Charming Cotswold apartment - The Haven

Not an outstanding property and not well presented.A few problems:Stained bath towels Kitchen not completely clean, a dirty grill pan and an espresso machine not cleaned and emptied Top floor bedroom had a loose sink tap, a chair with no cover and another with a loose leg (dangerous to use) hence no where to sitDangerous rug in conservatory causing my wife to slip and nearly fall

Located in heart of Chipping Norton . Very comfortable 3 good sized bedrooms . Lovely design . Great kitchen with everything you need. Stylish and relaxing. We enjoyed it very much. Only downside was comfy seating for 6 adults watching tv together is limited.

We had a very pleasant stay in Norton Cottage! Thorough, easy to follow instructions made the property simple to find and easy to enjoy. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious and clean, kitchen is functional and immaculate. Easy walking to everything in town, and private parking was a huge perk!

Excellent location close to local amenities, very clean and well equipped for our party of six. Furnishings were all relatively new and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property

We had a great stay in this stunning cottage in a great location, however, the heating was not on when we arrived and it took a long time for the property to warm up. Three of the radiators weren’t working and the gas Woodbury we did not work, we had to go out to buy new batteries for the ignition, once fixed, it was lovely. There were no dishwasher tablets either. Just a couple of glitches, but we still has a great time
