location to stroll downtown Provo Center Street shops and restaurants. Our group of teens enjoyed Good Move Cafe (casual food with 100s of boardgames); Chom next door has mouth-watering, grass fed beef burgers, fries, shakes. We skied a few days at Sundance and it was a quick each morning with easy parking. If you are looking for a well-appointed, good stay in Provo, this is the location!

Beautiful condo, clean and bright and attractively decorated. Open floor plan with the kitchen and living space, plenty of seating in the kitchen and living areas, comfortable couch and loved the gas fireplace. Extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Beautiful bathrooms. The two car garage was such a bonus in the snowy cold conditions. And the location is amazing, centrally located next to restaurants and grocery store, but no traffic noise was heard. Interior was quiet and lovely. We would absolutely stay here again and we hope to!

Beautiful unit. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed in this location. The first two times were in the unit next door. Very nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed! Close to BYU and Provo uptown area. Can walk to grab food and for groceries. Will stay again!

very nice and clean. Loved the look of it. good location and has a garage for the cars which was great. Has quite a few stairs which was fine for us but not for someone elderly or disabilities.
