Bellemont-Familienhaus mit Whirlpool und Spielplatz

Didn’t get check-in instructions until after we arrived and when we arrived, the check-in instructions were not correct. Host was terrible with the response time responding to messages. I have to take accountability for not reading everything on the description, but I would think any home in Arizona would have air condition. It was 92 during the day and the home has no AC. I think that that should be a key focus point in the listing not just some fine print. It’s mold in the bathroom in the master bedroom. And there was no hot water,the slide for the kids to play with is broken not sure who the cleaning company is that they use, but there were dead, baby birds in the backyard being devoured by millions of ants and other bugs. There’s multiple cameras inside and outside the house they claim they don’t monitor the cameras, but it’s hard to believe that they don’t.

The house was amazing, the pictures don't do it justice! It is clear that the owners put a lot of effort into making it special in so many ways. Therefore, they get It was the host experience that stole from this review. We had a few issues regarding things that we needed assistance with and recommendations on. She was not good with communication or resolution, which stole a lot of time away from our family, and added stress to our rare vacation time together while we were attempting to address these issues. Evolve did make things right with us in the end, but it took a lot of time on our part. Regardless, I highly recommend this property, we will likely stay again!

We had a great stay at this property! Just a note there is no sofa bed in the office just in case you are relying on that space. The house was clean, comfortable, had a great floor plan and huge yard. I would highly recommend!

Central to a lot of sights

Perfect for our family! It had everything that our family needed for our stay! Clean, comfortable beds, all the toys and all essential kitchen items. Highly recommend.
