My stay was a 4-night, 5-day visit, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. Prior to arrival, I was in communication with someone from the hotel who asked if I needed anything additional. I requested extra towels since there were four of us. However, upon arrival, no extra towels were provided, despite being told they had already been sent. That evening, I noticed the shower heads were visibly dirty and dull. Additionally, the handheld hose meant to help bathe my child was broken, which made things very inconvenient. Since we had already unpacked and were exhausted, we chose not to request a room change. The next morning, housekeeping knocked very loudly and persistently. I explained that everyone was still asleep and asked if she could return later, but she refused, stating she had too much work and could only clean immediately. I then asked if she could at least provide extra towels and take the dirty ones. She said she didn’t have any at the moment but would return with some. She never came back. I even ended up sweeping the room myself after briefly borrowing her broom. The following day, we left early and returned around 11:40 PM to find the room had not been cleaned at all—trash was still there, and again, no extra towels had been provided until I requested them once more. This was our second time staying at this hotel, which made the experience even more disappointing. The mini fridge did not work—we bought ice cream, and it melted instead of staying frozen.
