5 Mi to Old Town Bluffton: Cottage w/ Patio

Comfortable, spacious cottage in a gorgeous Golf course community. Good location to restaurants and shopping. Patio faces the course with wooded, "Low Country" appeal.

Upon arrival at the property, we found the cottage not in a state of cleanliness that one might expect. The floors, in particular, were found to be in such poor condition that our family felt the need to go out of their way to purchase floor cleaning products to give the shared living and kitchen areas a more satisfactory condition. The cleanliness conditions of the bathrooms of the rental were found to be in more concerning condition. The appearance of black mold was found on one shower head – observed after it was used. The second bathroom was also found to be in disappointing condition – with dust on the shelves and most of the mirror, and a layer of “slimy texture” on the shower floor. Emily, the unit manager, was responsive in our request and had someone on-site the next day come to clean. Although some improvement was noted, it is worth stating that upon their completed services, items such as the dust in the bathrooms was not addressed, and black mold was still found underneath the shower shelves in the large bathroom. The owner was contacted and he refundedthe cleaning fee. We have stayed in four of these cottages over the years, and this one has been the worst.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was perfect for our trip. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would absolutely stay again!

This property had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Accommodations were great. Cleanliness throughout. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. If you can provide a large Hampton Hall umbrella with the cottage, that would be a nice touch. We did not think to bring umbrella’s with us and we had a couple days of wet weather.
