Outstanding location in the “low rise” area as they call it. Much quieter and less commercial than the “high rise” area. The grocery store is within walking distance. Expect a crowd. Most products are marked with USD prices. Eagle beach lives up to its reputation and is far less crowded than Palm Beach and the resort area. The rental unit is huge and comfortable! The pool is right out your door. Great stay.

The place was clean and location was great to the beach. The use of the wagon to haul chairs was very convenient. Having 3 full baths were great with 2 older teenagers too. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball court as well.

Our stay at Oceania was fantastic. The condo was super clean and spacious. There is a new resort being built directly next door so you do get some construction noise around 7am. The common areas were very clean but I don’t understand the sand around the pools which made it nearly impossible for the pool to stay clean throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this condo which is in the low rise section about a mile south of the high rise resorts where most of the tourist restaurants and shops are located.

Property was perfectly located and met all our needs! Pristine, beautiful, and largely uncrowded section of Eagle Beach was super accessible from property. Staying on ground level made accessing pool and beach even easier. All the beach chairs, towels, toys, wagons, etc. were much appreciated. Inside of condo was lovely and comfortable. Loved having three full-size bathrooms. Tons of great restaurants within walking distance. Sunsets were spectacular. Highly recommend!

The condo was immaculate, well stocked, and just as listed. Our interactions/communications with the owner and caretaker were quick and easy. We had a car for the first week and then the balance of the month we went without. The grocery store is a short 15 minute walk, 4 pools are onsite, Eagle Beach is across the 2 lane road out front and high quality restaurants, coffee shops and bars are all within walking distance. The bus stops right outside the gate allowed for easy inexpensive access to Palm beach areas and elsewhere. There were ample beach towels for several persons, 4 beach chairs, toys for the youngsters, noodles and multiple coolers. We definitely intend to return again

Super clean condo across the street from Eagle Beach. If you have never been to Aruba please note there are no condos/hotels directly on Eagle Beach. Do not let crossing the street & fitness trail deter you from staying here. It's no further than walking from your room at the Marriott.Loved the scent machine and the scale in the unit. 75" TVs are pretty awesome too.We had actually picked this condo specifically because the couch looked comfortable. and it was!!! My husband enjoys watching TV in a recliner so since we were on a 2 week trip he really appreciated the comfy couch & big TV!! Another reason we picked this property was the Iberostar hotel next door was supposed to be completed in October. We figured it would be nice to have amenities next door since the Oceania does not have a restaurant or bar on site. That unfortunately back fired as the hotel was not finished on time and the balcony to this unit was right next to the construction area. That said the construction should be complete now but I would still suggest ear plugs for light sleepers because the side road is pretty busy with the hotel entrance right near the balcony (note, I live in the woods so I'm not used to street traffic). We left right before the hotel got busy but I'm sure the beach has a lot more people on it these days.The complex itself is very pretty. I enjoyed the pools, gyms & walking trail! Plenty of scooters available to get around. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!

I stayed in this Oceania condo with my husband and two teens for a week, and it was awesome. The location was perfect, right on Eagle Beach and close to many restaurants and the large grocery store. The condo was clean and had everything you would need-beach towels, chairs, coolers, kitchen ware, etc. There were also four pools on the property. I would love to stay here again.

Excellent resort. Beautiful beach across the street, very safe. Multiple large pools. Every body there is very nice few minutes drive to palm beach area where restaurants and night life is, apartment was very clean with everything you can think of there. Definitely will go back

Everything was perfect. John met us at the oceania and was waiting for us right on time. He was extremely informative and very very nice. We kept coms with him throughout the week if we had any questions and he responded quickly with answers. We also rented the apts explorer for the week which they made very easy and quick to do. The apt was perfect for our family of 6. Kitchen was supplied with everything you need and more. Balcony view was amazing! Pools at the oceania were perfect and the staff there was awesome. Beach a very short walk away, and after going to every beach on the island all week, Eagle Beach is the best! You do t get the crowds like you do at palm beach, but still a good amount of people to make it perfect. The apt had beach chairs, sand toys for kids, coolers, ice packs, everything you would need for a full day at the beach. And if you forgot something while at the beach, a 5 min walk back to the apt was nothing. Perfect!!!!

Our first time to Aruba and our family of four loved this condo. The beach is absolutely beautiful and not too crowded. So convenient to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The owners were great to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. The condo is very clean and well stocked!

We booked this condo for our first trip to Aruba, and are so glad we did. Not only is the location perfect, the views are amazing, the property is spotless and this unit has more than you could ever need during your stay. From the beach chairs to the kitchen equipment, to the towels and shampoo and soaps. We could have left half our stuff at home. We had friends staying in a different unit at Oceania and we paid less than them for a nicer, more comfortable condo. The check-in process was super easy, we were given a tour of the unit, a review of the amenities at the complex and then we were left to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back to Aruba, and plan to book this unit again and have already shared it with many of our friends. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo.

This condo was in a perfect location on Eagle Beach. The interior was spacious and immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. There were many fabulous restaurants within walking distance amd the Arubus stopped right at the back of the property taking you to town or the high rise hotels. I’d like to thank the property manager Aimee who welcomed us upon arrival and was always available to answer questions. within a minute

My family just returned from Aruba and I can’t say enough about our trip! This place is in a perfect location… ground level and across from Eagle beach, which is such a short walk passed the beautiful pools. This place was clean, spacious and was supplied with everything we needed. Couldn’t ask for more!

This property worked out perfectly for our family of 5! The condo was well equipped for all of our needs. The beach chairs, coolers and wagon were put to good use. Location was great with easy access to the pools and beach. The kids (ages 18, 16 and 13) only suggestion was to increase wifi in the second bedroom. The parents were not bothered by that at all!! ;)

Condo is clean and spacious. Being 20 steps to the pool was nice. The perfect Eagle Beach is an easy walk from the condo especially with the provided wagon and chairs. Would recommend a car to get to the other island locations and the freedom it brings. Strongly prefer this location over the much higher priced and crowded Palm Beach area.

Eagle beach is our favorite in Aruba and it was easily accessed from the condo. The communication with host was very easy. The condo itself was very spacious and kid friendly. It had many beach chairs and sand toys for our kids, beautiful backyard patio area where we could walk right out to the pool. Pool area was very quiet and relaxing. We mostly cooked breakfast/ lunch and went out to dinners but had we had more time would have liked to use grill for some dinners. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We just spent 9 glorious days at this amazing well appointed condo located across the street from Eagle Beach. The condo's owners have thought of and supplied everything you might need for the beach, for the pools, and for the condo--whether you are retired like us or a family with young children. Aimee, our contact person, was fantastic both as we planned this first trip to Aruba and while we were on the island. She was always quick to respond to our texts or emails. This condo has everything....an amazing direct view of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean from the living room, the master bedroom and from the small balcony, a great location (away from the hubbub but a short drive to shops and dining), great onsite facilities within Oceania Residences, and all the items needed for daily living. The owners have truly thought of everything, and we appreciated it! We will definitely be back to Aruba and can't think of anywhere else we'd prefer to stay than this wonderful condo.

This property was wonderful. It was clean, in a great location from the beach and restaurants and at the resort, safe, had everything we needed. Anytime we reached out to the host, we received an immediate response. Sometimes the responses felt impersonal but that didn’t affect our stay. We would highly recommend this VRBO if you’re traveling to Aruba.

We just returned from our week long stay at Oceania and I can wholeheartedly give this place a 5 star review! Between the incredible responsiveness of the management team, allowing us for late check out, the unbeatable location, the WELL STOCKED condo (all kitchen needs, towels, beach toys, beach buggy, blankets, etc.) there wasn’t a single issue that arose. This was our first visit to Aruba and the bar has been set super high! For those with little ones, I can’t recommend this enough. Specifically being at ground level, having the boys run out to the pool on their own (they are independent swimmers) while you’re prepping a meal is a game changer!

This condo and property were the absolute BEST! From the booking process, to check-in, to check-out, Aimee and Suzanna answered everything and made us feel like royalty! Top notch communication and care! Everything was perfect. This condo has every detail for your stay needed and the location on eagle beach was stunning. We had the best vacation and cannot wait to come back to this exact condo!

Pictures and description were a match to the listing. Excellent place to stay with our family (3 adults and a 4 yr old). Bedrooms were excellent size and the living room/kitchen area was accommodating. Very convenient to Eagle beach and the pools on the property. Property manager was great to work with. Security and staff were also kind and helpful. We were able to walk to Super Food grocery and purchase supplies for the week using the wagon that is at the condo. La Cabana Resort is just before Super Food grocery and made for a great stop to get a frozen drink prior and post grocery shopping. It also made the walk easier. Taxis are readily available at $10 USD each way to go to Palm Beach shops and restaurants. We definitely look forward to staying here during our next trip to Aruba!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. The communication and response was so quick and helpful leading up to our stay. The condo is just as described - everything you could think of including is provided! Entire complex is spotless, safe and secure and so nice. Pool areas were wonderful and it was the perfect location!! Hated to go home!

Everything was perfect. Had a great view from the balcony, and we all slept very well. Kitchen worked great for us, and the living room furniture was very comfy. Once we learned how to use the TV, it was great for catching all the football games. The only imperfection was the construction across the street, but they can't help that. It wasn't bad, though. This was a fantastic location and we had a wonderful vacation. We had a couple of issues that were our fault, and the team was fantastic at helping us out. Thanks to all!!!

This was a great property to stay at. Location is right across the street from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Everything is just as pictured. The only negative would be that we were not on the list for checkin. We had to answer about 10 questions before the guard at the gate would let us in. The guard wrote up a parking pass and told us to put it in the window. We didn’t look at it and put it on the dashboard. Didn’t realize there were rules/instructions like the location for trash on the back of the parking pass until we checked out and drove off. We didn’t cook in the unit so we didn’t generate much trash so I didn’t think much about it. However there is usually something in the apartment saying what to do with the trash when checking out but I could not find anything. So we didn’t empty the trash when we left. If we ever stay at this complex again now I know where it goes. Other than that everything was great.

Staying on ground level made accessing pool and beach even easier. All the beach chairs, towels, toys, wagons, etc. were much appreciated. Inside of condo was lovely and comfortable. Spent a month at this great property. The location was perfect, and just a quick walk to many restaurants, grocery store, and the gorgeous Eagle Beach. The condo was very well equipped, comfortable and the pool being just steps from the back door was ideal!!

Condo is clean and spacious. Being 20 steps to the pool was nice. The perfect Eagle Beach is an easy walk from the condo especially with the provided wagon and chairs. Would recommend a car to get to the other island locations and the freedom it brings. Strongly prefer this location over the much higher priced and crowded Palm Beach area.

I stayed in this Oceania condo with my husband and two teens for a week, and it was awesome. The location was perfect, right on Eagle Beach and close to many restaurants and the large grocery store. The condo was clean and had everything you would need-beach towels, chairs, coolers, kitchen ware, etc. There were also four pools on the property. I would love to stay here again.

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit is just as pictured and perfect access to the pools/beach. We very much enjoyed our stay. The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful and the unit included everything we needed for a day at the beach (and to cook at the condo). It's an easy walk across the street to the beach and the location is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

This condo was in a perfect location on Eagle Beach. The interior was spacious and immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. There were ample towels and beach towels. The pools were beautiful and the grounds well kept. There were many fabulous restaurants within walking distance amd the Arubus stopped right at the back of the property taking you to town or the high rise hotels. Super clean condo across the street from Eagle Beach. If you have never been to Aruba please note there are no condos/hotels directly on Eagle Beach. Do not let crossing the street & fitness trail deter you from staying here. It's no further than walking from your room at the Marriott.Loved the scent machine and the scale in the unit. 75" TVs are pretty awesome too.We had actually picked this condo specifically because the couch looked comfortable. and it was!!! My husband enjoys watching TV in a recliner so since we were on a 2 week trip he really appreciated the comfy couch & big TV!! Another reason we picked this property was the Iberostar hotel next door was supposed to be completed in October. We figured it would be nice to have amenities next door since the Oceania does not have a restaurant or bar on site. That unfortunately back fired as the hotel was not finished on time and the balcony to this unit was right next to the construction area. Super clean condo across the street from Eagle Beach. If you have never been to Aruba please note there are no condos/hotels directly on Eagle Beach. Do not let crossing the street & fitness trail deter you from staying here. It's no further than walking from your room at the Marriott.Loved the scent machine and the scale in the unit. 75" TVs are pretty awesome too.We had actually picked this condo specifically because the couch looked comfortable. and it was!!! My husband enjoys watching TV in a recliner so since we were on a 2 week trip he really appreciated the comfy couch & big TV!! Another reason we picked this property was the Iberostar hotel next door was supposed to be completed in October. We figured it would be nice to have amenities next door since the Oceania does not have a restaurant or bar on site. That unfortunately back fired as the hotel was not finished on time and the balcony to this unit was right next to the construction area. Our first time to Aruba and our family of four loved this condo. The beach is absolutely beautiful and not too crowded. So convenient to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The owners were great to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. The condo is very clean and well stocked!

This is an outstanding property, directly across the street from Eagle Beach. It is very safe and convenient for everything. Several restaurants are very walkable. Will definitely rent this place again if it is available.

We've been to Aruba many times and stayed in timeshares. This was our first VRBO and it was great. Beautiful condo accurate description. Steps to the pool and beach. Eagle beach is our favorite in Aruba and it was easily accessed from the condo. The communication with host was very easy. The condo itself was very spacious and kid friendly. It had many beach chairs and sand toys for our kids, beautiful backyard patio area where we could walk right out to the pool. Pool area was very quiet and relaxing. We mostly cooked breakfast/ lunch and went out to dinners but had we had more time would have liked to use grill for some dinners. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This was a great property to stay at. Location is right across the street from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Everything is just as pictured. The only negative would be that we were not on the list for checkin. We had to answer about 10 questions before the guard at the gate would let us in. The guard wrote up a parking pass and told us to put it in the window. We didn’t look at it and put it on the dashboard. Didn’t realize there were rules/instructions like the location for trash on the back of the parking pass until we checked out and drove off. We didn’t cook in the unit so we didn’t generate much trash so I didn’t think much about it. However there is usually something in the apartment saying what to do with the trash when checking out but I could not find anything. So we didn’t empty the trash when we left. If we ever stay at this complex again now I know where it goes. Other than that everything was great.

Best location in the place! Very clean. Just steps away from three pools and quick walk to Eagle Beach where you can snag a palapa if you go early. Easy to get chairs by the pool each day. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Everything you need for a perfect stay in Aruba. We will definitely be back!

Overall the place was great. We like the 1st floor convenience of walking out the back door to the pool or ocean. Minor details need some work but the place had all the necessities for a great day at the beach or pool. Even assisted in getting us groceries delivered for our arrival. We would visit again for sure.

We had the best time at this property! It was exactly what was described (and even bigger/better), steps from the pool which was great with a young child, and just a couple minute walk to the beach. We hope to be back with the rest of our family!
